Great staff, great service and cozy little boutique hotel away from the downtown noise (while not too far away). they have a beautiful pool and a nice patio where they serve a great breakfast. Small room but well decorated and clean. Staff is so nice and attentive. Would go back anytime.

This hotel was the best of my two week trip to Vietnam. All the staff were really sweet, friendly and genuinely wanted to help with organising taxis and tours.

Unfortunately, this hotel only takes cash, no credit cards. Staff was very nice, they speak some English and are very happy to help you.

The Thien Thanh hotel is a lovely little place about 10 minutes walk from the historic centre of lovely Hoi An. We had a room at the front with a view over the street (and a building site which my husband found endlessly fascinating!) - it is probably worth paying the little extra (the hotel is extraordinarily good value) for a room at the back with […] overlooks fields. The choices for breakfast were relatively limited but the cooked to order banana pancakes were so delicious that it really didn't matter. The pool is small and there is no lift. It is really the staff which make this hotel - there seemed to be a small army of young women doing everything from cooking omelettes to manning reception, always friendly, helpful and smiling. They also organised a tour to My Son and efficient and well-priced transfers to and from the station/airport. 더 보기

Turn right out of the hotel & about 100 metres on the left you will come to the 'Light Candle' restaurant. Make sure you eat here - the food is fantastic & very reasonably priced.

I enjoyed excellent service and decor at this small hotel, near (but not within) the old quarter in Hoi An. We had to leave at 5 in the morning in order to catch an early plane, and they arranged a taxi to pick us up on time and a light breakfast for us to eat in the hotel lobby before we left. There's a cozy indoor pool and dining on the verandah. […] I would not recommend their laundry service, however, since a dark shirt of mine was ruined with what looked like bleach spots. And my room on the top floor was comfortable, although I bumped my head three times on an exposed beam that I learned to avoid only after repeated injury. This hotel was perfect in every way. Staff helpful, efficient and friendly. room comfortable with a great view over the fields at back of hotel. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast experiences in S E Asia and was eaten in idylic sourroundings. The only downside to this wonderful hotel was that they had no lift but it was so good in every other way […] it didn;t seem to matter. We were less than 10 mins walk from the town centre and it was good to be so close but not to have the noise of the town centre outside your door. Would go back in a shot. 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay at Thien Thanh, the staff were friendly and our room was lovely. Close enough to walk into town and find all the great restaurants!

This hotel was fine but I think you can find much better deals in town.

Senior traveler exploring Vietnam after working in Hanoi for 6 weeks. Staff were above and beyond in friendliness and helpfulness. Room had many nice touches: flowers on the bed and in bowls around the room. Even the hallways and public areas showed attentive touches. One problem was my own, but I have traveled extensively in many countries and still […] could not figure out how to turn the lights off without completely shutting off the entire electrical system in my room including the mini-fridge and power to recharge my laptop. Also, a bit of a more of a walk into the picturesque old town than many of the hotels, but nothing is very far in Hoi An. However, that makes it very close to restaurant "43" (find review on Trip Advisor) which you will have to visit when in Hoi An. 더 보기

We had spent 5 nights in another hotel in Hoi An, and it was terrible, so when we decided to stay longer we found this gem. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was superb. They have a good selection. The room was fine, a little noisy in the mornings, but that is normal enough. Sometimes our AC would have a hissy fit and not switch on, sometimes […] it started beeping in the middle of the night. But the room was really clean, they give you complimentary water every day. They are very friendly and helpful. There is free internet, tea, coffee, a pool. They clean the room daily, replace the towels etc. The laundry was also a very decent price and it came perfectly dry. 더 보기

The hotel was good - the staff polite to adults but lacking when it came to my kids - 10 and 7. They basically ignored any request they asked - eg can I have a towel for the pool - they were only given one when I asked for it and at one point the staff gave us dirty towels that had been used by someone else!!! The standard room was okay - I suggest […] you book a twin rather than a double room as the twin has 2 double beds and is twice the size as the double my husband and I had. Top scores all round for all the usual items. Special mentions for the excellent staff and best of all - the amazing breakfasts. You get a very wide choice of fresh items but you get the bonus of a fantastic view across green fields and trees populated with colourful tropical birds. Bring your binoculars. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was a little off the beaten path of the three main roads in Hoi An but it is such a small town it is not difficult to get anywhere by foot. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Our room was unfortunately on the first floor but it was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked like […] a charm. And trust me, you will need it in July in Vietnam. They also had a pool which is definitely a must have at this time of year. Especially because there was an unusual heat wave while we were there and the temperature was consistently in the 100's, it was nice to come back to the hotel for a couple of hours to cool down and take a swim. L'hotel est charmant est parfaitement bien situé, au calme. Le personnel est très aimable

Endroit tres agreable, calme, super petit dejeuner si vous le prenez sur la terrasse avec vue sur les rizieres. Belle deco des chambres. On peut en 10mn etre au niveau de la ville historique.

La chambre ne correspond pas à celle qui a été réservée. Les détails de la résa (vue sur jardin, coffre dans la chambre, salle de bain, écran 16/9e...) ne correspondent pas à la chambre qui m'est proposée... et qui sent très fort l'humidité. J'ai loué une Deluxe mais apparemment sur le site de l'hôtel les caractéristiques de la Deluxe que j'ai réservée […] sont celles de la qualité supérieure. Tout cela est dit avec le sourire... N'empêche que je n'ai pas la chambre pour laquelle j'ai payé. 더 보기

A really nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They came out to great us when we got out of the taxi and they were really sweet when we checked out. Nice to have breakfast out on the deck by the water spinace (or was it chestnuts?) Breakfast buffe was good, although still the same white bread, butter and soft cheese. Only cornflakes. But good […] anyway. Nice room! The hotel is not in the middle of the centre, but it does not take long to walk there, so we didnt think it was a problem. Van de hotels die wij bezochten, sprong dit er met kop en schouders boven uit. Het meest verrassende was wel het ontbijt op het chalf overdaekte terras aan een grote tuin. Het ontbijt zelf was het beste dat we hebben meegemaakt.

Hotel tres bien situe a 2 pas de la cite imperiale. Hotel assez confortable propre mais simple. Une bonne adresse neanmoins pour faire une etape a Hue et visiter la cite imperiale. Bon accueil.

夜シャワーを浴びていたら、突然お湯どころか水もバッタリ出なくなった。お湯は一人がシャワーを浴びたらタンクが空になって、しばらく待たないと次の人は水しか出ないのはベトナムでは当たり前。しかし、水まで全く出なくなったのにはびっくり。人を呼んで直してもらうのに30分以上かかった。その間、石鹸も落とせなくて、ひどい目にあった。泊まる人は、洗面所の水の出を、あらかじめよく注意すべきです。部屋やベッドは花で綺麗に飾ってあるが、肝心のメンテはダメ。まあ、この部屋だけのことらしかったが。 しかし、フロントも他の従業員も人当たりがよくて、まあ、気持ちのよい滞在となった。朝食も悪くない。

Nice hotel in a small, nice city.

die standard zimmer sind fast schon eine zumutung, 10-12 m2 gross, unisolierte fenster zur strasse und entsprechend laut, ein eher alteres und schon abgewohntes hotel, es gibt sicher zum gleichen preis wesentlich besseres

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, situé dans une rue assez calme, nos fenêtres ainsi que la terrasse pour le petit déjeuné donnant sur les champs. Le service aussi était bon, personnes très accueillantes et mêmes souriantes ! Quelques soucis avec les insectes...

nous avions fait une erreur en reservant, cest a dire 2 chambres normales au lieu de superieures et la reception a trouve une solution pour nous accomoder... l'hotel est charmant et propre, le personnel sympatique, assez eccentre pour etre tranquille mais assez pres du centre pour etre au millieu de l'action! un tres bon resto a proximite, a 5 minutes […] a pied du coeur de la ville... tres tres contents de notre sejour! 더 보기

Très bel hotel, équipé avec beaucoup de gout. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Les chambres, la piscine, la terrasse sont très agréables. Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine était bon. Plusieurs postes internet gratuits, le transfert en voiture vers l'aéroport moins cher qu'avec un taxi.
