When you need an overnight stay on your way south or north this place does the job. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. No frills and in an industrial area, but good for an overnight stay. After 11pm reception and the entire hotel and parking close and you cant enter the parking and hotel at all, a bit weird. You have to call the number […] on your reservation and they will tell you a code to enter the hotel and the parking through a keypad, a bit cumbersome and hard in total darkness. The fact that this isnt listed in the description is probably due to hotels.com, not to the hotel. For Campanile motels it is stated that you have to call in advance when arriving late. Staff on the phone was very helpful with this issue, but we were just not used to motel receptions closing down at night. Apparently this is normal service in France, they said. service d'accueil pas très agréable le petit dejeuner assez moyen: il n'y avait plus de croissants et de pain. il a fallu en demander et donc attendre. confort de la chambre bien: grand lit et couette de lit appréciable

Hôtesse d'accueil du dimanche soir 16/10/2011 revêche, peu décidée et incapable de donner des renseignements touristiques. De plus, prête à faire payer une 2ème fois la chambre. L'hôtesse très accueillante et fort sympathique du lendemain matin nous rassure immédiatement sur le fait que la chambre est bien déjà payée (comme nous l'avions vu sur internet) […] et que nous n'avons que les petits déjeuners à régler. On se demande comment une chaîne d'hôtel de bonne qualité comme la votre peut se permettre de ne pas être professionnelle dans ses recrutements, alors qu'il y a tant de personnes compétentes et efficaces qui recherchent du travail dans cette branche 더 보기
