The hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet was heavily stained from god knows what. The ceiling had a water stain over the bed. The wood over the shower stall was coming apart and the stall was stain with mold. The wood covering the a/c in the ceiling was also coming apart. The entire room was dimly light. This hotel needs […] to be remodel as soon as possible. Don’t forget to bring your mosquito spray; I was constantly killing mosquitoes in the hotel room. If you dine in the hotel’s restaurant you will be bothered by flies and mosquitoes as well. The restaurant is covered with them. If you are looking for an accessible hotel this is not for you. Stairs in and small doors into washroom. Rooms old and front desk randomly behind desk. Would not recommend this hotel. We payed for three nights and stayed one and booked into the le meridian down the street for the last two nights

I stayed at Star hotel for four nights. Very unfriendly front desk. Once I was waiting for my tour guide, who was very late, so I asked reception to call tourist agency and ask if he is coming, the front desk lady simply pointed to they public phone and said I have to make my own phone calls. I called from room next door spa to make an appointing, […] instead of 10bat they charged me 36bat for long distant call, saying it was a local cell phone number. The hotel is situated at a location near to the night buzzer but yet far from the noise. It is along a street which is not very clearly lighted. however there should not be any safety issue even if return late. We were assigned to a 3rd floor duplex room. my frd has ask for a change of room to higher floor as he understand that higher floor rooms are […] better for the Star Hotel as they have already been renovated. We were told we can ask for change every morning. But till end of the stay, we still did not manage to change the room. The bed were too soft where slight movement will disturb the person sleeping next to you. I stayed here for several weeks. Very helpful staff, some with decent english. A good tourguide with very good english to help you out with all tourist stuff. Cheap hotel taxi. Excellent breakfest included and cheap but good resturant otherwise. Good wireless internet. Easily summarized as good value for the money.

アーリーチャックインをお願いしていましたが、あまりにはやいので半信半疑だったのですが、親切に対応して頂き大変感謝しております。 また、朝食のサービス（現在継続かは不明）もあり、ホテル滞在をゆったりしたものにさせてくれました。 コーヒや水の無料サービス（時間限定）も重宝しました。 夜の名物”ナイトバザー”までは２～３分です。十分に楽しめると思います。
