My family visited to see a performance at Smith College and we booked two rooms. There were NO complaints from anyone in our entire party. The staff was very nice, the rooms were great and comfortable, and the food was also very good. We would definately stay again.

the room was very large and comfortable, the couch had stains in it, there was left over linen from the pull out couch still on the bed and left over stuff in one of the drawers the people at the front desk were very nice and knew the area restuants and directions to places, it was an added treat to arrive on a Thurs night and have a complimenary dinner […] provided - wow - and we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning 더 보기

We reserved two rooms as a stop-over on a family trip, and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and in a good location. It's easy to get to from the highway, is right across from Holyoke Mall and many dining options are just a couple of minutes away. We were very impressed with the staff. This was a beautiful hotel in a good location.we absolutely LOVED our room.It was very spacious and the hotel had some great amenities.I would DEFINITELY stay again.My only complaints were the people at the front desk were NOT very knowledgeable in general and seemed almost confused and unsure of what they were doing.Also,the bathroom could have used […] a little more cleaning and attention to detail.We were also bothered by maintenance after 5 minutes of being there which was a little bit annoying. 더 보기

Nice & Clean Room. Justin at the front desk was great, was there at check in & out. Did not need all the extras (kitchenette) but would definately be convenient to use. In an industrial area, so no where to safely walk on the street but had large mall across the street. Excellent Stay, would do again.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Chlorine in the pool was so strong that it burned your eyes simply being in the pool area! Off-the-street price was twenty bucks cheaper that Hotels dot com's guaranteed lowest price.

Loved this hotel...clean as a whistle. Very spacious suite for 2 adults plus 2 kids. Breakfast was included and very tasty--wide assortment including yogurt, cereal, fruit, oatmeal bagels, toast, scrambled eggs.

Though affordable, this hotel provided a "luxury" experience for us. Complimentary dinner, breakfast, and good quality coffee all day long made one of the most challenging aspects of vacationing a breeze. Pool and hot tub were tops.

We loved our room. Breakfast was great and my son enjoyed playing basketball while we watched. Loved the mall being so close and the hotel info on local activities was very detailed. Fast easy check out. Only problem was a charge to my credit card but I called and they explained. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable , clean and safe. Great access to the nearby mall and convenient to the highway!

Very nice place to stay.The suite was more than we expected. We will return to this hotel again when we are in the area.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Homewood Suites and couldn't have been happier! The suite we stayed in was fantastic and when we asked for an extra blanket, it was delivered to our room within minutes. Not only did the room come with a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning, but since we were staying there on a Monday and Tuesday night, we were […] also offered a complimentary hot dinner. My sister attends one of the 5 colleges and I make the trip up to the Holyoke area a few times a year. I usually stay at another chain hotel so this was my first stay at Homewood Suites. I can say the hotel was better than I had expected and much nicer than the hotel I usually book. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed and pillow were actually […] the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The indoor pool was very clean, but was also heavily chlorinated. The free breakfast served was your standard powdered eggs and french toast ,but it is free and if you are looking for something more there are plenty of other restaraunts, including Dennys and IHOP nearby. The only "compliant" I have is the the hotel charged $27 to my credit card, but we made no phonecalls and only purchased a $4 bottle of milk from the commissary. My invoice when I checked out showed only $4 so I'm waiting on a phone call back from the hotel manager to have the charges adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and will book again with them on my next trip up there. 더 보기

We really enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at the Homewood Suites. Great workout facility, wonderful pool, breakfast and dinner offered everyday. The Holyoke Mall is directly across the street for plenty of shopping and dining options. We were offered dinner with complimentary wine or beer for free...that's right, free. I have never seen that offered anywhere. […] Not sure that was because it was around the holidays or what. The staff was extremely friendly. A wonderful home away from home for us. The hotel was nice when I first walked in but when I went to go to sleep in my room this when things changed. I pulled back the covers to my bed and found a dozen long brown hairs on the sheets. When I notified the front desk, their response was the send the maintenance guy up with the bed sheets. He proceeded to hand me the sheets and told me to make […] the bed. Whereas the front desk should have at least explained why there was no housekeeping that late in the night, she didn't even offer to change my room and thought that making her guest change their own bedding was appropriate! I was so disgusted with the lack of professionalism at a hotel that is backed by a reputable name. 더 보기

Our stay was wonderful. We had full kitchen stocked with plates and utensils. Breakfast buffet was good. Everything was very tasteful in decor throughout the hotel. Room was spacious with separate sitting room.

Although I have minor complaints about the set up in the bathroom - need a bigger shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc. on and the door opened out on top of the towel rack making it difficult to manuever, overall the room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The room was well appointed and tidy. They charged me a $100 non-refundable pet fee, which put it up around the cost of the night in the Cleveland Ritz Carlton, which was much more worth the money.

Rooms were clean & well kept. More than expected for breakfast: complete buffet with eggs, bacon, & toast. Indoor pool was very popular.

If you want to stay in a Excellent hotel thats extremely clean and wanna be treated like. You find the Hotel your looking for. I'm extremely picke person and have no complants at all about this Hotel.
