1. 트리플..침대 3개 사용했는데 한개 너무 나쁨 정말 나빴음... 2. 로비의 직원-(중국인)-일어, 영어 모두 힘들었음 3. 로비의 여직원들 너무 불친철함. 4. 신관, 본관 나눠있어 헷갈림 5. 너무 큰 호텔인데 로비 너무 작고, 엘레베이터 별로 없어 줄지어 타야함. 좋은 점 1. 정말 맛있는 우동집이 근처에 있었음. 2.나리타에서 올 경우 리무진 있어 좋았음. 그러나 오후 5시까지 있어서 불편했음.

깨끗하고 교통도 좋고... 편한곳이어서 비즈니스하기 너무 좋아요.

It's really nice hotel . Not so expensive n Not far from Shinjuku underground st. Of course the room was quite small for two people, but not too small :) If u had a plane to go there I recommend Shinjuku washington hotel !!

위치는 신주쿠에서 좋은 편이지만 냄새도 많이나고 시설은 별로인것같습니다.

두명이서 더블베드 예약하고 3박했습니다. 많은 추천보고 예약했는데 깨끗하고 좋았네요. 일본 처음가보는거라 약간 닭장같은 기분이었지만^^; 깨끗하고 서비스 좋았습니다. 근데 빗이 없더군요. 당연히 있는줄 알고 안 가지고 갔는데 ㅋ 110볼트여서 돼지코? 가지고 갔는데 잘 사용했습니다^^ 냉장고 약해서 뭐 넣어놓으나마나였지만 .. 가격대비 깔끔하고 서비스 좋았습니다.

검색해보고 괜찮을것 같아서 갔는데, 일본호텔이 워낙작은건 알았지만, 심할정도로 답답했어요, 금연인 방을 달라고 해서인지, 창문도 안열리고, 창문도 안 닦아서 뿌옇게 되어있어서 밖에 잘 보이지도 않더라구요- 개인적으로 다시 머물고 싶진않네요-

할인쿠폰과 함께 사용해서 저렴하게 이용한것 같아요 아무래도 신주쿠 쪽은 비싸니까 조금 떨어진곳을 했는데 걸어다녀보니 생각보다 먼거리도 아니였어요 걸어다닐만했구요. 역시 일본 특유의 좁은 호텔이더라구요 비지니스 호텔같았어요. 두명이서 쓰기엔 생각보다 좁았지만 가격대비 위치가 좋은것 같네요

객실은 하도 작다작다해서 각오하고 갔는데 일본호텔을 아시는 분이라면 2인 더블룸 본관 전혀 불편없었습니다. 화장실도 깨긋하나 다만 리모컨처럼 소모품은 먼지가 끼어있었습니다. 역에서 걸어가면 15분정도 걸리고 신주쿠 서문출구에서 we버스 탑승하면 5분입니다. 저녁까지 놀다들어갈땐 걸어가기 다리가 너무 아프네요. 다음번엔 역에서 더가까운 호텔에 머물고 싶습니다. 참고로 a1버스도 호텔앞에 섭니다. 택시로는 기본요금 710에ㅣㄴ 혹은 800엔 나옵니다.

신쥬쿠 역에서 한 5분-10분 정도 걸어야 하기는 하지만 적당히 걸어서 갈 정도의 거리였습니다. 번화가가 아니라 조용해서 더 좋았구요. 한국어를 쓸 수 있는 스텝이 있어서 사용이 더욱 편했습니다. 인터넷도 무료 사용이고, 짐도 무료로 맡겨주고, 모든 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. ^^ 층층 마다 무료 얼음 자판기가 있어서 자유롭게 얼음을 쓸 수 있어서 좋았구요. 여러모로 좋은 서비스의 워싱턴 호텔. 다음에도 또 쓸까 하네요.

리뷰의 평이 정말 50대 50이라서 조금 걱정을 했었는데 일주일 숙박이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 일단 공항에서 호텔로 바로 오갈 수 있는 리무진 버스때문에 매우 편리하구요, 첫날 위치만 주의깊게 익히시면 신주쿠 역이나 도초마에 역으로 5-10분 정도로 가실 수 있고 그 역들로부터 왠만한 관광지들로 쉽게 움직일 수 있습니다. 특히 호텔 지하 1층부터 도초마에로 쭉 연결되는 지하 통로가 있으니 여름에 가실 경우 꼭 이 통로를 이용하세요, 낮에는 워낙 덥고 습해서 지상으로 움직이시면 관광하기도 전에 지칩니다. 워낙 객실 수가 많아서 늘 사람이 많이 오가지만 스탭들이 아주 일사분란하게 도와줍니다. 저는 귀국할 때 예약해둔 리무진 […] 버스를 놓칠뻔 했는데 인포의 스텝들이 알아서 엘리베이터 도어를 열어주고 바로 출발할 수 있게 도와주는 등 예상치 못한 세밀한 친절덕에 무사히 여정을 마칠 수 있었습니다. 호텔에 감사 멘트라도 전하고 싶었는데 이름을 전혀 알지 못하는게 아쉬워요. 아무튼 아주 합리적인 가격에 좋은 위치, 서비스때문에 추천할만한 호텔입니다. 더 보기

위치 엄청좋고... 시설도 비교적 잘 갖춰져 있고.. 그리고 가격이 엄청나게 싸고... 방이 좀 작아서 혼자자기엔 좋지만... 두명이상 가면 고려해봐야.. 암튼, 동경에 혼자 여행이나 비즈니스 가실땐 최고!!!

별로였네요.. 역과의 거리도 먼편이고.. 그렇다고 그렇게까지 싸지도 않았으며.. 우선 트윈에 묵었는데 방이 상당히 좁았네요.. 뭐 저번에 묵은 아파호텔의 트윈이랑 비슷한 느낌-ㅂ-? 인터넷 사용도 불편했으며.. 특히 욕실이 낡은 느낌였습니다. 구비되어있는 린스 샴프..그중 린스는.. 새로 채워넣지도 않는건지..아니면 넣어둔지 오래된건지.. 딱딱하게 굳은;; 덩어리가 섞여나오기도 해서 깜짝놀랐네요. 린스는 사용못하고 지참해간 것을 사용했습니다. 청결상태가 가장 불만족 스러웠네요.. 일본...에서 묵어봤던 호텔중엔 가장 청결상태가 별로였던것 같아요~_~

Overall the Hotel was great, probably the best bang for your buck, few things that you should keep in mind, rooms are very small about the size of a room on a cruise, which is normal for Japan, you must have a room key inside this slot (in your room) to activate the appliances and bathroom light, rooms have no insulation so sound passes through very […] easily, pillows are weird (made out of little beads, my friend calls it a poor mans memory foam) but not that bad. Location is pretty good about a 5-10 minute walk from the Shinjuku station, (exit the South exit from Shinjuku station it was the quickest way to the hotel if you go in between buildings) ..........Trains stop at midnight in Japan and Taxis are very expensive. 더 보기

Hotel is about 5-6 blocks from the metro and located in a nice area near many shops and restaurants. It's a pretty large hotel with several restaurants inside the hotel, also has a foreign check in desk where the staff speak English and helped us schedule a couple of tours (not included in the price). Close to Shinjuku Station - which is extremely well connected Rooms are spotless - but very small, I guess this is relatively normal for Tokyo.

Couln't ask more for the hotel

The Washington is situated in a great location - its a 10min walk to the heart of Shinjuku. You also have the governments buildings near by and a nice little park. My only issue was the rooms we're really small and there was no storage space. The hotel is linked by a underground walkway to the Shinjuku Station which is great in cold weather and when it rains. Also was a drop off point for the Airport Limousine and a pick up point for many local day tours. Whats great is that there is free internet access in the rooms and wifi in the public areas. I have stayed first time at this hotel. I consider this hotel as a business hotel which has a easy access to Shinjuku area. But as a business hotel, the price is quite expensive. Maybe I have visited during the pean time. And I would recommend to have a some renovation.

Good location but barely worth the money even though it's cheap. Room very very hot at night even with ac on max! Feels like u r in flight, no air and highly pressurised. Generally very run down, traces of numerous pukes in hall way. Barely any view, would opt for a cubicle instead.

small room but that's to be expected. very convenient to shinjuku station. super friendly staff. my only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't working.

The staff was ready to handle English only speakers, with an Information Desk just for foreigners. Free WiFi in the lobby, and a cheap and fast PC available if you don't have your own. Good for first timers and families. OH, and there is an underground passage all the way to Shinjuku station if it is cold outside.

room is to small and not wifi in the room .

Oldish carpet, very small room but has the necessities, very busy reception, its a out a 10 min walk to main shinjuku station.

The hotel was very convenience which close to restaurants and shops. However the rooms and the beds are pretty small which was probably expected for hotels in Tokyo. The hotel itself however was disappointing. I stayed in a double bedroom with my friend, and after putting both our luggage in the pathway, there was barely any space for us to walk to […] our beds. The bed itself was pushed right up against the wall, so that the person sleeping closest to the wall would have almost no way of getting to the toilet other than by climbing over the other person. The pathway to the hotel closes quite early from the subway , building around the hotel all looks the same. Very hard to find the hotel in conclusion . I hope they have better sign around or have shuttle bus to the subway back and fro. They do not have complementary power adapter too , have to purchase at 1000yen .

I stayed 3nights at lady floor(14Fl.). The room is clean, but too small. And the bedclothes is not soft. I would like to stay other hotel at next time. :)

Rooms are relatively small but for the price you can't ask much in Tokyo. 8-10mins walk to shinjuku station, there's another station tocho-Mae which is 5mins walk, tat line will bring us to quite a few places of interest.

Great Hotel with an almost perfect location. The rooms are a little bit small for our North American Standards but great set up.

This was our first hotel in Japan and we thought it was OK, it wasn't until we stayed at a few more in the same price range we realised it wasn't the best value for money. It's a fair few blocks away from Shinjuku station and the interesting part of shinjuku, if you want a decent meal it's a ten minute walk. Overall the hotel is good, a bit old but at reasonable price. The indoors heat is just too hot which I need to ask the hotel staff to open the hotel window for me. Staffs are nice and in good english, some speaks mandarin too. Good locution.
