Excellent location at Dong Men district. Amazing shopping and eating places surrounded. I did enjoy so much during those 3 days stay. Value for money hotel. However, the staff can only speak very limited english.

Very convenient hotel to access Metro station and shopping center. Overall is good. But I need to mentioned that, superior room is without window. So when I make reservation, I didn't realize it. After I when to check in, the receptionist offered the deluxe room for me and top up some money. My friend went earlier one month than me, she also facing […] this problem. Of course, deluxe room is bigger and have a big window. If you guys don't mind to top up some money, deluxe room will be a better choice. 더 보기

The hospitality at "check in" was expremely good. They were backed up but the manager asked us to sit down and within 5 minutes they brought an additional reception clerk to check us in. Wow. The room was nice, clean and well kept. Great location and wonderful experience in the area. The hotel staff were very good. UNTIL CHECKOUT. Then the reception […] clerk would not address me but only my Chinese speaking companion. She gave us a survey but we were in a hurry to get to the airport. She insisted that we complete it and refused to talk to me. Finally,I stepped in front of her and said no in both English and Chinese. She was determined even though the room had been checked and we were in a hurry. I then spoke more strongly and she finally complied and gave me my receipt. She gave me a disgusted look which I did not appreciate. This was a really bad experience after such a good one. So now the reception clerk has her evaluation. It is an F. We arrived the Hotel early morning at about 9am. We were trying to deposit our luggage before we can check in at 2pm. The counter checked for us for the room available and allowed us to check in immediately. That was unexpected and it was very kind of them. Very Very nice hotel! So convenient that the hotel just beside the subway station!very friendly stuff and good security until that each floor got a stuff infront the lift.Room very clean and comfortable.Very low price of the roomrate with 5 star hotel service!Thumbs' up!!

The room that we have booked (the bigger King non-smoking) is rather spacious and we are satisfied with the room. The location of this hotel is located very near to the train station (Lao Jie) and can exit via either A2 or B to the hotel. It is surrounded with eateries and shops.

'Room OK, Location was good, very near to MTR to Hongkong or elsewhere. Good shopping location.

今次經驗比上次入住時好，check In時仲免費upgarde咗Delux Room，不過房間夾萬有故障不能使用…… 整體上係唔錯，值得再去。
