햄튼 인 & 스위트 바이 힐튼 키치너 (Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Kitchener) - 키치너

I had a very pleasnt stay. The amenities were excellent. Breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations. I come to this area twice a year and will be staying at the Hampton from now on.

Not a fancy hotel but the reception staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast included hot and cold choices. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or to book a Hampton Inn in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inns in Kitchener. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfasts were awesome. The hotel experience was beyond what we expected and I definately would stay in this hotel again. I highly recommend it to all H.N.

Everything is good except that the breakfast food/drink hadn't been all finishedl preparing when my son came down for breakfast around 6:45am

I was pleasantly surprised and will use this hotel in the future. Check in very fast, courteous staff, coffee, fruits, and newspapers available. Pool and excersice rooms looked nice although we didn't use this time. Room and bathroom spacious, bed very comfortable. Overall great room for the a good price.

I went with my 12 and 9 year old boys and they enjoyed the hotel very much. The pool kept them occupied and happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was something for everyone. Would definitely stay again when in Kitchener.

Extremely well situated and just the right size .Too bad though that Hwy 8 is so confusing !!!! But that is not the hotel's problem or fault

It was just a quicker overnight get away but found the hotel quiet and spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. Hope to stay again sometime soon.

When we arrived later that evening my partner notice what appeared to be blood stain on the pillow, staff said it may have been make up smeared on the pillow it was gross. Then the morning of the check out I found a clump of hair on the tv stand.

The room was very nice but was kept awake all night by a noise that was like a kettle whisle or air in the pipes. Since I was sleeping closest too the window, didnt sleep much. Was told by front desk was noise from heating unit. But it was nice, clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. But sleep is better. WOW! very nice hotel for the price. Big washroom, spacious room, compfy bed, nice breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel and service. The only improvement would be breakfast and if it was closer to the University area. But very easy to get to and convenient right off the 401!!

I'd have to give a 9/10 for this hotel. Based on the reviews, I booked here and was pleased it was as good as all the reviews. The place was VERY clean, only about 5 yrs old and had a great pool and hot tub. As a bonus, it was very quiet. Nice granite in the bathroom. I think the tub was the original 30 yr old tub but it only stood out because everything […] else was so new. BTW, same parking lot as Harvey's and a nice Indian Restaurant. All the staff was polite and helpfull from the desk to the housekeeping staff. Found the room to be clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic buffet... beautiful room... spacious and quiet... all good.

We were staying there for 2 nights. The hotel and the service are great. Especially we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area after a long day. The only drawback of the hotel is the location. It is a bit outside af Kitchener and Waterloo.

My family and myself were very pleased with the room and the facilities offered in the hotel. Also enjoyed the proximity of a choice of restaurants.

I recently stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in Kitchener. The outside appearance of the Hampton Inn reflects the inner quality...very appealing! Upon arrival, we asked for local directions and the receptionist immediately copied a map of directions. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night for a group of girls for a bacherolette, we wanted a nicer hotel to relax and enjoy before heading out and enjoy in the am. Both rooms were very clean BUT I've stayed in Hampton Inns many times and never had one with water damage on ceiling, worn tub floor or TV remote that would not work (called front counter, who said they […] would send someone up, but no one showed and by time we were ready to go out, it didn't matter). Just like a home away from home. Not too busy and always a friendly face at the desk and for breakfast. Would stay again and again!

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms (including the bathroom). The breakfast was delicious as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff alone makes it worth it.

Close to shopping, restaurants. The best part was the awesome free breakfast and 24 hour free coffee. Microwave and a fridge in room was a plus with kids!

First time at this location, but I was really amazed .Not only it was clean, the staff was amazing, comfortable rooms, nice pool, and a HUGE breakfast selection. I would certainly reccomend it a 100%!! Good job, keep it up.

My husband, 2 kids and I were attending a company picnic at nearby African Lion Safari and decided to make a weekend of it by staying overnight. I booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews and was not disappointed. The front desk staff were friendly. The beds and bedding was very comfy. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the salt water pool, which was conveniently […] located on the main level near the breakfast area and front desk (it even had access to an outdoor patio which looked very inviting). Breakfast the next morning was excellent, plenty of selection and everything was nice and fresh. I'm an environmental "freak" so was VERY impressed to see they used biodegradable plates and cutlery during the breakfast service. A small thing perhaps, something that most people wouldn't even notice, but bravo Hampton Inn! The only negative was the bottom of the tub in the room was quite badly stained. My kids are old enough to shower so it didn't concern me, but if they were younger and had to have a bath, I likely would have requested a different room. 더 보기
