호텔도 아니고 콘도도 아니지만 리조트의 구조가 휴양하기엔 안성맞춤이고 객실의 청결도도 좋습니다 다만 교통이 그다지 좋은편이 아니며 대신 리조트에서 인접한곳에 먹거리며 장을 볼수있는 곳이 있어 편리하고 음식을 배달 시켜먹을수있는것도 하나의 장점입니다^^

Very pleased with the hotel and the staff. However, I am still waiting for my receipt which I was told I would get through hotel.com.

room was clean. you are a short drive to downtown Hyannis where there are alot of things to do like catching the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

Conveniently located to area attractions and lots of restaurants. Breakfast could use improving - but considering the rate - okay. Very clean but could use updating.

Expensive for the low service and accomodations provided. Old and bad quality TV, very poor breakfast, sauna not working.

Room smelled musty but other than that it was fine for the price.

Howard Johnson I believe has a good reputation and never once have I had a problem staying at a Howard Johnson expect for this particualr one. Not only did I not feel comfortable taking off my shoes, the fire alarm was not even attached to the ceiling, the smell in the room was unbearable, and right outside my door was what looked like an abandoned […] cleaning cart, an old tore up couch, a cup and a pile of other things. If it were not for it being a long weekend I would have checked out and gone elsewhere. I have never been so disappointed in a Howard Johnson before. This reminded me of a "pay by the hour" type of establishment. I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend such a place. Way over priced for what you get. Overall not a good experience. It's a long way to go from Toronto ON Canada to Cape Cod MA and unfortunatley there was not other option. Disappointed Customer!!!! 더 보기

Nice and quiet place and close to every thing we wanted to see and go

Pros: - Immediate service (even though they seemed to have 2-3 people working in the whole hotel. They literally ran to your room as soon as you called for something. - Pools was a lot of fun, although the Indoor pool was not well maintained. - Location was near plenty of Mini-Golf courses and great restaurants (even your local fast food places) Cons: - […] The room SMELLED SOOOOO BAD! I had to call the front desk while pinching my nose shut the whole time. They did come and spray some Citrus fragranced de-odorizer or something, but it wasn't a big help. - Beds were really uncomfortable - Almost ran out of parking spots - Their breakfast looks like they stole it from a homeless shelter. When I asked them if the milk was 2% or whole, the front desk responded "I don't know".... That's never a good sign.. Reccomendation: - If you find another brand name hotel with decent location, and slightly higher price... TAKE IT! Overall, this was one of the cheaper rates available when I searched on hotels.com. This hotel was nothing special. The comforter had burns in about 5 different spots. The room had a moldy smell. If you're on the 1st floor, it sounds like a herd of elephants upstairs. The breakfast was a frozen bagel or toast or an oatmeal packet. The orange juice tasted like TANG. The coffee was weaker than weak. The towels were rough and very thin. […] The address given on this website is not recognized on a GPS. The parking lot was not swept for the entire two nights we stayed here. The hotel had a grimy and dirty look to it. There is not HBO or Showtime. Okay, here are the pluses. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with us. We had to switch rooms due to an overwhelming mold smell in our room. They put us into another room which was less moldy. They also gave us the fresh towels and new lightbuld(not working upon check-in) which we requested. There is ample parking. There is cable tv and there is WIFI connection in the room. There are indoor and outdoor pools. The location is fairly close to Cape Cod attractions. I recommend going on line and checking for condo rentals. There are plenty of condo available. Pros: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and really worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is located in a PERFECT area - near to all Cape Cod attractions. The facilities - both pools(indoor and outdoor) were GREAT - clean, good temperature, family friendly - perfect. Hotel staff were generous in providing towels […] / sheets / shampoo etc as needed. Front desk reps were ready and willing to provided a lot of information regarding routes and local area attractions. Cons: The rooms are not in the best condition. Floors were uneven in the bathroom, there was mold / mildew in the bathrooms. there were some loose nails in the wall, and there were rusty areas, such as the hair dryer wall area etc. 더 보기

The hotel was smelly. The indoor area was dirty. The pool table was wrecked. It was noisy and people were running up and down the hall. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The motel was exactly what we needed. It was inexpensive, close enough to the sights, and there was a pool. We enjoyed our stay here,

Lots of hair in the indoor pool, musty smelling rooms, no game room like we were told wall paper was peeling, had drain flies in the bathroom. Some or the staff were really friendly though. Overall not a good place to stay with kids. :(

I would not recomment that hotel, old furniture, room smell really bad, drawers broken, ripped off comforter, would not go back.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff was cheerful and helpful.

The room was clean and the staff at the reception was nice and helpful, but there were too many small issues implying poor maintenance. Good value for the money. Room clean, could use some updating . Need to replace mattress, left with a backache. Great location, close to everything.

The location was the only advantage with this hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and the noise level above our room was terrible. Would not recommend hotel........

Not enough towels in bathroom and soap and hair shampoo were not replenished daily. TV had to be reset at channel 3 every time set was turned on. Were other hotel residents with noisy children running and screaming in the evening and early mornings.

The hotel itself was what I expected. I was just expecting two beds and a bathroom. Upon walking in, the second bed had its covers all of the place. Looked like someone had just woken up. The bathroom looked barely cleaned. Not caring about it, and only needing one bed, I put the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the outside of the door. I went out for the evening, […] and upon coming back, someone had been in the room. The bed was finally made. However, I specifically said "DO NOT DISTURB." I don't know if they did not see the tag, or just ignored it. All I know is that someone came into the room that I was paying for, more my things around and left. We often stay in budget hotels, so we don't expect a lot of amenities or extras, however, we were extremely disappointed in the room we were given on arrival. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but there was no sign on the door and the room smelled upon entering. We were told the sign had fallen off but there was no evidence of there ever […] being a sign on the door. The decor was hideous, wallpaper peeling, carpet had bumps, the beds were tipped up so your feet were higher than your head, the cable tv didn't work, the phone not only didn't work, but it was detached, and when we moved the night stand to check out why the phone didn't work there was old pizza crust, a tube container and other garbage behind it and under the bed. There was an old spill on the wall by the bed that looked like caked on soda or wine which hadn't been cleaned. We were given another room, but our welcome to that room was an old ice cream stain running down the front door. The new room was passable inside, but we certainly didn't want to spend too much time in it. The continental breakfast was bare bones (not even cream cheese for the plain bagels), same cereal every day with what tasted like powdered milk, that neither of our kids liked, and there wasn't enough room to even make your coffee without bumping into someone.The hotel staff were quite nice, and the pool area was ok, but there really wasn't anything else redeeming about the hotel itself. The location was great, close to everything, but there are a lot of budget hotels in this area, so next time we will stay elsewhere. 더 보기

I'm not usually, critical, but this is really the worst hotel I've ever been to. And I've stayed at plenty of dives as a frequent commuter. So, I'll give you our story: To start with, our first night commenced with an overflowing toilet within minutes after we opened our door. Toilet paper and other stuff was swilring in our toilet. The front desk […] people wouldn't answer the door when we knocked, so we had to call by phone and finally got their attention. They arrived, plunged the toilet, and proceeded to leave dirty toilet-water soaked towels all over the bathroom. Given this, our room was pretty stinky... OK, we were tired so goodnight and good riddance! The next day, we assumed that dirty stuff in the bathroom would be removed. My goodness but housekeeping didn't even show up!!! No one cleaned the bathroom, nor did they even drop off new towels for us to use. Nothing!! This hotel was the worst we've ever stayed at. I was embarrassed to have to explain to my children why we couldn't bring food back to the hotel and why I didn't want them swimming in the pool. Kids don't understand that type of thing, they just want to eat/play/swim... I felt bad explaining this to my kids, but I just couldn't wait to get away from the place. I enjoyed the place it was convenient to stores, shopping malls and to local beaches in the area, as well as to restaurants. I recommend the hotel to others, the people were friendly, and the place was never dirty.

The mattresses are terrible, not even sure if my wife and I really sleep

I was amazed at this Howard Johnson for the condiditon we experienced in Cape Cod. First we were given a room which we had to switch out because the minute we opened the door, the stinch of a smoker greeted us. On top of that, the toilet was broken and there was dirty towels. Traveling with 2 children, we could not stay in that room even if they came […] and fixed everything. Because I booked this online and was instantly charged, I decided to just switch to another room which was somewhat better. We still had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, but the front desk was quick in resolving that and tired of seeing my face. We ended up staying just the one night, didn't care to eat the continental breakfast the next morning, and focused on checking out. The children in the room above us sounded like they would come through the roof at any point. I absolutely would not stay here again, just not the hotel experience we are used to. 더 보기

I thought because this was a Howard Johnson it would be a rather generic hotel. Our room smelled musty and the carpet and bedding were humid/moist. The shower curtain was mouldy. Internet was really slow and the attendants could not answer questions because they spoke little English. Not impressed!

The price was right for the location. Hotel seemed to be recently painted on the outside, etc. Our bathroom had been recently updated. There were some bugs in the room (bathroom particularly) that might have been attracted to the initial musty smell upon entering. Once we opened the window the smell went away. The beds were not very comfortable and […] the carpet in the room had a dirty feel to it. There were some stains on the wallpaper. Continental breakfast was a carb nightmare. White bread, bagels, honey buns, and cereal. The coffee was weak. All in all though, it seems there were some recent updates done to the motel. The room was reasonably clean. A place to sleep, beds were firm and comfortable. Seemed a tad run down. Cleaning team not exceptional or detail oriented. Room had a mold smell. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Pools are nice and clean.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and similar in size to those of hotels in the area charging much more. It was convenient to shopping, restaraunts and beaches.

The lady in the front desk was very kind with our questions about the facilities and neighborhood. We enjoyed the indoor 3-9ft pool and sauna. Too bad the whirlpool was broken. This place was right in between all the good food places, minigolf, arcades, go-carts, kayaking, diners, desserts, etc. Everything was just 10 minutes away. The workers there […] are all so friendly. We arrived 30 minutes early, but we weren't able to check in because the room was still being cleaned. I don't blame them because check-in time was 2PM. 더 보기

The hotel was perfect for our needs, kids and adults. Nice swimming pools indoor and out. Clean cool rooms in the summer heat. Central location to Cape Cod. Price was good too.

The room smelled of mildew, stale smoke or both. There were noisy neighbors, past the posted quiet time. No one in my group got a good night sleep while we were there. Hopefully, next time I will remember to pay the extra couple of bucks to stay somewhere nicer.

Good rates. Room has an odor. Not at all my class of hotels. Outdoor pool was not even filled (we stayed on Memorial Day weekend...pool opening weekend) hot tub was not working either. Other than a roof over our head...not very convenient
