no wifi in the room, and the password provided was incorrect, can't connect to internet!!! cable got disconnected on our 2nd day of staying.... honestly think they didn't pay bill. won't recommend this place !!! worst place ever !!!

The structure of the hotel is exactly as it appears in the photos but what you don’t see is the old, stained & dingy rugs. Advantages: lots of room for families, esp. if you would normally need 2 hotel rooms. The street it's on looks like the Las Vegas strip,, if you like that sort of thing. Pretty close to Disney parks. Disadvantages: This is not a hotel, you are renting a very sparsely furnished condo. There is No: housekeeping, soap, laundry deterg., dishwashing deterg., […] shampoo, kleenex, paper towels, or toilet paper. The last is especially unforgiving. Bring everything with you or figure you'll visit a grocery store and spend $30-$40. They provide bed linens and barely enough towels. The 2 front desk people I had dealings with at check-in/out were marginally civil. 더 보기

It is very hard to find. We got there around 5:15 pm. There was no body to help us. We struggled to open a box with contained out keys to the room. The room has a full kitchen but NOTHING else. I had read that this was a resort. What it is, is a condo in an apartment complex. If I was not by myself and with family, it would have been awesome, as it was roomy, clean and convenient. However, here are my surprises: 1) There was little to no toilet papers in the condo 2) There was no soap, or shampoo 3) There were 4 towels on the bathroom counter. 4) […] Even though there was a resort fee, nobody ever cleaned the place or replenished supplies while I was there. 5) I called about the soap/TP/Shampoo and an answering service came on. They said they would pass the message. While I was there for 5 days, they never brought supplies. The condo was nice, so I want to a close by CVS and bought what I needed. For business travel, this is a hassle. For families, it may not quite ok. 더 보기

Everything is perfect. Although the room is a little bit old, it is still comfortable. I think Florida Magic Vacation can be a great choice for families and students.

Check in went smooth. The cleanliness of room was excellent, but felt unfinished. All hotels or resorts offer small soap, some coffee packets, 1 roll of tissue for bathrooms, some napkins in kitchen, but there was only 1 roll of tissue in each bathroom. We had a big beautiful 3 bedroom condo with only one 40in tv in living area. Horrible patio furniture […] and missing blinds, and the bed was horrific, it started my back pains again. The Florida Magic Vacation was a huge disappointment for us. We arrived to find a "surprise" demand for cleaning payment that was not disclosed on our confirmation. We then pulled our comforters back to find several dark, dirty hairs in all three of the beds in the room. I took an envelope of them to the front desk and was met with rudeness when we […] asked to have the bed linens changed. Great localization Interten Will be good!!!!

The good: The unit was very nicely decorated and more spacious than my first few apartments. The grounds and facilities were lovely. The bad: Check-in - only a two hour window for check-in (between 4 and 6 pm). We arrived at about 6:30 and found the office dark and locked up for the night. On the door there was a number to call to get the combination […] for a lock-box that contained our room key. We checked in officially the next morning. Not a huge inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Room - The unit came with a full kitchen, however when we arrived and tried to cook dinner, there were no pots or pans to be found. Since the front desk was closed for the night, we ended up having to barter with the people in a neighboring unit (our working coffee maker for one of their pots). The next morning when we checked in, we informed the person at the front desk about the lack of pots and were told they would be brought right over. They arrived just in time for dinner - lucky we had planned on being out for lunch. The ugly: This is the first hotel/condo/timeshare/rental house, etc. that I have stayed at that did not provide a bar of soap, a spare roll of toilet paper, a spare trash bag, or (when there was a full kitchen) a tablet of diswasher soap. It came as a big surprise when we got into the unit and wanted to wash our two year old up for dinner and realized that there wasn't a single cake of soap to be found in the entire place. We mentioned this at the front desk the next morning and were told that guests were responsible for providing all of these things. In the same breath, we were told that there was a substantial cleaning fee attached to the rental (which was not mentioned in the rental agreement). In addition, several of the pillows were also lacking pillowcases, which we asked for and never received. Overall it's a pretty facility, but considering the slow service, hidden fees, and lack of basic simple provisions that one would expect in even the cheapest e 더 보기

This was awesome! it was so much room, we were here for 9 days and it was a really good time. i would recomend it to everyone! it was close to everything, restaurant, parks ect.

We went with the entire family and this townhome accommodated all 6 of us wonderfully! Rooms were very clean and the kitchen and living room area were very comfortable. Did not feel like a hotel at all. This is a vacation rental away from a management desk to contact in the middle of the night if something goes wrong, but there will most likely not […] even be a need to contact them. Great stay! The place was better than I expected. Great rooms, very clean and spacious, beautiful view from balcony, and very close to Disney World. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place and will definately stay there again.

we absolutely loved our stay there. it was awesome. the room was great. the price. the quality. the space was great. it was a 5 minute drive to disney. it was right on 192. i wish it had more locations all over the us so i could use it at other locations.

this resort exceeded our expectations

The facility is very conveniently located with a Supermarket and several chain restuarants within easy walking distance. There is also mini-golf nearby and a large TARGET within easy reach to the West. The unit itself was very well maintained and appointed with all modern conveniences. Because of the risk of soaked clothes from the Water Parks such […] as Blizzard Beach, we found that the Washer and Dryer was invaluable. This was a really nice place and located practically at the entrance to Disney. The condo was very well kept and clean. You will need to bring or buy when you get there some incidentals like toilet paper and paper towels since they only leave one roll in each bathroom. Near all the shopping centers, great location, excellent service.

the condo was great. my husband and i was on our anniversary and it was nice but i dont agree with the 65.00 clean up fee we was charged. we only used (1) Of the (3) bedrooms and one of the (3) restroom. we barely used the (2) Living rooms. we cooked and cleaned everything that was used. it was practically as clean as it was when we got there. also […] if 65.00 cleaning fee was going to be chared it should have been listed on line not read anout it when you get in the room. if i would have kwown i would like have gotten the large room like that for me and my husband. i feel we wasted money 더 보기

This would have been a great condo if the owners had kept it up. We stayed in a three bedroom condo,with a full kitchen with 3 baths for 6 nights, it had lots of room. You receive no wash cloths, no kitchen cloths, we had only 1 skillet in poor condition, 1 coffee cup with 8 plates & bowls & 4 glasses. The place never got completely cool and we found […] the ac had frozen ice on it & had been taped up. The master bedroom had the curtain rod fallen down and a filty, torn up bedspread with food stains still on it. We ask for wash cloths & were informed they do not give any, we ony got 6 towels. We asked for a new spread and they put on a blaket and folded up the dirty spread and put it right back on the bed. We said something about the cups & found some brakable ones hanging in a plastic sack on our door when we got in two nights later. The floors were dirty and dust was on the plants and tables, the bar stool back was ripped, so all in all, they need to have a better cleaning service and up keep policy. It was a great location and lots of room for a family, so if having a room clean, cool air in Juy, very little supplies in a condo, then you would probaly be ok. It was more than we expected. We considered buying one,but there were no ground units left. Great place to stay. A hidden jewel.

Guests should be aware that this is not a hotel room equipped with coffee etc. It has the equipment, but guests should bring coffee, paper products etc. You must call the Florida Magic office to make arrangements for late check-ins. Guest should be sure to follow those instructions in the written information given at the time of booking.

The Condo was very Clean and had plenty of room for us. There was a lot of places to eat at near this location. The complaint I have is for them to add more TV in the rooms, because they only had 1 in bdrm and i in living rm. AC did not work. Maintenance did not respond when called about it.Could not sleep. One guest slept on tile floor! Room was not compted or discounted in any way. Supervisor was called & never returned call. Would never ever consider using this place again. We planned for a week in Orlando, & staying in the 3/2 condo (townhome) was an ideal option. And, with the awesome price we got from hotels.com, it was totally affordable! Definitely going to stay with them again if we do another long-term vacation!

We was very much surpriced when we arrivelled to Florida Magic Hotel. We thought it was a hotel we have booked, but to our surprise it was a resort. The pictures at the web-site looks to good, and is not what you see when arrivel. specially the pictures from swimmingpool look great. Our apartment was very worn inside, and we will say not a place where […] you will ,ake dinner yourselve. It's a place where you sleep and move away from morning to evening.
