I grew up in the Akron / Cuyahoga Falls area - so its nice to have a place to stay when I come home to visit that I know is always clean and comfortable. The staff has always been warm and welcoming.

My son had a basketball tournament in Akron over the weekend! The hotel was great! Friendly staff at the front desk, great work out room and pool, and convenient breakfast in the lobby!

great place. as all the business hotels should be: quick check in, free wifi, free breakfast, gym, great service..

My family and I have been to this hotel several times in the past 3 years. Would not think about going anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, rooms are so big and clean, there is no smoking nor pets allowed. Which keeps the place smelling fresh all the time. In the lobby you will always find coffee, fruit and cookies. There are even books […] that you can borrow and return. Mornings they serve breakfast. bagels, muffins, cereal. Greatest breakfast buffet! Pool kept kids active too. *ammentity charge is only a temporary security hold/dont use anything,you will not lose any$thing. This is my 2nd extended stay, and i WILL return again.

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL HOLTEL. GREAT STAFF. VERY CLEAN. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT IF YOU WENT IN THE POOL THE CHLORINE WAS VERY STRONG AND BURNED YOUR EYES. WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I was pleased with our stay at this hotel. It was clean, and hotel staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that there were no microwave oven in the room. Also at breakfast, there was plenty of choices for breakfast. I would stay there again definitely.

The Hotel in Cuyahoga Falls, OH was very easy to get to off the expressway. We thought it was a nice area and so many stores close by. Our room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. We booked two rooms Thanksgiving weekend. One was a double queen and the other a king suite. Both rooms were well stocked, cleaned and comfortable for our guests. We spent most of our time in the King suite which had a seperate bedroom with tv. The suite area had a tv, pull out couch, chair, microwave, sink and small fridge with freezer. This was perfect […] for our sisters gathering. The front desk was exceptional! I really could not have asked for better customer service. The pool/whirlpool were wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding for a complimentary hotel breakfast. I was very impressed with this hotel. very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The breakfast and 24hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate was greatly appreciated along with the fruit basket and cookies. Would definately reccomend this hotel.

This hotel was what I expected in that the room was very clean and comfortable. I wish it would have had a small refrigerator, though. Everything else was great!

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in for quite some time. We were doing a college visit. It was close to campus and we will definitely stay here when we visit my son at college!

I only stayed a nite here, just a pit stop on a road trip. I was not expecting much. I didnt need much..just sleep. and the only way I could get it was to pull the mini frig out from the wall and unplug it. Very comfy bed and pillows. I did a lil workout at the gym. Basic. I liked it..

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is wonderfully courteous. The breakfast is really great. It is clean and well-kept. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The staff was very accomadating, kind & professional. We celebrated a 4 year old's birthday & everyone was so helpful. ( even the other guests). It felt like family away from home. We have traveled alot & this has been one of our best experiences

Better than average 'continental breakfast' -- was expecting only cold foods (sweet rolls, cereal, etc.) but they had waffles, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, etc. Good value for the money. Only negative was a too-soft mattress!

I was very pleased with the hotel, food and service. I will definately stay again. Close to Blossom Music Center and affordable. I will definately stay again.

Very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable, wanted to take it with me. Clean hotel. Breakfast was the best. I was expecting food like waffles but they had sausage and eggs and fruit salad, so good. This will be my preferred hotel from now on.

This is the best hotel that I have been to. Discovered it last year when we came to Ohio for a family reunion. Used this hotel again for this years reunion. The staff is excellent, they are always looking to help. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. Hotel itself is Smoke Free and no pets allowed. This keeps the place smelling fresh :). They serve […] breakfast every moring, on weekends they will have eggs and bacon ... coffee is always available. The pool area and gym are both kept clean. Excellent, if smallish inn, convenient to expressway and enough commercial development to keep anyone busy for days. Only shortcoming was with pillows, which were plump enough when sitting up, but lacked any real support, making it difficult to find a comfortable position.

The front desk staff were excellent - very friendly, courteous and helpful. The condition of the hotel was very nice. The room was very clean. They had a good hot breakfast buffet in a comfortable setting. The location of the hotel was very convenient to many things. However... It was hard to communicate with housekeeping, as our maid did not speak […] English, not even enough to tell us she did not speak English. The room had that stale "hotel room" smell to it, which wasn't very pleasant and made my clothes smell. The wall A/C unit in my room was noisy when it came on, which woke me up several times. I have stayed in multiple hotels with similar pricing within the past 2 months and this is my favorite. Everything looks new, clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was that the bathtub drained too slowly and I ended up standing in a pool of dirty water before I was finished with my shower. The hotel was staffed by very friendly, efficient staff. The rooms were very clean and the included breakfasts were superb. I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again.

Country Inn & Suites is easy to get to, in the heart of the city. Hotel was very clean and well-decorated, and staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again!

Myself and two friends stayed here after seeing a show at the Blossom Music Centre. We were coming from Canada and found the directions great and it was in close proximity to the show (there were hotels that were closer). The room was very spacious and clean. It was almost more room then we needed. The price was great and the staff were all very friendly! […] The breakfast included the next morning was just what we needed. Had a great stay here. The staff were very helpful in questions we had about the surrounding area and helping us to order pizza in time before they closed as well as ammenities that we had forgotten to pack. Pretty cool when Taylor Hicks walked in the front door to stay at their hotel too!

check-in was a breeze. staff was so friendly and helpful. loved the 24/7 coffee as well as coffee in the room - yum. the complimentary breakfast was AWESOME! pool was nice. i think all rooms should have a tiny fridge.

We stayed three nights at this hotel during Thanksgiving weekend. It was close to a major Mall, as well as a railroad and I was concerned there might be traffic noise. NONE. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was helpfull and the brekfasts each day were a pleasant surprise. Much nicer than many "continetals" I've been offered.

'Twas amidst a heavy downpour and chilly clouded darkness when I arrived at the door of this den of repose, and that is when the nightmare began. Upon entering I was greeted by the gnarly chambermaid who emerged from her backroom pit, spewing forth curses and vulgarities enough to make beelzebub blush, and thrusting a crooked finger toward the door […] of my allotted chamber. The sounds of moaning throughout this prison echoed throughout the vast darkness, as I ascended the creaking stairs into the void. Opening my door a rush of stench hit my nostrils and immediately caused me to vomit. I realized my room was a cesspool, caked over with the filth of a thousand generations, filth too awful for words. I made way to the bed. A lone bulb gently swinging flickered on and off as the roaring tempest beat against the walls. I uncovered the threadbare sheets to find the hair of a thousand guests, hair of the head, toes, and everything inbetwixt and inbetwain adorning the stained raiment of my bed, which was as comfortable as a coffin. I turned on the shower next, and it violently spit a cold brown froth over the mold-ridden tiles of that cursed washroom as the vermin scattered about the floor and cracked mirror. I realized this was no terrestrial cloister but a den of demons, a habitation suitable only for those who now occupy the netherworld. Laying in bed the violent thumpings of a man incestuously pounding away at his woman echoed, as her vulgar yells kept me awake throughout that haunted, dreadful night. 더 보기

We'd travelled to see Todd Rundgren do his Todd and Healing LPs,live, in Akron. Our first American trip was very interesting. We only had breakfast,which was fine. There was NO BAR!,but it was still a canny place. Seemed to be for older guests.

The hotel is in the skirts of my hometown and was convenient for a Class reunion and for all the local visiting.

.As soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted by the Friendly workers. Checking in was so quick and hassle-free. The lobby of the hotel was so specious and clean, the hotel had such a fresh scent to it. What we liked about it was that it is totally smoke free. We were on the 3rd floor right across from the elevator. Where I thought it would be so […] noisy -- it was the complete opposite. We were a Family of 5 and our room was big and so clean. Came with 2 large beds, we requested a cot which we got for no extra fee. There is a indoor pool, exercise room, books for you to read, lobby they have cookies and fruit. They do serve breakfast in the morning, each day is different. You get your usual, cereal, rolls, bagels, fruit, coffee and juice. On the weekend you would get a full breakfast, which included eggs, bacon and muffins. We got our money's worth staying at this hotel :) 더 보기
