Hotel Maria del Carmen Merida - 메리다

Hotel staff excellent could not asked for better service. Room condition -good with a nice comfortable bed. Noise level was good with the exception of a few noisy guest. Overall our stay was really great.

The hotel itself is not badly located and the front desk staff very friendly. However the room itself is a different story... Missing towels, bathroom sink broken always leaking. The bed sheets stained, and the a/c fan very noisy when not turned on.

Very noisy, a loud generator buzzes all night but also all noise from the cleaners and other guests in the hallway is massively magnified by the tiled floor. Overall had an institutional feel, no character at all. TV was so old it didn't have a remote control. great staff, good location, good pool, good restaurant, adequate room

We wanted air conditioning, a king sized bed and internet, which we could sometimes get in our room. The price was great, Oct 2011.

I always stay in this hotel when i fly to Merida. It's located in the heart of the historical center of Merida. The price cheap and the rooms are not bad at all. I recommand it to all tourist going to Merida.

We stayed at this hotel from June 13-15/11, the location to the Zocolo is excellent, just 3 blocks. The staff at the front desk and lobby were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the same can not be said for the waiters in the restaurant, although the food was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are located on the outside of the building so you can hear all kinds of noises, specially the swimming pool noise. you can hear the kitchen and the people walking on the halls. The reception area is Nice but does not reflect the same of the other areas. hotel is really more a 2 star.

We were satisfied with this hotel, they have very good service, very clean rooms, the only problem is that they do not turn on the A/C in the reception area and the mosquitoes do come in. Otherwise is a good location, good parking for your rental and very nice people. I will recommend it. Elba

Realmente muy comodo.Ya que estuvimos ahi para tramitar nuestras Visas y se ubica a solo 5 min.caminando del CAS y posteriormente a 10 min. en auto del consulado. A pesar que se encuentra en el centro de Merida es muy tranquilo. el servicio es bueno y economico. El personal es muy servicial. Muy bonito, limpio y comodo. Lo recomendo 100%. No me gusto que el horario de la alberca sea de 7 am a ? y mi hija bajo a las 8 am y se quedo esperando 30 minutos y aun no estaba listo la alberca. Todo lo demas estubo muy bien.

Chambre confortable, personnel très accueuillant, près de la station centrale d'autobus et du centre historique. Un bon choix

es muy comodo porque permite llegar pronto al aeropuerto y la atencion es muy buena

El hotel está a tres cuadras del centro histórico y a cuatro de la terminal de autobuses. Esta bien ubicado. En las fotos se ve como nuevo pero no lo es. Aún así es cómodo. Las toallas están desgastadas y el baño se ve viejo, este es el único inconveniente que le veo, pero es un hotel económico, por lo tanto el precio está en proporción a lo que ofrece. […] El restaurante ofrece un café muy rico y el bufette es aceptable. 더 보기

la habitacion que se me asigno en un principio, tenia un clima, que sonaba como molino de nixtamal, las cortinas no cierran bien, y es una bronca ver la t.v. con unos controles obsoletos

Pasamos 6 días en el hotel y nos sentimos muy bien, tanto en la atención como en la higiene. Cerca del centro, sin estar en el bullicio. Cómodo y accesible.

EL HOTEL ESTA BIEN SITUADO, LOS PRECIOS DEL RESTAURANTE SON BASTANTE ACCESIBLES, EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE. UNICO PUNTO CREO QUE PUEDEN MEJORAR EN LA LIMPIEZA DEL HOTEL.

Hôtel correct d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Il est surtout bien placé à 5mn du zocalo et moins de 10 mn de la gare routière.

Très bien placé, personnel très sympathique. Chambres propres, piscine agréable et restaurant à la cuisine soignée et pas très chère. Connexion Internet avec ordinateur à l'accueil. Je le recommande.

das Hotel ist ein einfaches 3 Sterne Hotel sehr zentral in der City von Merida...aufzupassen ist, das s man ein Zimmer zum Pool bekommt, da vorn zur Strasse die Lautstaerke so laut ist, dass man def,. nicht schlafen kann. Ausserdem hatte ich Ckorgeruch aus dem Bad im Zimmer...sonst einfach aber gut.

En general el Hotel Maria del Carmen fue fabuloso, sobre todo el personal fue super amable. El mejor hotel que hemos estado en Merida.

Las fotos del hotel están increíblemente bien hechas, porque lo que se ve en internet no se corresponde con la realidad. Parece mucho más de lo que es en realidad. El hotel es justito y ya... menos mal que por lo menos era barato

La Comida tipica en el Hotel no fue muy buena

Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, haben dort sehr gut gespeist! Das Hotel ist sauber, bietet kostenlos einen PC in der Lobby zum surfen an.
