Our room was wonderfully quiet. We didn't hear our neighbors the whole weekend. The breakfast bar was good too with waffles, sausage, and eggs. The pool and hot tub were smaller than we expected, but the pool was just the right temperature. The hot tub was hotter than any other I've experienced. No one sat in the tub for more than five minutes.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. We will stay again.

In the eveings it seems like there is only one staff person to tend to business. They need to add a person.

The hotel was comfortable, but not exactly as pictured on their website. Although having a sofa, desk, and chair was nice, a small eating table would have been nice. The staff, however, was wonderful. We arrived at midnight in a cab paid for by the hotel. We asked for and received a late check out the next day as we had to wait for transportation to […] our next destination. I booked a King Suite expecting it to have a whirlpool because under the room specifics, it listed a jetted bathtub. When I arrived at the hotel and realized the mistake, I asked if I their whirlpool suite was available for the weekend I was staying (I was interested in upgrading if at all possible). Unfortunately, I was told that I'd have to wait until […] the next day (we had a late check-in that night) until the manager got there. The next day, after doing some sightseeing and shopping, we returned to our room with our arms full of bags only to realize our key didn't work anymore. We went back to the counter and had to wait 35 minutes because the front desk associate was also the bartender and apparently she was making good tips at the bar because we were told we had to wait until she was finished at the bar. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Great for our one night stay.

It was very hard to find, but worth it once I found it.

This is a nice hotel. It even has a bar downstairs in the lobby. The only negaive is the location because you can't see it off of 28th St. It's hidden behind stores and trees. Other than that, I was very satisfied. I would stay there again if I needed to now that I know where it's located.

After a horrible stay at a competing hotel chain, I decided to try this one. What a nice stay. Hotel staff were very friendly, professional & helpful. I will definitely stay there again. We slept great!!

The room and the bathroom were very clean. The entire hotel was well maintained. Room was quiet and comfortable. I would like to see 2 TVs in a suite not just one that swivels between rooms.

Although checkout time is 12:00, housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:00am, waking me up after a late night working. There are no "do not disturb" signs available.

Because we read the other reviews before booking, we knew to find the hotel behind Target! The front desk was great in accomadating a room change from a near by hotel so our two parties could be together. But best of all they Fed Ex our computer home to us that we had left in the room!!! Great people!

We stayed here as we visited local colleges in the area. I was located in a great central location allowing us short drive times to Muskegon, Grand Valley State and Kalamazoo (WSU). It is a little hard to find, but other hotel.com reviews helped us find it behind the Target. Rooms were comfortable, clean and the service was outstanding. Free breakfast […] was a huge plus for our family of 5. We save at least $100 just by enjoying the huge variety they offered. Good Hotel, close to airport and places to eat. It was a bit noisy on the weekend with the baseball team. Other wise I'll return.

Great Hotel with vvery friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent housekeeping thruout the hotel including the rooms. Nice bar area/breakfast area that sells beverages at night and breakfast in the morning. Slightly off the main highway but worth it! DB-Orland Park, IL

The hotel wasn't bad for the price, but unless you read the reviews that people have written...it's VERY hard to find. Lucky for me I read the reviews! It sits back behind a Target shopping center. Once you get to SpringHill Suites by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport/Southeast you'll find that it is a good place to stay, especially if you are traveling on business and need to be near the airport. It is close to the main east-west road into town and an Interstate exit is very close. The problem is finding the place. You have to drive through an array […] of restaurant entrances and shopping mall parking lot, before turning off onto a little side street into what seems like nowhere. This little road eventually winds its way past the back of a giant Target store and you see an entrance to two hotels, the SpringHill Suites and a different one owned by Hilton. When you know how to get there, the hotel is fine, the staff is okay, and the rooms are clean. One problem I had in my room was that the toilet was clogged and would not flush when I arrived. Other than that, I'd say this is a reasonable place to stay in Grand Rapids. 더 보기

I got to the hotel very late after inclement weather delayed my flight. The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was fantastic! Very large and spacious and modern with a fridge and microwave that was very handy. The awesome, large flatscreen tv straddled both the sleeping and living areas nicely. The only negative is that the walls are definitely […] thin, I could hear people talking pretty loudly in the hallway from the "bedroom" and also could clearly hear the person in the next room taking a shower. The hotel is kind of hidden and there aren't any signs off the main road to tell you where it is.
