i thought the location of the hotel was great. the staff and room were great. if i go to hartford again i would stay there again.

Excellent mid-town location.

The hotel itself, room, service, etc. was wonderful. The surrounding area was not great. It was right on a bar strip and seemed like a shady neighborhood.

We arrived late Friday night and discovered that "Winterfest" was in progress at the bar next door. Lots of drunk party-goers made parking and getting to the lobby very uncomfortable, not to mention very loud. Had to park in the lot behind the hotel, below the bar next door. Stupidly high parking fee paid to hotel for a spot which, thank goodness, didn't […] result in damage to my car, but lots of trash, liquor bottles, a cell phone, etc. found around it in the morning. Security accompanied us to put the tag in the window. Pretty nice area in the daytime, with a gorgeous park nearby. Without the rowdy bar-goers, would probably be a nice place to stay. 더 보기

Good location downtown Hartford. Brewpub next door. Free and good quality breakfast. Fitness room has cardio & weights in good condition. Parking is expensive but that's downtown anywhere. Would stay here again.

We came to Hartford for a concert at Excel Center which was one block away. Super convenient! Lots of bars and restaurants all around. Room was clean, cozy and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and professional staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The walls in the suites are mad thin. Trying to sleep when the guest in 706 was blasting Poker face was nearly impossible.

The hotel room was next to a bar with music. We asked to have our room changed because of this. The breakfast was average at best. Overall, ok, but would not be loyal to this hotel.

Very nice. Great hotel. BUT, there is a nightclub next door with a rooftop bar. Lots of noise. Ask for suite on other side of the hotel.

First of all, if you need a hotel in the Hartford area and you don't mind spending for quality....stay here!!! Hotel is absolutely clean from top to bottom...staff is excellent and the continental breakfast isn't half bad. Depending on what room you are getting (i reserved the king suite), the sleep in sofa is even super comfortable. The bed is awesome […] and the rooms are bright with a beautiful view of the capital city. The only little tiny thing that sucks is that you have to pay per day for parking....but besides that this hotel is better than any other hotel in Hartford due to the quality, location and excellence/professionalism the staff displays. Hard to find those qualities in a hotel in these times!!! 더 보기

We had a great room, and the hotel staff were very helpful. The surrounding area is a little scarey and when you walk into the hotel the first thing you see is a sign that they are not responsible for anything happening to your car in their lot... beyond that, you also have to pay to park your car. We walked the area during the day, and it was fine. […] Got to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel continental breakfast was super!! Over all, for the price, and quality of the accommodations, it was well worth it. 더 보기

I was in town for the Hartford Marathon so the location was just perfect, three blocks from the start/finish line. It was spacious, clean and located within walking distance of a number of great restaurants. My only issue was that when I called the hotel the day before to inquire about transportation from the airport, I was told the only option was […] a cab - at $42.00. I checked on line and found a city bus, #30 Bradley Flyer for $1.25! It doesn't take you directly to the door but the stop is only about three blocks away, an easy walk for almost anyone wanting to save some money. 더 보기

I stayed at a hotel a block or so down from this one last year and was dissapointed. I will now stay at Homewood Suties anytime I'm in downtown Hartford.

Loved the full kitchen and layout of the suite. Plenty of space, free intranet, table to eat at, desk to work at and a flat screen TV in each room. Able to grab a cab quickly late at night. Easy walking to plenty of hotspots. Would recommend to friends and I would stay again.
