The rooms and hotel/casino was very nice and clean but it was so noisy! We could hear the girl one floor down and over talking with her friends. Anyone talking while walking down the hallway could be heard and we both woke up (after very little sleep) with sore backs due to the pillows.

Hotel was okay, I would recommend you stay in a room facing the street. We stayed on the 9th floor facing the mountain and there was an annoying sound all night.

Nice hotel. Compare with a Comfort or Fairfield Inns

The rooms are very nice and comfortable beds. We could not get the room to cool off very much for sleeping was the only complaint.

This hotel was extremely nice and located in a very neat tourist town. I only wish we'd had more time to spend in it and see the area more :(

Guest services were very poor and the key for the elevator never seemed to work. I fewlt since I booked this room online with hotles.com they were not going to give me service. The room was dirty and lamp shades were broken.

Our room keys did not work correctly. Another guest in the same elevator could not get their room/elevator card key to work in either elevator. It took another guest to blow on card key slot to get us upstairs. After getting to our room, the key card would not work to unlock the door. Had to go back downstairs and have card keys remade. The room was […] exceptional. Spacious. Clean. Having a microwave and little refrigerator would have been useful. Such a nice hotel but they skimp on there pillow bring your own pillow.

The room neede to have a fridge in it to keep snacks, leftovers, and drinks. That would be the one downfall from our stay.

I thought the desk people were not friendly at all, the room was okay but very warm and couldnt cool it off

The Isle Hotel - Lady Luck Tower in Black hawk, Co was nice,clean,great location & lots to do around the area! I would like to stay @ Isle Hotel - Lady Luck Tower again next time I go to the hill :)

my only issue was that the room did not look anything like the pictures.

I've made a habit of staying at Lady Luck when I visit Blackhawk. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the prices are always reasonable. Thanks!

This is a nice place concidering your staying at a casino. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Price was good and I had no problems with noise. Bed was moderatly comfortable. Hotel has easy access.

The room was very nice, clean and up to date. Enjoyed our stay. Casino staff was very friendly, hotel staff was friendly as well. Liked the security aspect; unless you have a room key, you cant access the hotel room floors. We will stay here again for sure.

This hotel was absolutely excellent! The deocr was upscale, the bed was comfortable, the the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient! Our only complaint is that they put someone else's name on one of our room keys (oops!).

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Lady Luck Tower the only thing I would want to see change is the comfort of the bed. I woke up in the morning and my back hurt the bed was a little to hard, but if that were to be fixed I would stay again, but on a good note the hotel staff and casino staff are great you will have wonderful service and the food is pretty […] good too. This was one of three hotels that we stayed at during our trip across Colorado and we were very impressed with it! Room size and accommodations were great, easy access to surrounding casinos and free shuttle bus to other casinos and central city. Would recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. Flat screen tv and desk were nice amenities. Several chairs allowed us to have a few people over to sit comfortably in (even though it was a standard room). All very nice features. The fact that the bed sheet was a jungle with Toucan Sam on it and had holes in it brought the overall score down. We have no problem with this hotel. The only thing we would have liked is a refrigerator. For the price we were more than happy.

This was our first visit to a Colorado Hotel Casino. We usually go to Las Vegas or Reno, but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Room rates, while not as inexpensive as Las Vegas, were still very reasonable . Pros: Our room was excellent; clean, roomy, and comfortable. Casino dealers and waiters were very friendly, helpful, and […] patient. The drive through the mountains to get to the hotel was just the icing on the cake. Cons: We felt rushed at breakfast in the hotel buffet. We got there 30 minutes before breakfast closed, yet they were already shutting down the buffet. When we voiced our opinion to the buffet manager, his flippant reply was "well. I seated you 30 minutes ago". Very unprofessional (but the waiters were very nice). Also, a few of the check in agents at the front desk could have been freindlier. Overall, we had a very nice time and we will definitely stay there again. 더 보기

The place feels a bit old. The check-in desk is really run down, and I was worried about my room when I was checking in. However, when I got to my room, I was happy to see it was in better shape than the front desk. The window was broken and 'fixed' with tape, but otherwise, the room was fine. The casino feels really old and uninviting.

Two of my sisters and I shared a double queen room in the Lady Luck tower. The room was newly updated, comfortable, clean and very nice. The only thing that could be improved is adding an exhaust to the bathroom, but other than that no negatives at all. Thanks Isle Hotel.

nice hotel in walking distance of all the casinos. rates are not to expensive buffet in the casino and that was not very expensive will return to this hotel and casino.

Getting to the hotel was rough. We arrived at night and the mountain road made for a tiring ride in. The hotel itself was difficult to find, and it was hard to locate where we were supposed to park. The front desk staff was nice, enough, but nothing special. The room looked like it came from another era, and you could tell that it used to be a fun place […] to stay (bright colors and jungle prints). The only problem we noticed was a barking dog 2 doors down from us as we headed to our room. We thought "uh-oh". But once we were in our room, realized we could not hear the barking. We had the pleasure of staying at the Lady Luck Tower in Blackhawk Colorado. Our stay was lovely, the room was spacious and clean. The price was very good and the staff treated us very well.

We tried to get a room from the hotel itself, but were told the only had one room at the cheaper price and they would not sell it. I called hotels.com and found a room for the same price. The room was great!! We will definantly use hotels.com again.

Beds very uncomfortable, check-in in parking garage and walk to room convoluted.

The hotel is very clean and one of the best in town. The only down side was that we arrived after midnight and had to check in at the Isle Capri so we had to walk to through the casino with all our lugage. Besides that, it was a nice stay.

I was happy to find a discount rate on Hotels.com. The hotel was clean, accomodating and staff was pleasant. I'm not sure it would be worth full rate, but definetely at a discount. Casino is very good.

Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. All necessary amenities were available and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is near most of the Black Hawk casinos and free transportation is provided to Black Hawk and Central City locations. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
