First trip to Lake Garda, Italy to celebrate my 40th birthday. Room with balcony overlooking the lakes was beautiful, very clean and bed very comfortable. Was very touched when I was sent up a bottle of champagne to celebrate by birthday courtesy of the hotel. Only stayed a couple of nights as part of European road trip, this Hotel was an absolute find, best location on the lake with its own little parade of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Make sure you find the "sun terrace" we nearly didn't find it! Stunning views.

Staff at Reception appeared confused and untrained. Our room was clean but the walls were marked up and needed repainting.

When we decided to travel to Italy, I spent several months deliberating over which hotel to book our stay in. I primarily went by the reviews written on various hotels, knowing that pictures cannot always tell the true story. When we arrived at Hotel Savoy, we were ecstatic!!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, our room was bigger than I thought […] it would be and the balcony view was breath taking. The staff was so helpful and friendly and accommodated all of our needs. The hotel is quiet and romantic. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Italy! 더 보기

Hotels meeting expectations seen the price and location. Breakfast is however not according to our expectations of a 4 star hotel. Juices made out of concentrates and the coffee made from a poor quality machine.

I booked into the Savoy Palace by mistake. I had meant to stay at the nearby Grand, (where I had stayed 15 years earlier) but got confused with the similarity of the two hotels' looks and descriptions on-line. So when I got to the Savoy and found it wasn't the place I had stayed in before, and of which I had such fond memories, I was prepared to be […] disappointed. I needn't have worried. The Savoy turned out to be just as comfortable, accommodating and friendly as the Grand had been. If anything, it was slightly less stuffy and certainly less expensive. Overall the hotel was good and Gardone is a nice place to stay. We felt that here was a tendency for the hotel to try to make extra money from us where it could. For example, although there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room there were no cups. My wife called in at reception to pick some up and was told that they'd send some up straight away. Sure […] enough a guy appeared within a few minutes with the cups, and a bill for Eu5. We protested and eventually the charge was dropped, but it left a sour taste. 더 보기

Very nice older hotel in a great location. Rooms were very spacious, perhaps need a bit of an upgrade. TV reception was not great and the gym facilities were not good at all. But otherwise, we had a lovely view onto the pool and lake, breakfasts were good, and overall good stay and has a certain old world charm to the hotel.

We don't often stay for long periods in one hotel as we are always afraid of landing in a hotel we don;t like and being stuck with it. But we took a chance with this one and booked for a full fortnight. A Well Situated Hotel Right On The Lake, large room, friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel - excellent helpful staff. Beautiful spot on the lakeside with small promonade at the bottom of the garden. There are a few resturants along the prom, with a pretty little square. The only downside is that we booked a room with a balcony - the balcony was fantastic - but the sun dissappears from it around 3 in the afternoon. Obviously […] not the hotels fault! After visiting Verona, we stayed at the Savoy for 5 nights of bliss. The hotel is a step back in time for quality and customer service. Nobody could have been more polite, friendly or helpful. The only issue (which was not) is we expected a lake view and balcony. On arrival we were informed we had booked 'standard' but were being upgraded to Lake […] View. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ja siinä on aistittavissa vanhan ajan tunnelmaa positiivisessa mielessä. Hotelli on siisti, hyvässä kunnossa ja sopii myös lapsiperheille.

sehr schöne Lage , auch von Pool, dieser war sehr sauber, frühstücken kann man im Freien direkt am Pool, Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut etwas ruhigere Lage als die andere Seite des Gardasees

Hotel war gut, Frühstück in Ordnung, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Schiffsanlagestelle, schöne Terasse

Verblijf is heel goed bevallen; mooi, groot hotel met rustige kamer (zicht op meer) met leuk balkon. Bijzondere serviceverlening van het kamerpersoneel (regelmatig opfrissen handdoeken/badkamer/bed). Ontbijtbuffet scoort gemiddeld in vgl. met vroeger bezochte hotels. Zonneterras aan het zwembad grenst onmiddellijk aan het ontbijtterras wat misschien […] een storend element kan zijn voor sommigen. 's Avonds echter is het er leuk dineren. Eten à la carte met 3 suggestiemenu's.Tip: animatie (vooral 's avonds) mag iets uitgebreider gezien in de onmiddellijke nabijheid weinig aanbod. Ondergrondse parking (betalend) is pluspunt, echter niet rechtstreeks verbonden met het hotel. Wifi (betalend) beschikbaar op kamer. Over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel. Mooi hotel, prettig zwembad (niet groot), lekker eten, goede locatie: uitzicht op Gardameer. Leuke kleine boulevard met restaurantjes.

alles was perfekt bis auf service, bedienungspersonal spricht teilweise nichts ausser italienisch (vielleicht das war nur zufall), reception war um 13.00 zu mittagspause, daher check out hat 30 min. gedauert.

Das Hotel ist sauber und zweckmässig, hat aber die besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich. Leider liegt das Hotel auf falschen Seeseite, daher kaum Abendsonne.

in Gardone-Riviera. Mit dem Schiff sind alle Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Gardasee sehr gut erreichbar. Ideal für Leute die sich gerne am oder auf dem See, im Wellnessbereich oder auf den wunderschönen Märkten, in den romantischen Städtchen erholen möchten.

Loistava paikka, balcony - with lake view - näkymät aivan mahtavat!

Excellent accueil et très grand professionnalisme des personnels. Excellents menus... Prestation remarquable. je le conseille vivement aux personnes qui veulent passer un bon moment.

Viihtyisä hotelli, sijainti hyvä. Hotelliaamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas, mutta ruoka tuntui joka aamu loppuvan kesken. Hotellin pihassa olevista pysäköintipaikoista osa oli hotellin, osa yleisiä parkkipaikkoja, joista piti maksaa pysäköintimaksu, mikä oli outoa.

Excellent service from friendly and service oriented personnel. Great view from the hotel and I would recommend the deluxe rooms, the balcony and the view is worth the extra money. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, direkt am See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer mit Balkon (Seesicht) sehr angenehm.
