My room was a little humid even with the air conditioner running. It was a little uncomfortable at night. Other than that, the area seemed safe and there was a great steakhouse next door but not much else around.

The stay at the hotel was good however, getting the final receipt was a headache. The hotel should have a way of providing guest with the final reciept if that is the hotel we stayed at.

Major highway noise and road construction in front of hotel. Even with AC high, humidity level was uncomfortable. Very noisy hotel with lots of activity all night long. Several vending out of order.

Quite close to the freeway and the Bell County Expo Center. The freeway noise was well controlled, not bothersome. Since we were not attending the event going on at the Expo Center, the traffic around the center was a small bother. The staff was quick and freindly when checking in. The Hotel appeared new and was very clean. The Continental breakfast is what you would noramally expect. What a great find! You could spend a lot more on a room elsewhere in the area, but you wouldn't beat the cleanliness of this property. This La Quinta is WELL maintained, clean and a great spot off the highway out of earshot of most noise. Staff was very nice and helpful, close to Belton Expo Center. Some road construction but still very easy to get too. Clean and comfortable.

Very clean hotel located 6 miles from our destination of Salado. Also, right next door to the Expo Center. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in a long time. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of hot or cold items. Just off 35W at Loop121 in Belton, you can't beat the ease of getting there! I will go back!

On Sunday morning at 9:30 AM, I was awakened by housekeeping - quite a shock when I didn't get in the night before until 2:00 AM. I was quite "put out" that they would attempt to come in the room that early on a Sunday morning. The walls and flooring in the bathroom were cracked, most likely due to a faulty foundation. Hotel is a good value, but for some reason my room was very damp. Could be I was on the first floor near the pool. Also, I couldn't connect to the internet with WiFi in my room. Other than that it was comfortable.

Complete hospitality and caring in regards to visit. We had a few special needs and circumstances and they were met with grace and kindness at no extra expense. Less than 5-minutes from baseball fields at Mary-Hardin Baylor. The Super Walmart 2 minutes furthur....Who could ask for anything more?

They had more canine than human guests on the night we stayed because of an agility trial event that was going on next door at the convention center. Our stay at the La Quinta was wonderful. The people were friendly. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I didn't want to get out of bed the next morning.

This is a great place to stay if you are planning to attend a concert in Belton Arena which has an adjacent parking lot. Breakfast was good , indoor pool and spa nice. Couldn't seem to find bellman carts on departure date. GM looked , but both were missing in action @ 6:00 AM on Sunday.

You will be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel in this area for this price. We wanted a clean place to stay and relax while visiting nearby Salado. This hotel was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate, and the breakfast was just right.
