It was a high-quality hotel for a low price and it was an awesome stay for a honeymoon.

Great front desk staff who allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and gave us a quiet, top floor room as requested. Lovely room, extremely comfortable bed and pillows and the location was ideal for walking into the centre of town (about 15 minutes to the new mall). We loved our stay in your beautiful city!!! Our 'home away from home' was very warm and welcoming....not to mention clean, comfortable, and very friendly!!

This location is similar to the new Bozeman Hilton Garden Inn. Both are new buildings, which I appreciate a lot when traveling for business.

My family and I stayed at this hotel twice, with one week in between (for our flights in and out of SLC). From a service perspective, our first visit was poor and the second visit was very good. On the first visit everything went generally well except that our toilet was not working in the morning. When we contacted the front desk, we were told someone […] would be sent right away. Forty minutes later, no one had shown up. When I called the front desk again they said there had been a shift change and our request was "lost." Someone was then sent right away. This put us all way behind in taking showers and getting ready to leave-- very inconvenient and made us late for our arranged transportation. Upon check out, the manager (Mariana?) simply said, "Sorry about that." Given the inconvenience, that seemed like an inadequate response, especially since they have cards everywhere stating they want you to be 100% satisfied. Our next visit (already pre-paid) was much better with no incident. Also, when the shuttle driver had to go home, they called and paid a taxi for us. I was surprised by our first experience and management's response. Did not seem worthy of all the awards and great commentary about the hotel. Overall, a solid choice, but we did not see what all the fuss was about. 더 보기

Very nice, updated hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were that the pool was freezing and the hot tub had just been filled so it was cold also. And lastly, no continental breakfast. The hotel does have a restaurant on-site. We arrived with our kids at 9:50 AM to the hotel restaurant and we […] were turned away because the buffet closes at 10 AM. So that was a little disappointing and kind of a pain to have to load the kids up and head somewhere else for breakfast. I think the breakfast buffet is around $10.50 a person. Our family had a very relaxing stay at the Hilton in SLC. The hotel was well cared for and very comfortable. It was also close to all of the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Very easy to get to from the airport. clean and quite. perfect stay. I stopped here before heading for the mountains for skiing.

Went here for our 15 year anniversary and all I can say is amazing! The room was gorgeous, clean, and very comfortable. LOVED IT!

It was a very pleasant stay in that hotel. All the workers in the front desk were the best ever and always very helpful!!! Next time I will stay there for sure.

Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted and offered and seat and waters. The jacuzzi suite was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. We were very happy about our stay and will definitely be back.

Definitely the best among many other inns in Salt Lake City. Everything is very clean. The room we stayed you can adjust the firmness of the bed. The room has an actual big desk that I can do paper work on it, not just a little table. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Not far from the 15 free way. Great hotel with a great location I've stayed here many times for business and leisure. The hotel has a great location and a friendly staff. I just wish that shuttle would deliver guest to popular downtown destinations and not just to the airport.

This is a great place to stay if you're spending time in Salt Lake! The hotel was very updated, beds were comfortable. The pool and workout area were great too, my daughter also loved the cookies at the front desk.

I must say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was super friendly and the accommodations were unbeatable for the price paid! I was even allowed to check out late at no additional cost due to my individual circumstances. They really made me feel welcome and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the near future.

The service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The facilities were very nice and clean. Breakfast had a variety of choices at reasonable price. Close to downtown, very convenient location and bus stop on the corner with easy access to ski areas such as Alta and Snowbird. This hotel is very welcoming and warm. My family stayed here after a storm knocked out our power and heat for two days. The staff arranged it so we could check in early. They accommodated all of our needs, and they have an excellent pool and hot tub area. The room we stayed in was quite large, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, and easily fit six […] people (adults and teens). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 더 보기

...pulled into hotel and needed a handicap parking spot for my 92 year old Mother--there was a Hilton van in one of the handicap spots, leaving no additional spots open. Next, while checking in, the front desk clerk, while I believe trying to be helpful, insisted that the room was paid for and would not listen...I tried to explain to him that the room […] was reserved with my daughter's credit card, and I needed to pay for the room with my credit card...he simply would not listen. I finally let him win the arguement, wrongly assuming my husband had maybe called to pay for the room, yet as I first presumed, the room was charged to my daughter. Finally, with a room and brand of this maginitude, why is breakfast not complimentary??? The room was very nice, clean, and large; I slept well, and in the end this is probablely most important; however, with all the choices available in the downtown SLC area, I will choose a different hotel next time. 더 보기

Nothing is very far in Salt Lake and this hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are spacious with all amenities one could expect in a hotel of this class. Service is impeccable. The 'free' shuttle driver did not show up on the morning of our departure, so hotel paid for taxi service to airport without being asked or prompted. Clean, efficient, […] friendly. The hotel was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let us check in at 12:00 despite being very busy. Great location, near downtown and the freeway. Five minute drive to the airport. Super comfortable bed. Definitely recommend.

If you have to go to SLC you might as well stay here. It's comfortable and friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here and they remembered me from 2 years ago! That's impressive. Great breakfast too.

Excellent hotel for the money. Full complimentory breakfast was very good. Facilities remain open 24 hours/day.

Very nice, clean, quiet, friendly place to stay. Room very comfortable, bed great, towels clean and smelling good. Bathroom great, shower would easily take 2 people. Very nice hotel. Appears new and was very clean. NIce rooms and a nice bathroom were appreciated after 4 days on the Yampa River. My only complaint with the hotel was the desk staff. I asked which shuttle we'd need to take to make our 8:30 flight. She hemmed and hawed, maybe the 7 am, or maybe, to be sure, take the 6 am. The shuttle driver (had to […] drop the car off night before) decisively advised, the 7 am shuttle would be fine even if we had to drop bags. Had we not talked to the shuttle driver we would have sat at the airport a lot earlier than we needed to. The restaurant on site is nice. But it wasn't clear that you can order breakfast ala carte. I only wanted oatmeal, jc and coffee, but everywhere I looked it said buffet. No one greeted me, so I assumed it was self serve only to find out, after I'd put in my omelet order (wasn't going to pay $10.95 for oatmeal) that there was an ala carte option, and BTW, we'll bring it all to you... 더 보기

Very comfortable bed and good amenities. We arrived late at night and loved the three beds in one room (two queen beds and pullout sofa). Bathroom had a blow dryer and everything one needed. Also a microwave and refrigerator. Great place to stay!

Very easy to get to! Sushi across the street and Starbucks next door. Very clean and comfortable! Great shower and maintained very well!

Stayed at this hotel after deciding that the rest of the wedding party was staying at a much priceier hotel. Many who stayed at the hotel that cost twice as much told us that ours was better.

I have traveled and stayed in many hotels and this has been the best by far. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they remembered me, even though I was only there for one night. The sheets were very clean and fresh! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful lobby, clean room, nice staff. The food at the restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. Close to downtown, easily accessible from the freeway, quick to get in and out of for my one night stay. It was great and I'll stay there again next time I'm in SLC.

Great place. Super duper staff. Some glitches in the rooms...some are noisy due to some air filtration system. But nice place.

We checked in early, ended up going to wendover, and didn't get back until 8:30am and they didn't have any problem giving us a late check-out. I will stay there again.
