From Check in to check out the staff was friendly. There was good access to the local area and the staff was knowledgeable with directions. The room was comfortable and well maintained. My wife was handicapped and the room was set up well for her.

The hotel room was clean. The hallways were quiet at night. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Full breakfast was served. Close proximity to where we had to go.

We checked in a bit early, without any mention of the fact. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, warm and relaxed. Our impression was, and is that they enjoyed doing what they do, and they do it perfectly. We've stayed at 5 star hotels and compare our comfort, ease of being there and the condition of our room with them very favorably. Our suite […] was spotless, no wear and tear issues, with a layout that made us feel relaxed and comfy. Our hotel room was superbly clean, and it felt like we had our own little apartment. The only thing missing was a fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the hot breakfast with waffles, eggs and cereal, and we wish we had time to dip into the hot tub and pool. We'll stay here the next time we're in Mystic, for sure.

Great location. Pillows and bed not so comfortable. Room relatively old. Nice to have a living room and kitchenette but relatively expensive I think for what you get. No supermarkets or pharmacies nearby (probably 10-15 minute drive).

clean and comfortable, 20 min. to Foxwoods and quieter and not smokey like Foxwoods.

Bugs on the ceiling and hair in the bathtub - need I say more?

Hotel was clean comfortable and convenient to attractions. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast that came with the stay wasn't great but just good.

I picked this hotel as a 1 night stop over on a long drive towards Cape Cod. I called ahead and spoke to a woman and said we would be a late arrival and to please have a pack n play ready for my daughter. Well we got there after midnight and when we got into the room the pack n play was folded up. So now my daughter woke up and the pack n play was a […] piece of crap with holes in it and the base was not the correct size. It was so horrible I had to wrap a blanket with sheets to make it more comfortable. When I grabbed the first sheet from the closet it had nasty stains on it. So freaken NASTY!!! Left a note for them to burn it. So my daughter was wired for the next 2 hours. 3am we got to sleep. Then the A/C unit was so noisy. I hardly slept. The room was spacious enough with a kitchen. The breakfast was just ok, the waffles were good b/c you could make them fresh. Paid way too much for this place! 더 보기

We booked two suites for a family visit to Mystic. Hotel was clean, well located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was better than most. My only complaint was it had fat little bed pillows which suddenly many hotels provide. They look inviting on the bed, but are too thick for sleeping comfortably.

The room was clean, pleasant and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast in the morning. I was very happy that I could bring my little dog. Unfortunately, they charge a fee per stay and I only stayed one day.

Check in was easy and great. Girl behind the desk was very nice and accomodating. The hot tub was too hot. Your skin turned red instantly and you couldn't stay in the tub. We couldn't go in the pool as there were too many kids. I called for a wake up call which I never got. I called for an extra blanket and never got that either. Breakfast was included […] but there were empty bowls where fruit should have been and the hot food wasn't filled promptly. They need a little more variety with the breakfast. 더 보기

Very convenient to Foxwoods Casino, yet price was reasonable. Bed was too soft for our liking, but the room was clean, neat and very functional. Made us wish we were staying longer than 1 night.

Very nice hotel - very clean with a friendly, helpful staff. Within a couple of miles of the Seaport and the Aquarium. Loads of dining choices available nearby. We booked a 2 bedroom unit - each bedroom is seperated by the living room/kitchen - very comfortable for our family and afforded us some privacy.

It was a nice stay and the breakfast exceeded our expectations

The Residence Inn was where I stayed for 3 nights for my brother's wedding. The hotel staff was courteous for the most part, and the place was very clean. It's a little further from the wedding festivities in Stonington than I thought, but it is on Route 1 near the hotels where other guests were staying. The room was very very basic. For a Residence Inn we expected much more. We could barely move in the shower and we are not big people. Didn't use the jacuzzi because it just didn't seem sanitary. The bed was not very comfortable and the blankets were extremely light as opposed to comfy comforters we are used to. The breakfast area was very busy and […] barely able to accomadate all present guests. The food was average and the selection below average. The staff could not keep up with restocking the buffet. Extremely clean hotel!!

Great Rooms with small kitchen and sitting area. Very comfortable. Very Clean. Excellent Staff.
