We had a wonderful four night stay at the Telegraaf. Check in was efficient and friendly. Our room was on the sixth floor and was not huge as there was the slope of the roof that took out a bit of space. Having said that you don't go on a short city break to stay in your room do you ? We both found the beds and pillows the most comfortable we have ever […] slept on in any hotel. The room, as with the rest of the hotel, was spotless. Breakfast was more than ample with a generous buffet and eggs cooked to order.A bonus was the pool area with steam room and sauna...ideal after a day wandering the streats of the old town and Toompea. Good hotel, not a 5-star. + Great location + Clean and nice atmosphere + Brakefast + Ok room + Quiet - Order from the room service (2 club sandwiches). Promised on 20 min, took 50min - No extra pillows in the room. Ordered from the room service. Waiting time 1 hour + - Poor water pressure in the shower - The reception promised to carry the luggage […] to the room because we had to wait. Didnt arrive before reminding. The hotel was good, and the atmosphere excellent. However the service level was quite poor and definetely not a five-star level. Not worth of money we paid. 더 보기

This hotel is excellent.

Very nice hotel in old town. Convenient to town square and and all sights. Also handy to great selection restaurants and shops. Extremely charming and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool and spa. Very comfortable rooms and extensive choice at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we would highly reccommend this hotel for trip to Tallinn.

Absolutely first rate - pretty much faultless

If you want to visit a magical town and stay in a wonderful hotel, go to Tallinn and stay at the Telegraaf. The staff is so friendly and tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This hotel has a great pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The hotel is inches away from the main square. It just doesn't get any better than this.

We stayed at this hotel for a 3 night city break and were extremely happy with our choice. Location - could not be better; just a block away from Town Hall Square in the heart of Old Town Room - clean, smart and very comfortable. Reasonable size given the location and room rate. Facilities - the restaurant was excellent as was the room service (especially […] helpful if your flight is diverted and you arrive at 2am). The included breakfast was a little hit and miss service wise, but still acceptably good. I had only a brief time to spend in Tallinn and Telegraaf was the ideal location to get to all the big sites easily. The hotel was beautiful and staff were very helpful. We would definitely return.

On a scale of 1 to 10 -ten being highest satisfaction - I would rate this hotel a 15 ... SUPER location.... above my expectations... decent breakfast... SUPER friendly and helpful staff...I would stay there over and over....

This hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of the old town. It is easy walking distance to everything there is too see in Tallinn. The hotel itself is great, rooms are nicely layed out; food is good; staff are friendly.

The hotel is in an old building but has been newly renovated in a very sympathetic way perfectly combining new with old The restuarant is lovely with its glass roof and the room was very nicely decorated even if it was slightly on the small side all other aspects of the decor made up for it. It is very well located near to the main square

Mycket trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. Enda som var negativt var kostnaden för konferensrum. I övrigt mycket positivt.

Bra hotell med ypperlig beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Minus: Fikk rom i toppetasjen, trangt med skråtak, ikke som på bildet!

mycket bra läge och väldigt tillmötesgående personal, kan tänka mig att bo där igen.

Et utrolig trivelig hotell med vennlige og hjelpsomme ansatte og en atmosfære av avslappet luksus. Restauranten er førsteklasses, og det gjelder også frokosten. Rommene er pene, rene og hjemmekoselige. Spabehandlingene er også veldig bra, men dessverre var mesteparten av spaområdet under oppussing da vi var der så vi kunne ikke benytte oss av bassenget. […] Beliggenheten midt i gamlebyen er perfekt. Ett första klassens hotell med service när den är som bäst. Ett bra läge till alla sevärdigheter i Gamla Stan. Restuarangen är 5 stjärnig och SPA av högsta kvalitet. Återkommer gärna till detta Hotell.

Det där är ju en pärla. Inte minst läget för oss livsnjutare som vill njuta Östersjöns bästa krogar i dess närhet. (Bör oxå tillägga kondiset Josephine mittemot, och så det kubanska cigarrummet uppåt backen från torget). Hotellets egen restaurang Strawinski går ju heller inte av för hackor. Отель замечательный, очень хорошо расположен, очень чистый, недавно был ремонт. Необычный дизайнерский интерьер, очень понравился спа в отеле. Супер завтрак

Отель очень удобно расположен, в 2 минутах ходьбы от ратушной площади. Персонал отзывчивый. русскоговорящий. Не смотря на время заселения 14.00 нас заселили в 11.00. Прекрасные завтраки с шампанским и яйцами пашот. Приятно удивил ресторан "Чайковский". Вообще все понравилось.

Hienostunut ja tyylikäs hotelli vanhankaupungin ytimessä. Ylellinen SPA ja aamupala sekä erinomainen ravintola.

Excellent hotel location, atmosphere & service!

SÅ nöjda är vi efter en helg på detta hotell. Jag är van Tallinnresenär och efter att ha bott på olika hotell i stort sett varje gång har jag funnit min favorit! Fantastisk restaurang också, jättebra SPA: Rekommenderas varmt!!!

Nydelig hotell med helt fantastisk service. Ligger sentralt men samtidig i rolige omgivelser. Spa avdelingen var flott, maten var god og champange til frokost gjode ingenting. Litt små rom trekker ned. Et ekstra pluss er nabo restauranten Elevant som serverer den beste indiske maten vi noen gang har fått.
