치아야 호텔 드 샤르므 (Chiaja Hotel de Charme) - 나폴리

This hotel was hard to find as it's on an upper floor of a building with other things in it, We walked past it twice before knowing we were in the right place. A cab can't take you directly to the hotel, it has to drop you at the end of the block, so you will be hauling your things. its on a pedestrian street filled with shopping. it's easy to walk […] around the area, but after a certain point at night it gets very deserted and sketchy. As long as you're in for the night by then, you're fine. The bathroom wasn't great- the jet tub and hair dryer both didn't work, and the water smelled moldy. There was some mold in the corners of the tub also. The bldg is very old, so there are cracks in the walls and the age shows, for sure. The staff was very nice and helpful, but it's not for anyone looking for a luxury or higher end room. 더 보기

Our family ( 2 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

This is a lovely quiet retreat in a courtyard just off a busy pedestrianised shopping street. We loved the hotel & the area & wish we could have stayed longer

best position in beautiful via chiaia, close to everything in napoli & you feel like you walk in to old thruly place & steel you get modern place & service even get to the train station was very easy with the bus u2 & not needed a taxi crew lovely & helping smell of old time in 2011

Other than the pillows, this was a fantastic hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was in a good neighborhood walking distance from most everything

We stayed at this Hotel in late July. The Hotel is ideally situated for touring Old Naples as the Royal Palace , Castle and Main Shopping districts are just around the corner. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but very good quality.

We stayed at Hotel Chiaja and would certainly recommend it. The staff, hotel, ambiance, breakfast, room and location make it a lovely, charming place. It was difficult finding after we found the location, as the main entrace was a big, wooded door on the street (typical of European building entrances). Once we entered, there was a classy, beautiful […] courtyard with retails stores in it. The hotel is on the 2nd floor which can be gotten by climbing a large, stone staircase, or taking the elevator on the right...which has no sign showing the visitor where it is. The elevator costs 10c during the day to go up, but nothing to go down. That is the ONLY strange thing we found about the hotel. At night, it is free! Imagine a paying elevator? If that would be eliminated, I think the hotel would receive a 99% rating, but with it, it would get a 95% rating from us. In general, Naples is not a particularly nice place to visit. We stayed ther about 30 hours and had no regrets to leave. We then went to Sorrento, which is a totally new, romantic and exciting experience which should be visited well before Naples. Also in Naples, we attempted to drop off a rented car which was very difficult, since the roads and signs were not very helpful, but that could be since we are not natives and not used to their culture. All in all, Hotel Chiaja is a win-win in a loose-loose city. 더 보기

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast, good service, comfortable room. We were a bit nervous about staying in Naples, but this place worked fine.

キアジャ通りは、おしゃれなショッピングストリートで、このホテルはキアジャ通りの中程、通りに面した入口をくぐったところにある綺麗なプチホテルです。部屋よってはスタブがあり、王宮などの観光スポットから徒歩5分圏で便利です。ホテルの受付の人も親切です。少し困ったのは、部屋のドアに「サービス不要」の札を下げていても、ハウスキーパーが何度も入ってくることです。一度は自分が部屋にいるときに入ってくるのに遭遇し、それも午後6時半ごろの時間で、驚きました。部屋には貴重品は置かない方がよいのではと思いました。またタクシーについては、ホテルまで送ってもらうときは、近くの王宮広場までで送ってもらうとよいと思います。（キアジャ近隣に泊まっていると伝えると高い料金を取られました。その時は中央駅から乗りましたが。一般に […] 乗る前に、タクシーの料金を交渉するのがナポリでは必要のようです。） 더 보기

Un hâvre de paix dans ce quartier très animé. Accueil exemplaire. Malgré notre relatif confort avec la langue italienne, l'hôte de l'accueil s'empresse de nous répondre dans un français impeccable, facilitant ainsi notre séjour. Petit déjeuner avec produits frais et savoureux. Deux points à améliorer: 1) La chambre est d'une grande propreté sauf la […] couverture recouvrant les draps du lit qui n'était pas propre. 2) L'appareil de climatisation est bruyant et ne peut pas être contrôlé par le client.
