저희 객실은 완벽하게 편안했습니다. 작았지만 저는 그것을 알고 있었습니다. 제가 제일 인상 깊었던 점은 저희가 떠난 다음날 저희 객실에 두고 간 물건이 있다고 알려왔고 그것을 보내준다는 것이었습니다. 훌륭한 서비스입니다.

코리아타운에 2블록 정도 떨어져있습니다. 1층에 스타벅스가 있습니다. 무료로 제공되는 무선인터넷이 있습니다. 길고 얇은 구조의 건물입니다. 로비가 없습니다. 철학적인 화장실이 있습니다. 객실에서 볼 수 있는 경치는 근처 높은 건물들에 가려져 있습니다. 지하철을 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다. (특히 4,6,B,D,F&M 열차.)

Great location. Tiny rooms. Nice staff. Upgraded me to a King from a tiny Full-bed room with no extra charge. The King was livable but you can't move in the Full-bed room.

Very smooth check in, staff seemed very engaged. Room was tiny even at NYC standards but very clean , Starbucks next door was nice. The elevators were awful took forever otherwise no issues staying here again.

Friendly front desk. Hotel is tiny and narrow. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are spotless and semi new. The rooms are tiny, the window air conditioner is 2 feet from your head and the TV is Tiny mounted to the wall.

Hotel is in a great location! I liked the hotel with the exception of the blinds/curtains. They did not keep the light out so it was hard to sleep once the sun came up. Hotel staff was friendly and always there with help and recommendations for the area. Overall, this a a really nice place to stay.

The room was as expected. I felt that the location was fair considering it's around everything in the city. The service was excellent too - and friendly! It was quite small, but clean and I liked how there was a room air conditioner for heat or cold air. Great hotel. One of the cleanest I have ever experienced. Perfect location. Staff was warm and friendly. No big deal, but I just wish there was a bathtub. I will make a habit of staying there. Great deal for the money!

This hotel is centrally located and in good condition. Rooms are clean and reasonably decorated. But you get what you pay for. The rooms are tiny and there is little storage, e.g. no closet. This European style hotel is well positioned between the East and West sides of NYC. It is only a few blocks from Penn Station and the Bolt bus drop-off making it extremely convenient to get to. The location is convenient to much of Manhattan, but our room had clearly had a smoker in it and the smell was overwhelming. The staff didn't offer to do a thing about it. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows even worse! We would not stay there again.

The hotel was sufficient. The room was small and there wasn't a complimentary breakfast but overall it was a nice stay. It was just me and my husband. I don't know if we took our kids back if we would all fit.

Rooms are not big but thus is the center of Manhattan so it is OK for the price you get. Missed a bigger table to be able to study. i enjoyed the place. Cosy enough to have great fun. thx

This hotel is simple, small, and impeccably clean. The staff is outstandingly pleasant and helpful. It's a great find, particularly for those of us who despise chain hotels but are not coming to New York to stay at the Astor. I will definitely return.

Great location for subway, sight seeing and shopping. Empire State Building view from room! Small rooms but adequate and clean. Helpful reception staff, and free wifi a good bonus. Would def stay again!

Location was key for our decision in choosing this hotel. Across from the Empire State building and other major attractions. Room was perfect for what we needed it for...sleeping. Small but cozy, it served its purpose and satisfied our needs. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This was not my first trip to the city, so I know of small, tight spaces. But this room was about 10x11 with NO closet. Small room, two adults, two suitcases with no closet or drawers equals no walking space. The only "drawers" was the size of a large nightstand. The restroom had no shelving so place personal items. They provided absolutely no useable storage space, which meant shampoo and body soap in the floor, leaping over suitcases, and did I mention the tiny TV? Great location! We had a great view of the Empire State Building, and two blocks from Macy's. Hotel has own enterance to Starbucks located next door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative thing to say is the room was very small, but it was clean. I would recommend this hotel and would personally stay again.
