Nice hotel with friendly English speaking staff. I had a good experience in this hotel. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices, you can also order eggs made to order. The room had all the amenities I needed. I definitely recommend.

The hotel offers very good service / quality. The more comfortable room (i think junior suite) included wireless internet and free drinks at the mini-bar, which I appreciated a lot. The hotel is really nice and confortable and is only 1 station away from the city centre. There are not many restaurant choices nearby and staff could be more welcoming to guests.

Great place to stay with clean rooms, terrific breakfast, and wonderfully attentive staff. They even made us up lunch boxes for the airport since we had tomiss breakfast our last morning there. Completely convenient to metro and a nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping nearby. We want to go back soon!

Conveniently located in a quiet residential area 5-7 walking minutes from a metro station, this hotel offers great accommodation in the center of St. Petersburg. One metro stop and one is on Nevsky prospect. Alternatively, it is possible to walk to the quay of Neva river and down to Hermitage (30 mins). I've been to many 5* hotels around the world and can say that service at Nashotel is truly great. While the hotel was clearly built according to 4* specs, the result is more like 3.5*, due to the use of cheaper materials (furniture, ceramics, bathroom fittings are not on par with those found at Hiltons, Novotels or Radissons). The hotel itself was good. We chose it because it was (somewhat) less expensive that most others. Unfortunately, it was too far from everything St. Petersburg has to offer. We had to walk 6/10km to the metro station, wait in line, ride escalators all over the place, wait for the train, and do the same thing to get out. In all, we wasted 3/4hr each […] way just getting anywhere. Cab rides were out of the question because, with traffic, the train was faster. Also, the bridges go up from 1:30am to 5am. If you're trapped on the wrong side of the bridge after 1:30, you will have to get a second hotel room wherever you happened to be when in happens. Subway is closed and cabs can't go through. The hotel does not have air conditioning. We stayed early July. It was hot as hell in the room. We could not open the windows because of the mosquitoes.Do not stay there in the summer time. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, safe and modern. The view from our room was beautiful. The food was good. The neighborhood was below average.Not necessarily dangerous, but plenty of smelly alcoholics bothering you as you walked to and from the train. I might stay there again in off-season months if I were on business and had a driver. 더 보기

I and my husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August 2009. We had an incident on the train while going from Moscow to St Petersburg and were feeling quite upset during check-in. However, the hotel staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, and offered us complementary drinks although we did not mention them the incident. We stayed at […] a deluxe room on the 8th floor, which was quite large, nicely decorated and comfortable with a nice view. It was a bit far away from tourist attractions and 10 mins walk to the metro station. However, the location of the hotel did not bother us at all although it was raining during our stay in St Petersburg, It was a pleasure to return to the hotel after a long and tiring day. The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent. We are quite experienced travelers and stayed at all sorts of places. Among them, this hotel definitely makes it in our list of top 5 hotels. I don't think we will ever go to St Petersburg again, but if we did, we would definitely stay there. 더 보기

Great location in a peaceful part of Vasilevsky Island (they initially wanted to make this the centre of the city), only 5 min walk from Metro and one stop from Nevsky Prospect ( the main street of St Petersburg) and 10 min walk to the Neva River. Hotel muito bom, com atendimento ótimo e instalações muito aconchegantes. Sua localização é muito boa, estando próximo de diversos restaurantes, supermercado, metro e lojas. Ótimo custo-benefício!

O Hotel é excelente, muito limpo, organizado e com pessoal muito cordial e atensioso. O Café da manhã é muito bom e o Hotel é bem localizado, a dois quateirões do metro e próximo de muitos restaurantes. Excelente e surpreendente por um preço ótimo. Recomendo com louvor!

Hotel ligt iets uit het centrum, hoewel je er met een halte van de metro bent. Voor aankomst hebben ze keurig alle papiern geregeld die ik nodig had voor mijn visum - gevolg van het feit dat ik mijn hele reis zelf heb geregeld. Voor de rest net hotel, attente staf, prima ontbijt.

В первый раз останавливался в этом отеле и, надеюсь, не в последний. Стильно, удобно, красиво, а так же: чисто, вкусно, корректно. Отличная работа службы приёма и размещения, горничной, ресторана. Недалеко от метро и оживленных магистралей, высокая транспортная доступность. Наличие собственной парковки добавляет плюсы. Жил 5 дней / 4 ночи на 3-м этаже […] - тишина и покой. Ich war vom Hotel sehr angenehm ueberrascht und habe mich dort sehr wohlgefuehlt! Von aussen und innen ist das Hotel schoen, sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Fruehstuecksbuffet hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt ungefaehr 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Metro entfernt und mit der Metro ist es nur eine Station bis zum Zentrum.

Trevligt fräscht Hotel som jag gärna kommer tillbaka igen. Enligt personalen är det lättaste sättet att komma till de centralaste delarna med taxi. Så vi tog aldrig reda på hur man tar metron. Skönt med personal som kan engelska.

Erittäin viehättävä ja siisti eurooppalaistyylinen hotelli Vasilin saarella. Hyvä vaihtoehto messuhotelliksi!

The hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff, located 15 minutes from the subway or the bus 24. However the air conditioning was not working properly and I got heat for the night: I could not sleep because of the heat. The front desk staff provided a fan, which helped support the hot nights of July in Moscow.

Hay dos cosas que mejoraría en el hotel, una es la imposiblidad de manejar el aire acondicionado desde la propia habitacion, lo que unido a que no se puede abrir la ventana hace que la temperatura en la habitacion no siempre sea la deseable. We stayed here 5 nights...the hotel is amazing!...very well decorated with a very nice style!..rooms are big and lovely.. Staff speaks fluent english ( not easy to be found in Rusia )...it has an excellent restaurant too, with the coldest beer I drank in Rusia..Highly recommended. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from the metro station.

Fint hotell. veldig god frokost Hadde ingen problemer med noen ting. Pratet ikke noe særlig med resepsjonen da jeg bor her og ikke har behov for å vite hvor ting ligger og hvor jeg skal dra. Det lille jeg pratet med resepsjonen ga et positivt inntrykk vil absolutt dra her igjen. rien à redire sur cet hôtel; refait il y a peu, propre et gai, agréablement décoré. Accès facile au centre-ville par le métro. Quartier résidentiel accueillant.

El hotel esta muy bien. Muy nuevo, limpio y bien cuidado. Personal muy atento. Buena relacion calidad / precio. El unico inconveniente puede ser que no esta cerca del centro, pero si de una parada de metro (el medio de transporte mas barato y rapido para moverse por la ciudad). Recomendable.

I stayed in this hotel in August 2010. Can say that price / quality ratio has exceeded my expectations. The quality of breakfast is good. The only drawback was a weak air conditioning system [to be fair, I have to say that I stayed in this hotel during the hottest days]

ottima struttura abbastanza decentrata in zona tranquilla.Abbondante colazione di buona qualità.In caso di permanenza per piu'giorni la camera viene rifatta frettolosamente senza cambio delle lenzuola.Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni e prenotazioni.Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
