Yes - they have wifi - in the lobby. Yes, they have repeaters through the hotel. But they do not work. It seems they just do not want to fix the repeaters and probably all they need to do is re-set them. I even offered to do it for them but no... definitely not a hotel for business travelers. To top it all off, I accidentally broke a glass in the room […] and they charged me $5 for for a glass worth no more than 50 cents. very disappointing. 더 보기

I have stayed at this hotel many times while in transit to another island. They have never lost my reservation or made me wait long for a ride to/from the airport. The staff is really friendly and the room is clean and basic. You should get water in the lobby (provided by a large dispenser) as they don't provide water bottles in the room, and and drinking […] the water on Guam is not recommended. 더 보기

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, BUT the room had roaches that was a big black eye for the hotel. If just passing through. It a ok hotel but not for long stay!

They used to have donuts in the morning - I miss them. The shuttle back door was broken. Great location. Close to lots of things. Wifi signal could have been stronger.

This hotel is close to the airport and a free shuttle will come pick you up. They also run a free shuttle to downtown, which is helpful because it's a bit too far to walk and taxis are expensive. It's not a fancy place, and I had to change rooms to get the wireless internet to work, but if you don't want to spend a ton of money at the beachfront hotels […] I think this place is the best choice near Tamuning. For a 3 star hotel it was very nice. The AC worked fantastic, showers were warm and the bed comfortable. The frig kept my Diet Coke cold. We slept so well that the front desk had to call and remind us of check out time. I would have been comfortable staying here the entire week, but we went and stayed with family. The hotel shower was better! I didn't […] see any bugs. This is a tropical island and being from the states it's important to know that if you do leave food or crumbs lying about that invites ants. Keep open food in ziplock bags and the ants don't come. Guam is my secret paradise. There are many beautiful scenic views and the water is warm. Snorkeling is great... I recently stayed here for 28 days. The staff was very nice and helped me with anything I needed. The room was very clean and had all the comforts needed for a satisfying stay. It is only minutes away from the beach and downtown Tumon (tourist district), also only about a block away from the main road on the island. The day I checked in, 23 May, (Room 307), the AC was off. Checked the desk and the maintenance man got it going. It got cold and the remote didn't work and I couldn't turn off the AC. Called the maintenance again and he said I needed batteries in the remote. On Tuesday, the AC went off again, still remote didn't work. Called maintenance and he said […] he would fix it. The maid was cleaning the room and she asked what was wrong with the AC. Again no control of the AC. Maintenance got it going and on Wed, 25 May, the AC went off. Maintenance did not return the remote so I had no control of the AC. The AC never came back on and I was due to check out on Thursday. Wanted to sleep, but was too hot so I checked out around 9PM and sat in the lobby where it was cool until the transportation arrived at 0230AM to take me to the terminal. I am very disappointed. When they found out the AC didn't work, why wasn't another room offered to me. The room cleanliness and other services were OK, but was unconfortable with the AC off and on. 더 보기

When I called from the airport to confirm my room, they had cancelled my reservation! Even though I had pre-paid, they said they cancel reservations at 6pm if you don't check in by then. And they just happened to be full, so they couldn't do anything for me. I ended up finding a different hotel, but what a bad experience... who cancels your reservation […] at 6pm? Sounds like they were just full, and I wasn't there early enough. 더 보기

Good Points: Room available for early morning check-in. Generally clean premises. Value for money. Complimentary shuttle service from sister hotel Ramada to Duty Free Shop and back. Free wi-fi. Complimentary airport-hotel-airport shuttle. Good airconditioning. Friendly staff. Not so good No representative or sign at the airport arrival lobby for directions […] where to wait for the shuttle to hotel. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for pick-up by hotel shuttle. Wafer-thin pillows. Not so comfortable bed. Chairs with hard surface. No vending machines for drinks and snacks. No restaurant for breakfast and meals. No other commercial establishments nearby except for a Minimart one building away for basic necessities and grocery items. A hotel guest and I had bad experience with complimentary shuttle to/from DFS. The shuttles we signed up for to/from DFS never came and alternative arrangements had to be made for our transport but only after much discussion with the hotel. 더 보기

The place smelled really bad and the hotel appeared to shut the A/C off every where in the place.. You walk into the office and it is hot and smells and not a good start.. We stayed four nights at the other Days in South of the airport and was so much better...

Nothing spectacular, but a solid value way to spend a couple of nights checking out Guam/other hotels if you want beach/view.

Excellent price and free Internet in the room. If you want to save money and don't need luxurious hotel room, this is the place to stay in Guam. The only thing we didn't like about this hotel was that their hot water is not HOT at all. It was just lukewarm water.

This hotel is has its pluses and minuses. It's not too far from things but you will need a car. Rooms are ample size and have a balcony. Furniture is a bit run down and toilet gets stuffed sometimes (I've stayed there a number of times). The hotel is ok, the rooms are nice and clean with large size rooms with ac, tv and a fridge. Complimentary coffee and donuts. The rooms are a little past best before date but definitely ok for the price.
