5일 밤을 예약했는데 고층을 요청했습니다. 체크인 시 가장 낮은 방 이외에는 방이 없다고 했습니다. 3층 바로 밖에서 통로에 있는 사람들이 "안녕"이라고 바로 방 밖에서 인사하는 것을 보고 무척 놀랐습니다. 사생활이 전혀 없습니다. 방이 없다고 이야기했던 직원과 열띠게 이야기했는데 8층 다른 방으로 신속하게 할당해 주었습니다. 기분 안좋았습니다. 호텔은 점점 오래되어가고 대부분이 어두웠습니다. 카페트는 아주 더러웠습니다. 위치는 좋은데 사무실 건물 주위에 있으나 식당과 상점이 가까운 곳에 없습니다. 호텔은 평균이나 서비스가 세심하지 않았습니다.

좋은 장소, 하루 4번 쇼핑 몰로 정중하게 셔틀이 움직입니다. 열차로 아주 쉬운 여행입니다. 단지 5분 거리에 있는 역. 집에 있는 스파와 마시지를 해보십시오 아주 좋습니다. 여기에 또 오고 또 오고 또 올 것입니다.

훌륭한 호텔, 매우 편리하고 BRT 열차와 express boat Taskin Bridge에 가깝습니다.

Checking in was smooth and easy with the front desk staff polite and knowlegable. Porter service great. The one bedroom executive accommmodation was all that I expected. except TV reception was poor. Maid service was excellent. The pool area was very good but the covers of the sun loungers could do with a clean. The restaurant (Aldos) is expensive and […] while the food was good it is not worth the money: no wonder it is not well patronised. The menu is also very dated and needs a revamp and updating as does the restaurant itself. However, I, as I expect most people do, ate out mostly. The room service meal was very ordinary and not well presented. The gym is great. The hallway carpets in some areas need replacing. All in all a very good stay, convenient for local transport, polite and helpful staff. 더 보기

I wanted to make sure to have a nice hotel to check into for my first few nights with my bf and friend so we weren't scrambling for accommodation at the airport. We were so impressed! Our rooms both times were huge like an apartment with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, safe, big closets, rain shower, full bathtub, free WiFi, free awesome tasting buffet […] breakfast (nothing else tasted as good anywhere else). My favourite part of Ascott is the gym/pool - It's absolutely amazing! It's hidden on a floor that looks like It's only rooms. They have all the amenities you could imagine: three sizes of towel, nice wooden lockers with plenty of space, stations with sinks, combs, brushes, q tips, cottons, blow dryers, face wash, tissues, shower stations with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sauna, steam room, whirlpool. The gym has every machine imaginable and a juice bar, yoga room, aerobics room. They have seriously thought of everything and It's top notch quality. I got a cake and teddy bear sent to my room because it was my birthday and their toiletries are L'Occitane I can't say enough good things about this hotel. 더 보기

The Ascott is by far my favorite hotel in Bangkok. Best location and outstanding gym. The people are so nice and professional. I have been coming here for 8 years. However, this past time I noticed that some of the furnishings and fixtures were a bit tattered. I was assured that they were rehabbing the units floor by floor. Nothing bad to say ... helpful staff, who spoke good English ... clean ... convenient ... close to BTS for getting around Bankkok ... good buffet breakfast ... nice ambience around the pool. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is worth every penny for the quality of rooms and furnishings.. very comfortable and well appointed!! The wifi allows you to surf smoothly in the comforts of your room and the speed is good too..the breakfast was complete let down both in terms quality, variety and above all replenishments would never arrive leaving you filling yourself with […] left overs!! worse still no one to attend to it even after bringing it to the staffs notice.. 더 보기

the best we ever stayed, the pool, the location, close to the sky train, It was great. Next time we will stay there again or other Ascott locations.

The apartment hotel is very spacious, nicely furnished, and an absolute 5 star rating. The only negative for me is location. It is located at a business district with not much but offices nearby, so not very convenient for a tourist like me. However, it is close to a skytrain station, so that is nice.

Good location on Sathorn Road close to the skytrain. Excellent and spacious rooms with kitchen enabling the preperation of food for the kids and a smaller meals here and there for the family. Nice playroom for kids. The swimming pool/roof top area is nice although blocked a full day for a cell phone promotion party right in the peak season. Lacking […] some of the 4-5 star hotel services like a decent and easy understandable room service menu instead of 2-3 different menus with a host of information missing (price, opening hours etc). large suite and well furnished - roomy balcony too. pool area great an spacious - lots of loungers and additional seating / shade. probably the largest suite we have stayed in, especially in Bangkok (even compared to Chatrium suites and Lebua) breakfas twas varied and tasty location was great 5 mins from most of the central attractions like sukhumvit […] shopping and patpong area will definitely stay in this hotel again 더 보기

I use this hotel for short-term stays when I am in BKK. And I allways return...... Great value for money, really big rooms with separate bedroom and the living room has it all. No more need to be said.

アパートメント型のホテルであるのでキッチンも完備しているので使い勝手が良い。スタッフの対応もきっちりしており気持ちよく過ごせた。朝食も６時から取れたので、ツアーに十分間に合ったのも良かった。

Dette er et virkelig flott hotell som ligger midt i sentrum av Bangkok! Vi bodde i en suite som var 95 kvm stor med eget kjøkken, vaskerom, digert bad, stor stue med tv, DVD- spiller og surroundanlegg. Har aldri sett et så stort hotellrom tidligere! Flott hotell og flott beliggenhet! Anbefales!
