한국 여행사에서 계약을 했는지 온통 한국사람 천지 버스대절하여 움직임 아침식사는 주변호텔과 비교하여 좋은편 인터넷은 무료 주변환경은 좀 우울함 가격 대비 괞찬다고 해야되지 않을까? 방은 젤 싼거라서 그런지 좀 작은편 싱글침대 2개붙여 사용하는데 둘다 상태가 ...... 허리가 좀 불편했다 다른 방이면 좀 낫지않을까? 직원들은 친절

근처 컨벤션센터에서 전시회가 있어, 가까운 곳으로 찾은 호텔입니다. 어차피 날씨가 더워 걸어다니기는 힘들고 택시를 타야하는데 정확하게 메터기켜고가면 7-80페소나옵니다, 그러나 워낙에 친절한 택시기사님들 메터켜는걸 안좋아하십니다. 100페소 많이부르면 150도 달라고합니다;; 호텔은 아주좋지도, 그렇다고 아주나쁘지도 않습니다. 그만한 값에 그만한 정도의 수준입니다. 처음에 준비해준 방이 도로에 인접해있어 너무 밤새너무 시끄러웠다고하니, 바로 다른방으로 옮겨줬는데 바뀐방은 차소리가 아니라 에어컨 소리가 엄청났습니다. 방의 위생상태나 정돈상태는 그리 나쁘지않았지만, 욕실은 호텔의 연륜을 보여줍니다;; 좁고 조금은 노후된 시설;; 그나마 […] 가장 마음에든건, 와이파이를 잡아서 사용할 수 있었던건데, 우리나라의 속도를 기대하면 절대큰일나시고, 그냥 해외나와 공짜로 인터넷한다 생각하시면 마음이 편하실 듯합니다 처음 공항에 내려서 이 호텔까지가는 택시를 타려고앞에 공항가드들에게 물어보니 이쪽호텔 안내하는 사람이 있다고해 그 사람의 안내를 받고 기다렸습니다. 작은 호텔인데 무료셔틀도 있나 싶어 완전히 감동을 받았는데, 내릴때 택시비를 700페소를 달라더라구요;; 물론 메터기 안켰습니다;; 고작 거리도 2-30분안짝이었는데,, 호텔직원에게 물어보니 200페소면 충분하다고 말해주더라구요ㅜㅜ도착하자마자 완전 뒤집어쓸 수 있으니 호텔주소 잘 복사해서 택시기사한테 보여주세요 더 보기

중심부에 위치한 Newer 호텔입니다. 아주 깨끗하고 아늑하며 좋은 가격입니다. 추천합니다.

4일 선지불 숙박 체크인을 한 그날 바로 체크 아웃을 했습니다. 더블 베드 체크 인을 했지만 2 싱글 베드를 받았습니다. 방에 들어가 확인 할 때 까지 이 사실을 전혀 몰랐습니다. 더블 베드가 없어서 체크 아웃 하라는 이야기를 듣고 하려는데 더블 베드로 업그레이드 해 줄 수있다고 이야기했습니다. 10분 전까지 없다고 하더니만 확실히 거짓말을 한 것입니다. 최악입니다. 절대로 가지 않을 것입니다. Manila Pavilion Hotel에 머물렀는데 약간 비쌌으나 완벽했습니다.

This was our 3rd stay and was only an overnight before my flight home. I made the reservations 3 months in advance (prepaid) and it took them at least 15 minutes to find a room. They did upgrade us but we really didn't have the time to enjoy the upgrade! Still no tonic or mangoes!

This was our 2nd stay. The hotel is in a convenient location. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. However I had asked for a room with a window (on the last trip we asked to be changed to a room with a window after the 1st night) and a transformer for my laptop. These requests were made 3 months in advance. Meanwhile I switched to a […] tablet so I didn't need the transformer, but no one referred to my request. The window looked out to another window - no view - and they were not able to switch us to another room. The bar never did have any tonic for the entire week! I ended up buying my own at a local store. And they were always out of mango when we asked for a mango shake..no mangoes in the Philippines? 더 보기

This hotel has great service but the room was not prepared at all for a guest stay. The Safe didn't work, you could not lock it and I kept getting locked out, management tried to fix it but it wouldnt work The toilet had a leak The toilet wouldn't flush There was sand all over the floor The Wifi they offer for free is extremely slow. Just so you know, I am from New York. I chose this hotel because it had three things that I look for. Free wifi, breakfast included in price, bathtub/shower availability. I wanted my fiancee to be able to take a bubble bath, and so having a tub was to my liking. The fact that the room did not come with a queen or king sized bed but rather came with […] 2 single beds put together was an item that put my rating down a little bit. The wifi was very slow, but at least it was available. They only offer free complimentary water on the first night. No matter how many nights you stay, they will only give the complimentary two bottles of water on the first night. I think they should specify that up front in their advertising on hotels.com so that people can know in advance. I think it is a very tacky policy. the short order cook at breakfast who made the eggs was a nice guy and hard worker. However, they should supply him with two skillets and not just one, so that the egg orders could be completed and served faster. They give you one napkin at breakfast nad if you ask for more they usuall just give you one more. I notice that most of the Philippine hotels seem to be stingy when it comes to napkins. The air conditioning in the room was good. In fact it was too good as I caught a cold from the air constantly blowing on me. I had not had a cold in about 5 years prior to that. They provided complimentary tea bags in the room, however, they were inconsistent and we didn't get them everyday. They had no shower caps available and no complimentary slippers or robes. The water emptying down into the drain in the sink was slow. We usually did not have to wait long for the elevator. The noise of roosters outside was constant (all day and all night). I always thought that roosters made their noise for a little while early in the morning. But all day and all night was ridiculous, but after a while your hearing adjusts to it and you just end up tuning it out. Everyone on the staff at the hot 더 보기

Good location, large friendly staff, quality restaurant (Lunch Dinner), business center. The breakfast buffet has only few items for Americans/Europeans, cereal, salad, omlets. The large breakfast staff speaks only very basic english. Some items missing temperarely or completely. The whole wheat bread was missing for days. I only stayed for 1 night but i do like it very much, very clean and new hotel and the service is fantastic. If I come to the Philippines, I will stay again to this hotel, I will recommended to my friend that this is a nice hotel to stay.

This is our 3rd time in this hotel. The 1st stay was really good and they upgrade us to the new wing when we complaint obout the toilet being flooded. The 2nd stay, we booked a 1 bedroom assuming that it will be in the new wing, however it was in the old wing but good enough. Ont he 3rd time of our stay, we only check in for 1 day as our connecting […] flight is due on the same day. We arrived at 5.30am and there was only 1 person at the reception with people waiting to check in and check out. I was finally served and was given the key in the new wing, however, the bellboy advised us that there is no towel yet and bottled water. He told us that he will bring them in but we only got the towel ,no bottled water. I ask the reception to provide us the water but non came. Also the room smells cigarette smokes so I ask the bellboy to spray it and he did. I was frustrated on the last stay otherwise it was a convenient hotel. 더 보기

The breakfast buffet was ok. The cheapest room I was in has a few gaps in the window screen.

Good value for money and breakfast ok. Helpful staff but I was surprised that they cannot find easily a car with driver for a day trip.

Hard to find any faults with this hotel. Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room with good shower and A/C. The one bedroom suite was spacious and clean. One minor problem with the room was rectified immediately by competent maintenance and security staff. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Manila.

The hotel was ok in it self , but the location is bad , noisy street but ok for a short stay. The reception staff was a great disappointment,not committed in giving good service to the guest at all. when there are so many hotels to choose from they have a lot to learn. Overall, the City Garden was a good place to stay and I would recommend it to others to stay as well. You get a good size room for the money and the amenities and atmosphere are good as well. The free wi-fi was just a bit on the slow side, but signal was strong enough to catch from any location in the hotel; no need to go to the lobby or business room. The […] rooms were nice and neatly decorated with good space, but the AC Units sometimes struggle to keep them cool enough, especially because the rooms use your key-card to keep power on only while you are in the room. However, this can be overridden by slipping another card into the slot while you're staying there, keeping the power even while you're not in the room. One downside is that they do not offer free shuttle to/from the airport. Their offered shuttle is about twice as expensive as a cab; it is a van, though, so if you are in a group of 5+ with a lot of baggage, it can be worth it. Otherwise, your best bet is to just get a clearly marked and metered taxi. Free breakfast isn't great, but they do have a cook who'll make eggs to order and they have a small variety of both Western & Filipino breakfast foods to choose from. The location is not half-bad, but not half good, either. It is conveniently close to the Robinson Mall in Ermita and there are several bars all within a block that range from small watering-holes to big, live music, night-club affairs. Be careful walking around at night; the neighborhood is bad and you'll be approached by all manner of street peddlers who are very pushy about getting you to visit their bars. They loiter right outside the front doors. Your best bet is to have the guard at the front hail you a cab and take that wherever you want to go. 더 보기

The hotel's cool and nice, except for the comfort room which do not have a ventilation. It would have been better if it has. The staff were cordial and the food was average. The hotel's clean and neat with nice flat screen TV. I would go back and stay there again.

The room was clean and the service excellent. The breakfast buffet was good with several choices...again with good service. Although the hotel's location is in a congested and somewhat degraded neighbourhood, it is central to downtown and attractions such as Manila Bay, the Intramuros, museums and Rizal Park. Have stayed here four times (for a week at a time) since Oct. 2010 and aside from a few minor complaints, the hotel service is very good despite being very busy. Very popular with tourist groups. Rooms are spacious and clean. The junior suite is decent value but Manila hotels in general are kind of a rip-off. The only real drawback is the fact that […] rooms facing A Mabini get all the street noise (ie jeepneys and Cowboy Grill across the street), which doesn't let up, ever. Otherwise, the service staff is great. I would, however, recommend tipping the housekeeping staff (100 pesos) and the bartender if staying more than one night. They'll bend over backwards for you. Amazing what 100 pesos can do. Meanwhile, it's Ermita, so you should expect the usual neighborhood riff-raff. You'll be accosted the second you step out of the hotel. Keep valuables in a safe place. Oh, one other thing: some of the amenities (such as in-room safe) are not in the room when you check-in. You have to ask and even then, you might get a surcharge. It seems like every time I stay there, one more amenity has been removed in a cost cutting effort. Wifi is free but slow. Skip the free breakfast; poor selection and tourist groups decimate the spread by 8:00 am. 더 보기

There is a very big party room in this hotel and after our long distance flight we asked for a quiet room, so they gave us this room which was totally noisy even with earplugs during 2.00 a.m. during the week. ( no weekend ) When we talked about our problem they were unfriendly and told us only the ending party time at 2.00 a.m. Also the rooms were […] totally diffrent from the pictures, smaller than expected and without window, but very clean. The last thing I did not like is that they blocked a amount from 1000 Pesos and dont tell you and forget to give you the recipt while checking out. Rommet var rent og vi fikk en god natts sovn. Verdt for pengene men fikk ikke tilbake depositum ved utskjekking. Vedkommende glemte å spør etter, betjenning "huske ikke" det heller.

Dårlig velikeholt hotel. Ingenting virker som det skal, og ingen viser vilje til å hjelpe deg. Ikkke spis i resturangen her. Kjøkkenet er i en lastebil parkert på gaten utenfor hotelet, skikkelig grisete.

Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage vom Stadtteil Ermita in Manila. Der Rizal Park, die Manila Bay, sowie diverse Kneipen, Restaurants und diverses Nachtleben sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

I stayed twice here. It was quite nice staying. The robby and the room were new, clean and comfortable. But hair dryer was broken both time.. Then I had to use mine. Also, morning buffet was good;) In total, I like this comfortable hotel<3 I will stay here again when I visit Manila.

去长滩岛旅游，途经马尼拉，2次入住City Garden Suites Manila，总体感觉还好， 服务人员态度很好，我们的行李钥匙忘记了，他们非常热情的给我们找到了钳子打开。 我们是两个家庭，订了含有2张Queen Size 床的房间，给了我415房间。这个房型不是很好，没有通往户外的窗户，只有一个窗户通往烟道和放置空调的。空调是窗机，噪音很大。第一晚感觉不是很好。 从长滩岛回来，由于我们订的房型 over booking，给我们升级到了套间， 808房间。这个房型强赞。 入户有客厅和开放性厨房，卧室内有落地大窗和阳台。含一个单人床和一个双人床。 总体卫生条件很好，洗浴的水很好。 早餐一般，品种比较的单调。
