라테라 리조트 (Laterra Resort) - 세인트 어거스틴

The resort is a bit far if you plan on spending a lot of time in Old St. Augustine, but it's a nice place. Internet didn't work and the TVs are old, but if you're going to relax and get away those things don't really matter. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was nice.

Pet hair and dust all over the furniture and carpet when we arrived on Sunday! After we requested a cleaning the room was okay, but corners still dusty. The Hotel itself was very nice. The kids loved the pool and the location of our suite close to the pool. The outsides were well maintained and inviting.

Okay, for looking relatively nice and being a suite there were quite a few drawbacks. There is no daily room clean ups. There is no room service. Front desk leaves at 5pm. Not as upscale as the pictures show. Old TV's - One of the ones in the room didn't work and since they left at 5, there was nothing we could do about it. Otherwise, It was okay […] just to sleep in, really. I mean the pool was nice but other than that the drive from Downtown is a bit far (like 20 min) and it's kind of useless unless you're going to be spending a lot of time in the hotel. 더 보기

The resort is very nice, however when we called for more towels, trash bags and soap, we were rudely told by the desk staff- NO, Technically we are not a hotel, so you have to go buy it yourself". Not what you expect from a high end establishment! I guess it should have not "Technically" been on Hotels.com!

We just took our daughter and 7 of her friends for an overnight birthday party in St. Augustine. The 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom suite we stayed in was fabulous! Plenty of room to sleep, play hide-n-seek, and get ready in...loved having 3 bathrooms with that many girls. Everyone loved the accommodations as we are all a bit picky about where we stay. The place […] looked brand new and had a fabuous kitchen and washer and dryer. We loved the pool area with it's fountains, plush landscape, and jacuzzi. We rented a room for 2 families. We rented their 3 bedroom suite. Although it does not show the bed sizes there were king beds in each of the rooms. There was a very large living room with a nice dining room. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom although bedrooms 2 and 3 shared 1 bathroom. There were plenty of towels in each of the bathrooms and they […] were very clean. There were a couple of issues worth noting. The sink with the disposer leaked, there was only one garbage bag provided, and there was a broken cabinet. However, I mentioned these at checkout and I'm sure they will be fixed. We used the pool both days we were there and were quite pleased with it. It is no deeper than 5 feet and the shallow section is 3 feet, perfect for children. This resort is quite far from the usual St Augustine spots. Be prepared to drive about 20-30 minutes to get to the Lighthouse, The Fort, Ripleys, or the old part of St Augustine. We didn't see many restaurants around although there is a full kitchen and a Publix you can stop at right down the street. 더 보기

We were extremely impressed by the entire resort and staff. We actually extended our stay because we were so pleased and felt we needed another day to relax. The woman at the desk upon arrival could not do enough to make us happy. She even tried to pick the best suite for our dog and showed it to us for approval. 1st. Room are cleanes every other day, so we didn't get any day. 2nd. No Restaurants or Bar in the Hotel, especially when is 20 minutes away from the city. 3rd, They didn't provide with fresh towels to the rooms, and we had to request for another toilette paper etc, etc Needs Improvement

This is not really a hotel more an apartment you rent. The hotel is beautifully located in the World Golf Village in a quite and peaceful environment. The service was not what they themselves promised, Cleaning every other day turned out to be only once a week.. The bathroom in one of the apartment was not clean when we came, and not clean when the […] cleaners passed.. We had called the reception desk 3 times to get this resolved and still they did not manage... As apology they came up with a bottle of wine, we preferred to have a cleaned room. 더 보기
