호텔 지아르디노 타워 인 (Hotel Giardino Tower Inn) - 피사

Service was very good and breakfast was good. In the street side room there was a lot of noise coming from the street early at the morning. Free wireless!

Lovely hotel right in the centre of town ,2 minutes walk to the tower and a great terrace

A very small Italian hotel. Everything is small, the rooms, the room for breakfast serving, the stairs. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. Anyway the shower was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel; it was either extremly cold our extremly hot.For one-two nights it is anyway perfect, with the leaning tower next to the hotel.

Giardino came up as accepting 4 persons in a room (2 adults and 2 children). We were given a room in the attic (no windows, just a skylight) with a double bed and a twin bed and the room was TINY. After going up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage we were disappointed to be greeted with such a small room. Then the door frame fell off (and onto my […] husband) who brought it down to the night clerk who (granted, didn't speak much English) didn't even apologize. The bathroom was just as tiny. The shower was not enclosed so you could shower and go to the bathroom at the same time (which I guess would be a convenience for some.) But they made sure to put in a bidet... because that's important when size is of the essence. The breakfast buffet was lacking. We were also crammed into a small table as the area was not big enough for the guests staying. They do have a beautiful rooftop deck for nicer weather though so if you're staying when it's warmer I'm sure it's quite nice. The location was superb.... right next to the tower. There was also a McDonald's right there (hey, when you are travelling with children this is important! Though we didn't actually eat there!) The desk clerk who checked us in was very very nice and helpful. Too bad the room was very tiny and the buffet disappointing. Another positive: free parking! 더 보기

This friendly hotel is steps away from the sights of Pisa. The rooms are all themed with a set piece of art made for the hotel. There is a lovely terrace to eat breakfast on, though you need to take your own evening drinks onto it. Staff were very friendly, recomending a great local resaurant. A relaxing change from Florence, and a good choice if using […] Pisa airport. Our room was large and clean, as was the shower room. 小さなホテルだが、ピサの斜塔のある公園脇。 ピサの斜塔へ訪れるには最良の位置。 ホテルに駐車場は無いが、直ぐ近くのガソリンスタンド裏の駐車場を無料で使用させてもらえた。

bonne adresse pour sa situation, mais pas de chance pour nous, il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la salle de bain, et pas de chauffage...problème de plomberie!

Отель очень близко расположен к пизанской башне. Завтрак обычный, приветливый персонал. Однако стоит упомянуть, что когда у нас сломался смыв в туалете, никто не помог, хотя обещали. Номера так себе, но для трех звезд нормально. Странный запах в номере, а ночью слышно, как скребутся какие-то зверьки, вообще слышимость очень хорошая. Dette var et bra hotel som lå sentralt i Pisa, fine rom(kunne vært større) og en fin uteterrasse. Frokosten var god og det var nok mat. Fikk god hjelp i resepsjonen til å finne ut ting om Pisa.

La qualité du personnel n'est pas homogène : à notre arrivée, la personne à l'accueil était à peine aimable; le lendemain une autre, très aimable. A notre arrivée il nous à été dit que le petit déjeuner était servi jusqu'à 9H45 ; nous nous sommes présentés à 9H35 dans la salle à manger , le serveur avait presque tout débarrassé; il ne restait plus que […] du café, des biscottes , 1 croissant et un friand aux épinards. Alors que nous en demandions la raison au serveur, celui ci nous a répondu très sèchement qu'il n'y avait plus rien et que c'était trop tard. Comme nous sommes allé nous plaindre de son comportement à l'accueil, la dame de la réception à essayé de le faire revenir de sa position, mais il n'a rien voulu savoir . C'est une femme de service qui parlait d'ailleurs bien le français qui a pris l'initiative de s'excuser au nom de l'hôtel et qui nous à servi un petit déjeuner digne de ce nom. Autre point négatif , l'exiguité de la chambre 24 et le bruit important du système d'extraction d'air de la salle de bain. Point positif : la situation proche de la place des miracles, et la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner ! 더 보기

The hotel is located next to the Leaning Tower and about 500m from the city center. The rooms are rather small, but clean. The staff is very friendly.
