Very Comfortable, convenient and accessible. I would have no hestitation in staying here again.

Clean rooms, very large and efficient check in and out if you have pre-paid.

A good location and a nice apartment. However VERY noisy - they need to invest in double glazing.

I stayed at the Oaks 212 Margaret St. while on business in Brisbane. I had a two bedroom apartment with a balcony during this period. The apartment was quite comfortable and I would have gladly stayed there for a longer period if possible.

We stayed at this hotel based on previous 'positive' reviews and will never stay here again. We woke up both mornings to jackhammers at 6.30am (Friday and Saturday mornings). The room smelled off, and the lighting was dim (reminded me of hospitals). The staff weren't unpleasant but not friendly at the same time. Fabulous location near city sights and Botanical gardens !

There are a number of Oaks properties in Brisbane. I can highly recommend Oaks Charlotte Towers and Oaks Aurora for example. Oaks Margaret is an OK hotel, but certainly a few notches lower than the other two.

I'm not sure what level most hotels clean their rooms at in Australia since I only have two examples and the other of which was abominable. In the US, a serviced hotel room means that beds are made, floors are vacuumed, towels are replaced and counters wiped down. I expected similar service, but perhaps it's done differently in Australia. My bed was […] never made. My floors never vacuumed. The only hint I had that someone had "serviced" my room was that suddenly there was a new packet of laundry detergent, my floor towel was refolded, and the end of my toilet paper was folded into sort of a triangle. Not sure if this is considered quality service, but I probably wouldn't stay here again since the room felt really dirty. 더 보기

Nous avions loué un appartement 2 chambres. L'appartement était très spacieux, proposait 2 salles de bain, un coin cuisine, salon et salle à manger. Le tout avec une vue dégagée sur Brisbane River. Vraiment sympa. Le centre ville se situe à environ 10 minutes de marche.

Rummet var stort och fräscht. Personalen verkade dock inte ha så stor koll på sightseeing turer. Men skulle rekomendera hotellet då det ligger centralet och är fint.
