The hotel was great except for one cranky staff member. The package adverstised was not delivered according to the specs. Only 1 bed not two, no paper, the only English speaking TV show was ESPN. Surprisingly, except for the buffet breakfast, the food was terrible. The nicest hotel in Trois Ilets.

The Bakoua trois ilets is a fine hotel. The best part were the beds, they were wonderful ! The room was quite large, I just wish there was a stuffed chair (fauteil) . I would also suggest they put some wash clothes in the bathroom. Every evening we received a new bottle of water, which was welcomed. Nicely located hotel with a lovely Infinity pool overlooking beach and sea, and a nice beachfront. The hotel has extensive grounds, some of it nicely landscaped with tropical garden arrangements. Overall state, and especially some of the surroundings outside the hotel grounds, are outdated and run down. The hotel has charm and the basic necessary amenities […] but does not live up to its potential. The price / performance relation is not met, the 4 star rating seems overstated. Staff generally is friendly but bar service is very slow. The ferry connection to Fort-de-France is convenient but not very frequent. 더 보기

the hotel is old so it needs improvements in some rooms. Internet connection was not good quality very slow

Über Hotels.com habe ich explizit ein Zimmer "on the beach" gebucht und bezahlt. Bei der Ankunft wurde mir ein Zimmer "mit Seesicht" gegeben und bei einer 1. Reklamation habe ich die bemerkung dulden müssen "für den Preis kann man ein Zimmer am Strand vergessen"; die Stv. Hoteldirektorin war dabei. Erst nach der 1. Nacht bzw. nach der 2. Reklamation […] und nach langem Zögern wurde das gebuchte Zimmer "on the beach" auch zugesprochen "Ja, Sie haben Recht...". Bem.: Englisch hat man bei der Reception (**** Hotel) gar nicht gern. Osa henkilökuntaa oli todella tyly, osa taas erittäin palvelualtis. Johtunee varmaan kielitaidottomuudesta. Hotelli on aika kulunut, sijaintierittäin hyvä, ympäristössä mm hotelliraunio. Fort de France laivamatkan päässä.

Dès l'arrivée a la réception, le personnel fut loin de se montrer acceuillant, la découverte de notre chambre fut une réelle déception : manque d'entretien général, notre chambre devait être bien il y a 20 ans mais n'est plus au standard actuel : digne d'un 2 étoiles avec son décor dépassé et sa salle de bain usée ! Même si le wifi a fait son entrée, […] la réception n'était correcte que sur la terrasse et il fallait rentrer code et mot de passe a chaque connexion et coupure de réseau ! un hotel sympatique et calme avec un personnel toujours souriant ne demandant qu' à vous rendre service . Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel Cepandant l'hotel est assez mal indiqué si l'on ne connait pas d'avance

Hôtel luxueux ayant beaucoup de charme. Emplacement exceptionnel proche de la marina des Trois Ilets, vue magique sur la mer, Fort de France et la Montagne Pelée. Les chambres ont vue sur mer et certaines sur un magnifique jardin tropical. Très propres, très confortables sans être grand luxe, parfaitement entretenues. Parties communes (réception, bar, […] restaurant, piscine à débordement,...) de grande classe, avec vue imprenable. Plage privée très agréable. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Service irréprochable. Bref, un petit paradis sur terre, nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable. 더 보기
