Hotel well situated, I got an upgrade for the room, staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend to people looking for a quiet hotel, out of buzzy touristic centre but located on a nice avenue (av. Louise), the Ixelles lakes, place Flagey (and its fries!)...

As many people have said before, this is not a four star hotel. However, you will not pay four star prices. The staff were extrememly helpful and welcoming, and helped with everything we had to ask of them. The room was huge, (the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in.) The rooms are not particularly well sound proofed as we could hear quite clearly […] the conversations occouring in the next room. The bed was not comfortable. A cheap and cheerful hotel, and although probably 'luxurious' in it's day, could do with some refurbishment. We did love the carpeted lifts! 더 보기

This is a good hotel if you have a car or like to walk. It's about a 40-minute walk from the main square. Overall, the hotel looked good, though aged. Our room was clean, though there was a hole in the blanket on the bed. One issue was that the AC unit was very weak and our room was very hot throughout the night.

This hotel might have been a 4 stars many years ago, but not today. Low budget solutions and lack of renovation everywhere. Bathroom looked as one in a dorm. Good news is that the staff seemed to remain the same: 4 stars attitude for low rate.

Great hotel, very good price. Absolutely terrific pizza place at the corner. Best pizza I ever had in my life!

We stayed at Brussels Hotel for two nights during the summer and it was reasonable. The downsides were no a/c, old bedding, soggy matresses, and general dated decor. Also there was no actual shower head, the head was attached to a hose and had great pressue but there was no where to hang it so it had to be held. The staff were very accommodating as well they should be because this property needs a major overhaul! Carpet was actually thread bare in places, pillows are larger on an airline. No AC in this (and many others in this city) hotel. The TV did not work (wanted to check the BBC for travel weather) the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and make sure you don't end […] up with a room facing the street (noisy all night long). Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée (22h30) : nous avions réservé pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Dans la chambre, seuls 2 lits jumeaux sont pêts. Ni draps ni couverture ni oreillers ni linge pour le grand lit. A la réception, accueil froid et limite désagréable. Le chargé d'accueil refuse de lire les critères retenus à la réservation, que j'avais imprimés. […] Nous dit que l'enfant doit dormir avec ses parents (!). El Hotel está un poco alejado del centro, pero es bueno para poder aparcar. Además, las habitaciones para más de dos personas son muy amplias y muy cómodas.

Il s'agit d'un hotel assez vieux, mais confortable quand-même. Les chambres sont très grandes; L'intérieur est très simple, humble, mais très pratique. Il y a un bureau pour travailler, le wifi fonctionne très bien. Un peu de bruit à cause du tram, mais pas génant Dans la salle de bain, le robinet était usé et abîmé. L'hôtel est bien situé dans un quartier recherché de Bruxelles proche des grandes enseignes et des transports en commun. Le personnel y est acceuillant et disponible mais on peut déplorer la grande véstuté des chambres et un un effort doit être porté sur la propreté.

Hotellet er under oppussing, noe som senker kvaliteten med stillaser, uferdige balkonger, huller i veggene osv. Rommet var overopphetet med dårlig ventilasjon, så det ble lite søvn. 2 stjerner hadde vært mer passende.

Relativement bien situé, à proximité du centre à quelques minutes, la chambre était spacieuse et propre, et le personnel courtois. Pourtant, la qualité des installations n'est certainement à la hauteur des 4 étoiles annoncées.

La relación calidad precio está un pelín descompensada. Es un buen hotel, quizás le falla las cañerías de la calefacción que hacen ruido. En el precio, que lo encontré un pelín caro, no incluía el desayuno. Por lo demás todo correcto. Les pedí cambiar de habitación y no tuvieron inconveniente alguno, me dieron otra mejor al mismo precio.

L'hotel est assez ancien et donne une impression 70s. Il est cependant très propre, calme et très bien situé sur une grande avenue de Bruxelles bien qu'un peu loin à pied du centre ancien. J'ai trouvé tout les jours des places pour se garer devant et il y a brasserie + fast food et autre restaurant tout le long de l'avenue.

Le séjour fut bref (1 nuit) pour pouvoir juger avec objectivité. Cependant, je me permets de relever 2 points très importants : - le manque d'eau chaude! - l'état un peu délabré du fauteuil "clic clac". L'accueil était par contre sans reproche.
