위클리 맨션 오사카 앳 오테마에 (Weekly Mansion Osaka at Otemae) - 오사카

지역은 회사들 근처라 깔끔하고 편의점이 근방에 많습니다. 맥도널드있고, 관광지 중 오사카공원하고 가깝습니다. 맨션이다 보니 호텔보다는 좀 사용이 자유로운 곳이고 시설은 일반적인 소규모 호텔하고 비슷합니다. 우메다역(고베이동)으로는 바로 갈 수 있어서 편하지만 난바(쇼핑지역, 공항) 나 오사카역 갈때는 환승해야하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 이것저것 감수하고 저렴하게 이용하기엔 편합니다. (인터넷,전화:유료, 룸안에 TV, 냉장고 조리시설있음)

우선 위클리맨션은 중요 관광지와 접근성이 무척 좋습니다. 오사카성은 5분거리 안에 있구요. 도톰보리, 우메다역, 오사카주택박물관 등 지하철로 4정거장 안에 위치해있어요.! 맨션 매니저분들도 친절하시고 영어를 잘하셔서 너무 편했구요. 특히 자전거를 빌주고 있어서 마지막 일정을 오사카성 방문으로 잡고 둘러 보면 정말 좋을 것 같아요. 가방도 카운터에 보관할 수도 있어요. 그리고 가장중요한 가격! 저는 침대 3개에 키친이 있는 방을 예약했는데요. 3일간 합리적인 가격에 이용할 수 있어서 무척이나 좋았답니다. 다음에도 오사카에 가게 된다면 전 역시 이곳을 찾을 겁니다.!!

타니마치센 욘초메에서 4번 출구로 나가서 쭉 걷다가 오른쪽으로 가면 바로 있더군요 위치도 좋고 호텔에는 세탁시설도 있어서 200엔 넣으면 빨래도 되고 100엔 넣으면 건조도 됩니다. 수건이랑은 사용한것 프론트에 내면 새거로 교환해주고요..다만 침대시트는 200엔을 내야 바꾸어 줍니다. 암튼 주방도 있어서 음식도 해먹고 저녁엔 주변 산책을 하다보니 오사카성도 갈수 있었답니다. 위치상으론 구경할곳도 가깝고 아주 편하게 지내다 왔습니다...가격이 민박보다 저렴해서 좋았습니다.

음 일단 처음에 찾아가기도 너무 쉬웠구요~ 적응이 되니 교통이용에도 좋았어요! 오사카성도 가까이에 있어서 ~~ 가격이 너무 저렴해서 불편할까 걱정했는데 전혀!! 정말 너무 좋았습니다! 방도 깨끗하고 있을 거 다 있구요! 침대도 생각보다 커서 둘이 자는데 불편함이 없었네요~ 나중에 또 오사카에 갈 일이 생기면 다시 찾을 것 같네요^^*

동경에서의 좋은기억으로 오사카에서도 믿어보기로 했습니다 방넓죠,싸죠,청결상태도 이정도면 나쁘지않아요. 난바나 우메다를 이용하기도 나쁘지안습니다 콘비니와 저렴한 우동집이 주변에있구요 추가밥이무료인 야요이켄도 이용하기 편합니다 무엇보다 두가족도 거뜬히 소화하는 객실은 가히 매력적이라하겠습니다 오사카를간다면 다음에도 여기를 이용할겁니다

I prefer staying at weekly mansions(like an apartment which is temporarily leased) not only it is reasonable but also it gives you the feeling that you are actually living in the city as a resident. Weekly mansions are generally located relatively far from stations than hotels and this also was, but it took less than 10 minutes. The mansion was clean […] and well-equipped, and you can check in anytime(you can just make a phone call to a person in charge). If you want fine mattresses maybe it's not a good choice though. Tanimachi-4chome Stn. Exit 4 is the closest exit but the elevator is at Exit 1A. Plz check your map carefully if you want to take an elevator otherwise you could lose your sense of direction. 더 보기

8월 첫주에 이용하였는데요~!! 처음에 타니마치 욘초메에서 찾아가기가 너무 힘들었 답니다 _ㅜ 하지만 타니마치 욘초메 역무원분께 지도를 받아 찾아 가니 금방이더군요!! 숙소 근처가 회사가 많아서 편의점이랑 회사 건물들이 많이 있었고요, 슈퍼와 드럭은 보이지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다^^ 숙소 내부는 깔끔하게 정리 되어 있어서 타인의 터치 없이 편안하게 이용하였습니다. 근데 수건은 어떻게 교체 해야 하는지 몰라서 일주일동안 같은 수건만 사용 하였네요;; 다음에 이용하시는 분들은 인포메이션 분들께 수건교체 방법을 물어 보시면 좋을 것 같습니다!! 체크아웃할때 추가비용도 없이 편안하게 잘 이용했고요,남바나,우메다 유니버셜까지도 교통편이 […] 편리해서 숙소 위치가 너무 좋았던것 같아요!! 씻을수 있는 물품은 모두 준비되어 있고요, 폼클랜징만 챙겨 가시면 될것 같아요!! 모두들 즐거운 여행 되세요!! 더 보기

결론적으로 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 싼 가격에 민박이 아닌 곳에서 숙박하고 싶었는데, 민박보다 더 싼 가격에 괜찮은 맨션을 구한것 같습니다. 위치는 중심가인 난바에서 20분거리에 있어서(한번 갈아타야되요.) 만족스러웠구요. 역에서 찾아가는것도 쉬웠어요. 타니마치 욘초메 6번출구에서 쭉나가서 세블럭 간뒤 우회전해서 쭉가면 금방 찾을 수 있어요. 맨션이름 말하면역무원 아저씨도 쉽게 알려주시구요. 원래 4시 체크인인데 방이 준비된 상태라서 12시 정도에 일찍들어갈 수 있었어요. 방크기는 적당하고 화장실도 욕조도 작지만 있고 세면도구도 모두 있어요. 근데 클랜징폼만 없더군요. 칫솔 면도기 샴푸린스 다있습니다. 수건도 있구요. 침대가 […] 정말 편하고 보송보송해서 잠도 잘잤어요. 근데 처음 들어가자마자는 담배냄새가 꽤 나더라구요. 놀러갔다 오는 동안 베란다 문을 열어놓고 환기를 시켰더니 좀 나아지긴했습니다. 그리고 첫날은 온풍기 사용법을 몰라서 추워하면서 잤어요. 침대이불덮으면 안춥긴하지만요. 그래서 둘째날 물어봤더니, 에어컨리모콘을 이용해서 온풍기를 트는 거더라구요. 그걸 체크인할때 알려달라고 하시는게 좋을것 같아요. 히터 트는법 복사해달라구요. 그리고 뜨거운 물도 매우 잘나오구요. 전반적으로 만족스럽네요!! 또 오사카 가게되면 여기 갈것같아요~ 더 보기

교통이 편리하고, 주변에 100엔 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다.

This is a very interesting type of hotel. From the viewpoint of USA, this is not a hotel but similar to a fully furnished apartment. Everything was perfect with this hotel, big room for low price, helpful staff, excellent location, fast net. Local washing/drying facilities. The room is comfortable and good enough for a family. Walking distance to Osaca Castle Park, accessable to subway station. People downstair are friendly and helpful. Next time when we visit to Osaka we would like to stay there again, and this hotel would be highly recommended to our friends.

stayed here twice and will again. Booked far enough in advance you can get an amazingly cheap rate. Staff speaks enough english. Rooms have a fridge & kitchenette, laundry downstairs & bike rental available. as small as the rooms might seem, they are actually a bit bigger than most business hotels in Japan.

The 2 bed room mansion is small but still comfortable for 4 of us. The distance to the closest Tanimachi 4 Chome station is only about 5 min slow walk. It is also very close to many shopping areas, i.e. Shinsaibashi, Higashi Umeda, Osaka Station and convenient stores which open 24 hour. We also bought a few packages of fresh and sweet strawberries directly from a farmer who always parks his small truck in front of the hotel. NICE TO HAVE A SELF CATERING PLACE TO STAY- MAKES A CHANGE FROM HAVING TO VACATE THE ROOM FOR THE DAILY STAFF. ROOM WAS ON THE TIRED SIDE DECOR WISE BUT COMFORTABLE BEDS AND THE ACCOMMODATION WAS SPACIOUS.NOT FAR TO WALK TO THE SUBWAY AND PLENTY OF PLACES TO EAT NEARBY. I have stayed here every time I've been to Osaka. Very cheap rate and in a nice neighborhood. The room is simple, but very big and spacy . The bathroom a bit small, but not a big deal for me. Weekly Mansion Osaka at Otemae - We arrived late to the hotel around 11:30pm, rung the after hours bell at the front door and was soon greeted by a staff member who could speak basic english (a plus when it's so late at night). The room is very basic, however it contained everything we needed, and was both clean and reasonably comfortable. The Kitchenette contains pots and pans etc. There is an air conditioner which can also be used as a heater. The rooms are not maintained (towels etc are not refreshed) on a daily basis. I have stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. My friends and I lived in a 3-bed-room. The room was great. It was pretty clean. The hotel staff were very nice. The location may not be the most convenient one but there is a subway nearby. So, the location is not a big problem especially if you have a subway pass.

I cannot reccomend this place more, in fact my friends are staying there in a few months thanks to us! Not only is it one of the cheapest places to stay in Osaka but it is excellent as well. I love staying at this place, it makes you feel that you're staying at home. The place is spacious, clean and has everything that you need like a home should - from coin laundry, microwave, mid size refrigerator & kitchen wares, perfect if you're travelling in groups. It's only 15 minutes away from Osaka Park / Osaka Castle by foot and has nice restaurants […] and bakery nearby, not to mention convenience stores left & right. Weekly Mansion is probrably the cheapest & spacious hotel you can get. It's definately your choice if you are travel in a group or with family. The hotel is around 8 minute walking distance to the nearest subway station and the front desk only work from 8am-8pm but considering the price you are paying, it's still a very great value hotel.

We stayed in a family suite for 3pax. In this unit consist of 2 bedrms, 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds,1 kitchen/dining area, 1 belcony. Cooking utensils, microwave n stove provided. Very helpful staff, great location, minutes from the Osaka Castle, clean 2 bedrooms and a kitchen for a great price. You cannot not beat this price anywhere let alone Japan.

Location, price, arrangement........are good, but the name seems easy to forget!

Nice small hotel that caters to foreigners. About a 5 min walk from Tanimachi 4-Chome Subway Station that connects to JR Rail. In a very nice and safe area with a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. Very small bathroom, but nice size room overall with a simple interior. Great economic price for ones looking to save a little.

the apartment suits family trip, we got cooking facilities, a living room and 3 individual bedrooms insided.

Great place to stay. We had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and the multi-room bathroom area. Maybe not the most exciting neighborhood, but near to the castle and some good coffee shops. Difficult to find WiFi and the computers in the lobby were broken during our stay. I will definitely stay again. If taking subway, get out at Tanimachi4chome exit #3.

Weekly Mansion at Otemae is conveniently located near Tanamachi Chome 4 station, Osaka castle and museums are within walking distance. There are also many cheap restaurants around the area and convenience stores. The room was clean and wildly spacious for Japan, with two beds, table and chairs. Great value for a family.

I stayed here for 2 nights recently on a leisurely trip to Osaka & Kyoto. While the hotel was conveniently located close to the Osaka Castle & museums as advertised, it left much lacking in service. First, I requested 2 non-smoking rooms and got one smoking, one non-smoking. Because we checked in at night we weren't able to switch the smoking room which […] stunk of wet cigarettes (I had to wash my entire suitcase, even the unworn clothes, to get rid of the smell). Second, we checked in at 9pm, however the front desk (that is literally what it is..not a concierge) is closed at 8pm, so it took us 15 minutes to figure out how to contact management to allow us to check in. There was no sign or indication as to how to check in at night - if the other patrons in the "lobby" (two folding chairs next to the door) hadn't told us, we probably would have left. Finally, this hotel has absolutely no amenities. No wireless, the entire hotel stinks, thin walls and windows, no calling between rooms, no AC in common areas, not even a lobby. It may be a good, cheap hotel for regular business travelers - but not worth the hassle if you are visiting for 1 or 2 nights. 더 보기

The hotel is quite conveniently located near the train station and OSAKA Castle. What is not convenient about the hotel is its check in and check out time: Check in 16:00 and check out 10:00.

Excellent Location with many restaurants! There is one good supermarket as well! Transport is good with nearest station a couple hundreds meters away. The room is twice as large as your normal Japanese hotel room.

Our twin room was large by Japan standards and very clean with new linoleum floor. The kitchenette was very good for preparing meals and the ground floor laundry was very handy. Location is easy walking distance to Osaka Castle and is on the Taminachi 4 chome subway.

The Weekly Mansion is a no frills apartment, but is excellent value. We stayed for 8 nights in a two separate bedroom spacious room, beds were comfortable and clean, a good kitchen with oven and microwave, plasma TV (only CNN in English) with a very cheap movie option. It is very close to several subway stations (Tanimachi 4 is the closest) and is easy to get to every part of the city and to Nara and Kyoto. Signs are in English and the ticket machines are in English and easy and cheap to use. If you want a good, clean but basic hotel to stay then this is a great option. A great place for family who wants an apartment style of stay (esp. for longer stay). You can cook in the apartment and there are many convenient stores & restaurants nearby. Coin laundry is also available. Train station is not far (about 5min walk).
