Well worth it. Just a short distance from Cambridge and Boston. spacious clean, convenient of the highway.access. Great breakfast. Family oriented. You could even have a BBQ outside. Great for extended stays too!!!

Very clean room. There were three of us in the one bedroom suite and we were all very comfortable. Just outside of Boston, it took only 10-15 minutes to drive into the city. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Despite a couple of service issues (batteries dead in the remote control, no maid service until 4 o'clock of the second day we stayed), this is a property I would return to. The suite slept three of us very comfortably and it was nice to have a full kitchen. Though the Hotel was full, we did not hear any noise from hallway. We have been staying more often in Hyatt chain Hotels and find them to be well worth the value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the queen bed suite. Plenty of space for 4 people. Location is great right by Interstate routes 95 and Mass Turnpike 90.

4 star hotel at reasonable price. Very clean room with large layout and premium ammenities.

The hotel was nice. THe only bad thing about it I think is that they bathroom area in the room might need a little remodel. Other than that the rooms where really nice and the free breakfast was good.

I live in NY, so based on the price I was paying, I was not expecting much from the hotel. But to my surprise, it was a great hotel- my room came complete with a kitchen & living room. I needed a place to stay when visiting relatives in Watertown. The Hyatt House fit the bill: easy access off the highway (but quiet), large 1-room suite, cleanliness, comfort & adequate breakfast with enough choice. I would certainly stay here again.

Before our trip, we did some searching on hotels.com. Hyatt is our choice from the comparison. During the stay, we found there are so many things better than our expectation. The people were friendly, the food was good, the room was more than we expected. It was like being home - comfortable, easy and relaxing. We stayed for two nights on our recent trip to Boston in this hotel and it was a pleasant surprise to see how good this hotel was. Furniture is brand new, very quite and peaceful with free wireless internet and full array of cable channels available, what else can you ask for the low amount you will pay to stay at this hotel. There are a lot of hotels in the North Waltham area, but this was a great surprise. Priced lower than other options, the room had 2 bedrooms with king size beds, each with their own bathroom. My family who visited said the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visiting my daughter at college in nearby Boston this was a great alternative to pricey inner city hotels. Located about 15 minutes out of the city near the Mass Turnpike in an office park was a nice oasis. The suite had a nice kitchen, large sectional couch and bedroom with kingsize bed. It was a little out of the way, but it was nice enough. The noise of dishes and utensils by the cleaning staff during the breakfast was the only major negative part of the stay.

I was unexpectedly delayed in Boston for a few days, and wanted to avoid the expensive hotels downtown... so I found the Hyatt in Waltham. Decent clean room (was upgraded so that was nice), good breakfast, easy to get to location. I didn't have a car, so the first time I took a cab from downtown to here... a little pricey for my blood, so I instead […] took advantage of the hotel's 5 mile proximity to the Riverside train station and rode the green line all the way in. The Hotel was all of what I hoped for! Great Service. The complimentary Breakfast was very good and the suite had everything that we needed. Great Place to stay and I will do it again when I go into Boston for an Evening or a weekend!

I used this hotel with my wife, but it looks quite good for larger family. Overally, it may be better for long stay than just one or two nights.

We've stayed at Hyatt Summerfield in Waltham many times with absolute satisfaction. This time there was a large group there for the weekend. In addition to no tables and being out of items at breakfast, there was a loud party by the pool Saturday night. The location was very easy to find close to the exit off the highway. Their lobby and the breakfast area was well maintained. The outdoor pool and hot tub looked very nice but we didn't have a chance to use it since the day of our stay was cold and rainy. We had the one bedroom suite and it was so roomy. I was given a non-smoking room that although appeared clean, it had a strong musty cigarette odor throughout the room. I stayed in this hotel for two days and loved it. Pros: Check-in was friendly and easy. The suite was perfect, and the convenience of a full kitchen was an added bonus. The bed was super comfortable. If you are trying to avoid the high cost (including extras like parking) and often-cramped space of Boston / Cambridge hotels, this is an excellent choice. Same quality and style as the other Hyatt properties in this class. Priced almost competitively with Holiday Inn Express, Choice Hotels line but much much nicer in style, amenities, comfort, service. This hotel is convenient to downtown Boston and the airport. A short drive on some toll roads gets you there. From Waltham you can drive a short while to Concord Mass. and be steeped in the history of our country. The hotel staff was friendly and the comp breakfast was great. If you are looking for a clean, safe, convenient hotel, this is it.

We will definitely be back. Very friendly, helpful staff, really nice sized rooms and comfortable bed. Great value especially with breakfast included.

The Hyatt Summerfield Suites is a great place to stay because it offers the comforts of home while you're on the road. 3 of us stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It was very spacious, and the living room and bedroom both had their own televisions, which made it much more convenient for multiple guests. If you're with 3 people, there is no access to the bathroom […] unless you walk through the bedroom. So, if you're staying on the sofa bed in the living room, it can be a little bit of an inconvenience if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel offers FREE buffet style breakfast in the morning. Eggs, Sausage, cereal, muffins, toast/Bagels, Yogurt, Fruit, Coffee and Juice in an unlimited quantity for all guests. It was actually very surprising what you got for the price you paid (Free!). There is also a small store in the lobby that offers various snacks and frozen foods if you decide to make some food in your room. My only complaint the entire trip is the uncomfortable sofa bed. I ended up just sleeping on the couch itself, and it was much more comfortable. However, the person who stayed in the bedroom said the bed was delightful! 더 보기

Stayed here to visit daughter attending Bentley University for 2 nights. We generally stay at 3-4 star hotels on quick trips. We had true 2 bedroom/2 bath suite with separate doors and living area in middle. Hotel staff was very courteous, knowledgeable about the area even helped us find stores in Boston and making us maps to get there. This is not […] an easy town to get around in for an out of stater so this was necessary as we rented a car. Room was large and the hotel is laid out well- elevator is literally steps from the front desk. The hotel has a delicious complimentary breakfast - like something you would find at a resort- lots of choices and variety of hot foods too. Plus the breakfast sitting area was nice. The hotel has a convenient store right adjacent to the front desk which is nice and the snacks were priced very reasonably- a surprise at check-out. Hotel does not have nightly room service but several restaurants nearby deliver to your room and this met our need. The hotel was just what we were looking for. We are a family of four with two teen boys. The Summerfield offered a two bedroom suite (king in each bedroom) that allowed us to stay together rather and saved us about 25% of the cost of two regular hotel rooms.
