Front desk staff was not readily available the three times we needed attention including checking in. There was a sign stating to call a phone numbe and they would be right there. When called, they promptly responded, but it was annoying to have to go through that process and wait for them to show up. Room was not as nice as expected. There was staining […] around the counter where the coffee pot was as if there was a spill never cleaned up. The bathtub grout was dirty and coming apart. The room was ok for a quick overnight stay, but I would not want to spend much more time than that. It was close to the airport which served our purpose. 더 보기

Maybe it's a timing thing...The hotel in general and room were very comfortable, clean and in good repair. The guy in the room next to me snored so loudly that it kept me a wake for a while - also there were kids running in the halls very late at night making lots of noise. Hotel is in a great location and is beautiful! Rates are excellent. My only complaint is that there was some to go boxes in fridge, so I would say housekeeping didnt do their job fuly. Other than that is was a great stay

Great value for a very nice room/suite. Pillow-top mattresses and room-darkening curtains made for a great night's sleep.

Great stay! The property was in great condition, was convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt. Staff was helpful and polite, and the room was clean an neat.

The information indicated a continental breakfast but on check in we found out it was a buffet you pay for. It is not a full service hotel, the front desk is not manned and there are no amenities.

We thought this hotel was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful staff. The beds were comfortable, and the tub was huge! The swimming pool area is well designed and clean. However, the restraunt leaved a lot to be desired. The morning continental breakfast looked dry and old at 9:30, and it costs $10.50 per person! Where most hotels offer free breakfast, […] this just seemed insane. Also, the server (the only one) didn't show up for about 10 minutes and then reeked of smoke. If you don't need to eat there, this hotel is outstanding! There is an Applebees just across the parking lot, and there are other hotels closeby that may have better service/food. 더 보기

Beautiful, spacious suite at any price.

The room was very clean with top decor and amenities for the class of hotel and price. The complimentary breakfast the first morning was unappealing steam table buffet fare. I stuck to the fruit and a overly sweet cake-like muffin. When I returned two days later, I went to breakfast around 9 AM and was told that because of low occupancy, there was no […] buffet, but that I could have breakfast to order. Not wishing to push my luck I stuck to fruit and a bagel. However, after ordering a sesame or poppy seed bagel, the food service worker returned and said my choicees of bagels had been sent to a banquet!!! Probably the best bang for the buck in Boise!!! I loved this hotel, the staff was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and modern. Breakfast in the morning was great. Overall I am recommending this to anyone who stays in Boise. LOVE LOVE LOVE Cambria Boise

This was our third stay at the Cambria Suites in the last 12 months and it was wonderful again. Room size is wonderful, clean and very relaxing. The hotel staff has been great every visit and have always responded quickly for any room requests.

I rarely write reviews, but I just had to for this place. The facilities are very nice. The rooms are very clean and laid out well. However, the best part about this hotel is unquestionably the people who work there. Everybody is SO FRIENDLY. Perhaps it's just Boise, but I'm telling you the folks at the front counter and at the restaurant downstairs […] are great people. We stayed for 5 days, and by the time we left, we felt like the people there were family. 더 보기

Very nice! Clean comfortable and fancy. A real upgrade!!

We had three rooms and all was clean and the family really enjoyed this stay.

The room was excellent, clean and beautiful. There were 2 flat screen televisions so both children and adults could watch what they wanted. The beds were comfortable and we were able to get a good nights rest.

We stayed in Boise overnight so that my daughter could attend a concert and I could do genealogy research at the Boise Public Library. We arrived at the hotel after 10 pm and were checked in immediately. The room was big with a separate sitting area and the bathroom was very nice. Loved the Bath & Body products. The hotel was much nicer than I expected. We were with a large group of kids and the staff was quite nice to us considering all of the chaos we brought. The only negative comment I have is that the bathroom was not that clean. There was hair in the shower and the floors were slightly dirty.

this was our second stay at cambria suites. my wife and daughter enjoyed the accommodations very much. the room was very comfortable and functional. dinning nearby and just minutes from downtown boise.

The room was very clean and the wake up call request was easy and efficient, eventhough I was requesting a call within 4 hours from the time of request. I would recommend this hotel to all who travel to Boise.

The room was great -- the basic 2 queen suite has a small living room (with fold out couch) separated by a divider, and the bedroom with two beds. The beds are nice... I slept very well. The climate control unit functioned properly too! This place is about two minutes from the Boise airport, and right off Vista Ave where a bunch of restaurants are. […] So it's very convenient if you are staying over the night before a very early flight. Very clean, comfortable, modern, and professional throughtout. They need to change the carpet in the elveators, but that's about it. Certainly seems under-rated at 3 stars.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Cambria Suites.

The hotel was very easy to find, not right on the highway but set back for a nice quiet place. The room was amazing not your typical every hotel. It beautifully decorated and the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Its a must stay again for me.

We didnt like our stay at the Cambria,,,The bathroom was dirty (floor had dirt tracks and the tub was not properly cleaned ). The room was small and uncomfortable. The only good things was that the drapes are very thick and keep the room dark to sleep in...

The hotel is close to the airport. It is very modern and clean. The beds are great as is the staff. Would recommend to anyone!

Very comfortable, great hotel for the business traveler.

Convenient to airport, friendly and helpful staff, 24 hr gym/pool for adults, nice lounge and limited meal service, iternet service all there. A very good value for the price.

This hotel will exceed your expectations. We used the airport shuttle for the first time and they were waiting for us when we came downstairs.

We usually just stay one night on the way to another area, so we haven't done much there but swim in the pool. The room is clean and comfortable and we like the decor. The staff is always very friendly. We've stayed at other hotels in the area just to see what they are like but always come back to this one.

Rooms are spacious, great lobby with bar, food and computers. Decore is stylish and contemporary. Breakfast was an added bonus. Close to airport location with an upscale feel.

I would return, the room was most comfortable. Love the pool. Appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Appreciated the sitting room.

I can't say enough about the Cambria Suites. It is of the same quality or better than the similary Hyatt Place chain. I found the room was absolutely beautiful, a great bed, two fantastic HD televisions, and a spacious bathroom. The workspace was excellent with wireless internet. We were in Boise for a funeral and the motel went out of their way to see that we had rooms close together, a room to meet in while we were waiting for people to arrive. They seemed ready to help us in whatever way they could. Thanks to the staff!!!

Clean, modern, great service, close to airport, easy access to everything (what isn't in Boise I guess?. Only thing missing is a larger selection of places to eat - only an Applebee's next door. Strongly recommended.
