The Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth served as our base of operations for a family funeral we had to attend. The staff was most accommodating, and the room was clean and quiet. Located just off exit 5 on Route 3, it was perfect for getting to Duxbury for the funeral (Exit 10) and into Plymouth for meals. I stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas to hide a way, the staff even though less were great friendly the room was fantastic. I did think on the website it said there was a restaurant on site but there wasn't, but there were plenty of things around.

Very nice hotel. Minutes to Plymouth Rock and surrounding attractions. Many shops in area. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was fantastic. Would stay here again next time.

We loved the lobby and restaurant. Staff was cordial and professional. The rooms we spotless and no cigarette smoke smell. Would have loved a King bed instead of two Queens, yet that was not really an issue.

I think the hotel should rename itself, from Hilton Garden Inn to Hilton Beer Barn. We were kept up half the night by loud parties all over the hotel...were told that five weddings were celebrated at the hotel that night. Hilton has sold out their serious customers....in favor of party revenue. Security was non existant. No one patrolling the floors […] on a regular basis, they relied on complaints rather than enforcement.....pitful showing for a otherwise fine hotel. Manager should be fired. 더 보기

The lobby was beautiful. The pool area was very nice. The room was okay. The mattress was terrible. The breakfast was the same as at the Hampton Inns except for a cook to make omlets and stuff, but there was a considerable charge here.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very attentive. Did not get a chance to use the pool area or the lounge but they appeared to be clean and well kept. Will definity stay there again.

No issues with anything. I did not eat or drink at the Hotel. The house keeping was impeccable. The pool and fitness center were fine. The staff was helpful, and allowed me to move my check out time back. The decor was pleasant, location was convenient to Rt.3,

When we booked this hotel, we anticipated 2 rooms with 2 queen sized beds in each room. When we arrived close to midnight, there were 2 full sized beds in each room. Although the room was lovely, we were not very comfortable sleeping due to the smaller bed provided. It was just too late to make a fuss and we only stayed for one night.

Spent one night here in August 2012. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly. The room was quiet. I appreciated that I was able to check in early (~2PM), which was nice because I had to change for a wedding.

While hotel facilities were up to scratch, we were woken on two occasions for fire alarms, the first at 1230a.m. and the second at 0230a.m. Having to parade outside at that time of the morning is unacceptable, particularly as both were false alarms. Hotel response was a free breakfast but no other apology!

Staff was very friendly and assisted us in directions to the Town center where we could have dinner. There is a 99 Restaurant in the same area as the hotel also if you prefer to stay nearby for meals. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable....made for a great night's sleep! They have great shuttle service. One of our drivers, forgot his nam,e but he has a ponytail should have been the sales rep for the hotel He really tried to talk us into eating there. we had just eaten a short time in Boston before he picked us up and it was close to suppertime.

Well, it was one of the hottest days of the year and our room's air conditioner did not work. We actually opened the door to the hall and propped it open to cool our eighty four degree room down. The staff was nice and sent in a worker to try to fix it with no success. That was disappointing, since we checked in at 2 p.m. And it was still not repaired […] before bed time. They apologized and explained that the hotel was full and that there was nothing that could be done. We were given vouchers to breakfast, which was very good with homemade waffles and omelettes & a variety of other breakfast items. The room was very clean and not far from the sights, although a10 minute drive to the "touristy" part of town. I would score it high if it hadn't been so bloody hot all night! 더 보기
