Good comfortable well priced hotel, nice location next to vineyard and close to Epernay. Restaurant food not so good. Recommend as a stopover for a night but eat elsewhere.

This is an excellent hotel within the Campanile chain and has a particularly good restaurant and an excellent Directrice in charge. It is a very convenient stop for travellers wishing to explore the champagne district.

We concur with the other reviewer that said the restaurant had the worst food in France. After saying that the food I had ordered was not that good the waitress said, yeah most English speaking people don't like it. There was no rapport with the guests just business purely business. The countryside is so beautiful a little customer service would have […] made the visit perfect. There is also no exact address provided so finding the place the first time is very difficult. Once you have found it returning is simple. Not a total loss but I would look for a place with a little more homey feeling. This is the first hotel I have given a poor rating to. 더 보기

It was over 80 degrees outside. In the room, it was close to 80. We requested twice to have the AC turned on and we were told that it was not the season yet. We only stayed one night instead of two and ended up at the Best Western (highly recommended) downtown Epernay. Compared to Best Western, breakfast was very bad. Clean and bright, efficient service - and an obliging restaurant service for dinner considering we turned up as a party of 9, 15 minutes before the restaurant closed! Easily accessible and pleasing adjacent to a vineyard: our satnav took us nowhere near on the postcode supplied but this is probably our fault!

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The room was very small, but a good value. Very easy access to Epernay and the countryside south of Rheims which is very pretty with champaigne vinyards. Staff was quite friendly, spoke enough English to help us. My only complaint - the beds were very hard.

Je suis arrivée au milieu de la nuit et la responsable qui m'avais laissé son numéro de portable a été disponible, adorable. Excellent accueil. Je reviendrai.

Merci de nous avoir attendu après 23H00 . très satisfait de l'accueil , dommage que l'hotel soit un peu loin de la gare et du centtre d'Epernay surtout quand on est sans moyen de déplacement ...

Nos avons séjourné deux nuits et sommes très satisfaits. L'endroit est propre, il y a un resto que nous avons utilisé pour un déjeuner très correct et ils offraient aussi le souper. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes d'Épernay ce qui est pratique pour visiter sans les ennuis de trouver un stationnement le soir en revenant puisque l'hôtel offre cette commodité. […] Nous reviendrons certainement 더 보기

Hotelli muistuttaa amerikkalaistyylistä motellia. Huoneet normaalikokoiset ja varustettu hyvillä vuoteilla. Siisti perushotelli hyvässä kunnossa. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ostoskeskus ja edullinen huoltoasema. Lähialueilta löytyy kaikki tärkeimmät champanjatuottajat.

Hotellet ligger mycket nära min "favorit-by" i Champagne; Champillon. Det är snyggt och prydligt, mycket bra middag och en helt ok frukost.

Het is niet het meest charmante hotel, meer het is wel zeer degelijk met fantastische goede bedden, zeer rustig gelegen, goede en vriendelijke service. Een zeer goede optie voor een kort verblijf en zeker wanneer je maar laat toekomt en opnieuw vroeg vertrekt.
