Very convenient hotel and better that most 5 stars in the area

Great Location, excellent service, perfect for business trips.

Don´t expect too much about quality.... The hotel is very well located but lacks of mantainance. Overall is good but not excellent. Good choice for business travel

Excellent hotel, very well located, very spacious rooms, high level of comfort amenities. Excellent staff. Great restaurant (Bice Bistro). Fantastic Gym. Verey modern decor, all required amenities for a busy business traveler: Internet; plasma tv; clock radio; very nice room and bathroom with seprate WC and shower. Great service too.

Ample modern hotel; very nice pool and gym. Nice restaurant but food needs a lot of improvement. They forget that guests are not all Mexican and thus might want international breakfast. Excellent location next to modern shopping mall and restaurants. Center location for modern part of Monterrey (San Pedro). Safe to walk at night.

This is a very nice hotel with contemporary Mexican architecture. The rooms are clean, nice, and the room sizes provide enough space for a comfortable vacation. The pool is nice, as well as the gym. The buffet is not that great. Although the wait staff is nice and courteous, the restaurant seemed to be understaffed and some of the buffet trays were […] empty during the breakfast rush. The location of the hotel is great, next to a mall and in a very nice area of Garza Garcia. Overall the quality of the service and the conditions of the hotel are great as it is its rates. Great hotel

This is a great hotel. It is situated in a good part of town, with convenient access to downtown and the other business centers. It is very modern with really nice restaurants. Breakfast isn't their best meal, but Kyo (the Asian fusion restaurant) and Bice were great. The bar is dramatic with a clear view of the mountains. The only downside is the room […] doors. They are heavy and if the person staying in the room next to you (or for that matter, down the hall) allows their door to slam, you'll feel it. This would be a good choice for both business travelers as well as people looking for a weekend get away. Families with small children might want to consider a more "kid friendly" hotel. 더 보기

Hola, Estuve hospedada en el hotel durante el mes de diciembre, la verdad muy mala experiencia en cuanto a servicio por parte de Front desk. Habitación sucia y poca atención. No me volvería a hospedar aquí al precio que cobran por noche.

Lo unico que consideraria negativo es que se escucha demasiado el sonido de las puertas de las habitaciones vecinas, pero todo lo demas excelente!!

El Internet te cobran carísimo por una conexión menor a 526kbps. Tienen focos ahorradores en las habitaciones lo cual hacen que sean tenues. Mala presión de agua en los baños. Carísimo el Mini Bar. Hay muchas mejores opciones en el área con mejores servicios.

fuimos a monterrey para quedar un día de aniversario ,y nos recibió un portero muy agradable y nos atendió muy bien ,sin embargo recepcionista no nos atendio como profesional .el cuarto esta muy bonito ,en la noche la escena de la ventana estuvo muy padre.es muy romántica, nosotros quedamos en el piso efectivo ,pero lounge esta muy mal ,porque la persona […] que iba a atender a nosotros no nos atendió nada aunque fuimos a happy hour, no tenia nada ,como 30 minutos después llego con sándwich,　pero no nos dijo nada tampoco las personas que nos atendieron eran jovencitas a lo mejor falta capacitacion ,o algo. Como que para ellas no importa nada de clientes. Pero como quiera pasamos muy bien ,estas 2 muchachas si no hubieran estado ahí, pudiera ser mas excelente. Y también el restaurante italiano fue super super bien .yo he ido varias veces a Italia. Ahí primera vez comí la comida italiana en México (porque la mayoría no puede decir que es italiana) y aparte el servicio tambien perfecto Y siguiente día cuando salimos del hotel ,también mismo portero nos atendió muy bien …bueno,en general nuestro hospedaje estuvo muy bien …menos de 2 jovencitas sin profesion... 더 보기

Es un hotel muy comodo y con una excelente ubicación.

Esta en una excelente ubicación y en general el hotel esta muy bien. La vez anterior habían más cosas en el hotel que ets vez no estaban en mi habitación, cmo por ejemplo: báscula, tipo esponja para lavar el cuerpo, etc, aunque es algointrascendente me gustaría que en mi próxima visita lo tuvieran

Tienen un servicio pesimo, en el restaurat kio nos dieron un platillo con pato echado a perder, la alberca la cierran a las 8 aunque aun haya sol y si no te sales 8 en punto tienes a dos guardiad escoltandote hasta que te salgas.... El room services es lentisimo... Y por llevar un invitado a la alberca nos cobraron la mitad de una estancia...

Me parecio un excelente hotel, cuando regrese a Monterrey definitivamente me volveré a quedar en el Camino Real

Hice la reserva y pago por medio de Hotels.com, pero al llegar al hotel me dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva a mi nombre, aún cuando les mostré la impresión de la página con mi número de confirmación etc. etc. La única solución que encontraron fué cobrarme la noche, y previa investigación al día siguiente me devolverían mi importe. Debido a ésto, […] no me otorgaron la habitación que había reservado con anterioridad, sino una de precio menor; es decir, pagué un costo extra, sin obtener el beneficio... No sé si la culpa fué del hotel o de Hotels.com, pero si deseo aclarar que siempre he reservado por éste sitio, y nunca me había pasado algo así... Debido a ésto, no recomendaría éste hotel, por su pésima administración. 더 보기

En general un buen hotel mas la limpieza de la habitación dejo mucho que desear al grado de encontrar basura y empaques de preservativos en los cajones del vestidor.

Pros: 1. Junto a centro comercial 2. Zona Segura 3. Mucha vigilancia Contras: 1. Forzosamente te haes utilizar el garage subterraneo del hotel lo cual esta bien pero te lo cobran. Inclusive si eres huesped 2. Cuando hay eventos, los asistentes al evento saturan el garage del hotel siendo los huespedes quienes tienen que buscar lugar donde estacionarse […] dentro de ese garage. 3. Hay acceso directo a la plaza comercial pero lo cierran a las 8:00 p.m por lo que si no retornas por el mismo, te espera un bonito y nada agradable retorno por el garage de la plaza comercial 더 보기

El hotel esta estrategicamente ubicado a lado de la plaza San Agustin que a pesar de no ser nueva tiene muchas opciones para comidas sin necesidad de trasladarse en vehiculo. El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones.
