Great Hotel very satisfied

Nothing spectacular ...just average ...

It was a pleasant stay overall. Neat and tidy and quiet environment.

This was my second stay here...it seemed so much different than my first stay. This time around I noticed that bed linens were stained and spots and pens marks on them. Could not find a pen in the room to save my life if I needed one. The battery cover from the televisions remote was missing and they used tape to hold the batteries in place. Over all it was a great experience, the sheets on our bed had ink stains on them from a pen exploding in a dryer, which i feel maid service should not have put back on the bed. That really didnt bother me too much as for I have children. The thing that bothered me the most is that we went away for the night to relax in a nice jacuzzi and half of the […] jets did not work that was kind of disappointing, and the vent fan over the the jacuzzi made a loud nois so therefore we did not want to turn that on. 더 보기

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It met all my expectations. Clean bathrooms, Clean elevators and hallways. My only complaint would be that there are not a lot of nearby restaurants.

The Hotel stay was ok but my room smelled of mold. This seriously needs 2 be checked out.

The Hotel was very clean and the reps. was great. The rooms was awsome and soooooo romantic. We didnt want to leave was thinkn of staying another nite. The food was fresh and excellent breakfast that is due to our late check in but they accomodated us by giving us a late check out. Sincerely, Couple who will visit again. SOON

Attendent on Saturday 6 August allowed the trash container in breakfast bar to overflow several times and did not promptly replenish the food items. When guests came to her kitchen area for assistance, she was rude and closed the door. 1. I was working in Edison, NJ for a few days and this hotel was very conveniently located as well as being very clean, having a friendly staff and a quick convenient breakfast.

just need a mini refrigerator in the room will be great specially i have two kids with me

I felt the Hotel was very clean, the Continental Breakfast was great, didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub realy looked nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and I would definately reccomend it to my friends.

I truly enjoyed my stay at your facilities. Unfortunately, as we're getting ready to shower, we realize the absence of towel. However, this was quickly remedied and proved to be no hinderance to our stay. I enjoyed staying at your facilities and would gladly stay again...I would also recommend your facilities to my friends... Thank you!!!

Our stay got off to a great start when we were allowed to check in early (at 11am). This was much appreciated as our day had started at 3.30am and provided time for a nap before a meeting. The hotel was exactly the way we saw in the pictures. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel facilities were very good....well worth the money

What I hate the most about this hotel is the very pungent bad smell, not sure it is because of mold or something else... The entire hotel reeks but the smell is worse on lower levels. Rooms do not feel clean at all, (especially the bathroom). Feels dirtier after taking a shower... The fitness center is a nightmare, no central AC. Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not the best though. Great location near to the awesome Penang restaurant!

the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the area seemed safe, the breakfast was good, use of computers was helpful, there was nothing to complain about on this stay. we would stay there again anytime. my only suggestion would be to get some oranges for breakfast.. but other than that we could not have been happier.

Overall good experience, pillows were comfy, breakfast was terrific; lots of variety and options. Walgreeens is within walking distance; came in handy, as I'd forgotten allergy meds.

It was just as we saw on the site when we booked the room. Everything was clean and the employees were so kind. Best night ever.

The beds are hard and at certain times the doors don't work in the back. I attempted to park closer to the back door because it was closer to my room... but I ended up having to work all the way around in the dark because it's only certain times it worked. I asked the front desk about it, and she just said I have to use the sides doors because the back […] door doesn't work. Obviously, she didn't know what she was talking about because it worked sometimes. It was a total inconvenience though. Parking is not the greatest late at night, but there's plenty of parking near the back door. No, I won't stay there again. 더 보기

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Edison provided a very clean and comfortable room with excellent and friendly service. I would recommend anyone traveling to the Edison area to stay here and enjoy all the facility has to offer.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Professional and courteous staff, as well as very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed in the spa suite and were satisfied with how everything worked out. P.S. - if you forget something small like toothpaste, razors, etc., just ask at the front desk. They gave me some little samplers. Excellent.

I had to stay there because I was visiting an ill family member a mile away. The staff was polite as well as helpful. The room was nice, as well as roomy. The area was safe, and everything was what I had expected. I will stay there again.

has all the nice feeling like you get when you check into a good hotel.not the best but a nice clean worry free hotel.
