코트야드 바이 메리어트 비엔나 쉔브룬 (Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Schoenbrunn) - 비엔나

5월에 2박 숙박하였으며, 호텔 위치는 쉔브룬 궁전 지하철역에서 걸어서 3분 정도로 매우 가까웠고, 도심과도 5정거장 정도로 가까웠습니다. 객실은 조금 작은 편이었지만 깨끗했고, 사용하기에 불편함이 없었으며, 객실 내에 커피포트가 있어 편리했습니다. 호텔 주변은 매우 조용한 주택가와 같은 이미지라 밤늦게 도착했지만 안전해보였습니다. 침대 매트리스가 약간 물렁한 스타일이라 개인적 취향과는 달랐지만, 위생상태는 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 질문과 요청사항에 최선을 다해 해결해 주는 것이 느껴졌습니다.

We booked into this hotel as a late booking after leaving another hotel in Vienna early because it was very disappointing and insatisfactory. This is the second time this has happened to us in Vienna! The Marriott Courtyard did exactly what it said on the bottle - comfortable, clean, good service and unpretentious. This hotel was just a short walk from Schonbrunn Palace and Gardens. The U-bahn (metro) stop was right around the corner and 6 stops to the center of town. Be prepared to pay extra for parking, internet access and breakfast. Nice hotel, walking distance from Schonbrunn palace. Need to take U to innerstadt where all other attractions are. Cons: Very expensive breakfast - 16 euro per person may not work for everyone.

It was comfortable and clean but they charge for everything. There were free TV news channels in English but I didn't spend much time watching TV so I didn't care. You had to pay 20 Euro for internet, which I thought was steep. I ended up paying 5 Euro for 30 mins. The breakfast was 16 Euro, which I didn't bother to partake in. Better to go into town […] for breakfast if you're going to pay 16 Euro. The staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The minibar is empty but you can go to the lobby and buy stuff from there and stock up the minibar yourself. I thought that was kind of a good idea since you know exactly what the minibar cost will be as you're paying for each item beforehand. The location wasn't close to downtown but it didn't really need to be since the train station was just around the corner and the train got me to Stephansplatz (center of downtown) in what seemed like 15 mins. I got a good price for the room so I'd stay there again for the price but i'd rather something downtown that I could walk to if I didn't have to pay much more. A good and well service hotel..

I had a frustrating experience while my stay at this hotel. The receptionists were inexperienced, made severalmostakes, and took very long to process each customer. The chech-in and check-out took one hour each and was unable to receive a proper chech-out receipt. I do not recommend this hotel and is not worth it.

We enjoy our short stay in this hotel because it is close to the Shoenbrunn Palace and Zoo. The room had a good size and the breakfast was delicious.

Loed it! Convenient to subway and palace. Staff was very helpful. I loved it, so did my college age kids.

Hotel was located in a wonderful location just a block from a metro stop (Green line, U4 - Schoenbrunn stop). Very easy walk to the metro. This line can deliver you to the center of the old town in about 15 minutes. Schoenbrunn itself was also only about a 8 minute walk away as well. Very nice location. Most European […] hotels offer rather smallish rooms, but this hotel is more of the American style (as it is an American brand) and has rooms more on par with what you'd expect in North America. Bed was big and comfy and the room was clean. TV offered channels in a variety of languages including 2-4 English channels (all news). Internet is not free, but not absolutely horribly priced. Wireless is available in the lobby but in the rooms it requires a cord. Did not participate in breakfast in the hotel. At €15 a head I figured it just wasn't worth it. One of the local pastry shops was a better choice. All in all an excellent selection for our needs and tastes. Would definitely recommend it again to someone else. 더 보기

Courtyard marriott schonbrun is very convenient for the major attraction of the schonbrunn palace and a short walk to the metro station which is only a few stops to central Vienna . The hotel provides good basic accomodation. especially appreciated was the tea/coffee making facility, the fridge and iron and ironing board. Also the small snack shop downstairs […] was very convenient and useful if one did not want a main meal or arrived late. It was rather expensive though compared with the local supermarkets. The restaurant and bar also had good service and a basic menu - it was not haute cuisine nor especially Austrian or international. Again convenient if one did not want to go outside but Vienna is full of good coffee houses and restaurants that do better.( Especially recommend the Sperle). We had previously stayed in the Marriott Executive Apartments in Prague so our room felt very basic by comparison. the beds were a little small and the heating /airconditioning as the windows could not be opened seemed to have a bad effect on my partner's asthma. Two arm chairs would have been better as we had to use the desk chair. It is primarily a business /conference hotel but nonetheless is a satisfactory place to stay and I would stay there again. 더 보기

The staff at Marriott Vienna Schoenbrunn is what made the hotel excellent. The quality of everything else (room, cleanliness, etc) was of the highest standards, but the staff in their friendliness and helpfulness is what made my stay there an excellent one. Great location too ... conveniently located one blocki from the U-Bahn.

Being two blocks from the famous Shoenbrunn, we thought the neighborhood would be better. Although conveniently close to the Uban, we felt unsafe walking to the hotel at night. The refrigerator in our room was filthy, we had to phone down to the desk for soap and when we called the desk to ask a question about telephone rates, the response to our question […] was "I don't know I've only worked here for 3 weeks". Lovely staff in a hotel that has great beds. The only draw back is the neighbourhood. Very little to do or places to eat after dark. And the girly bar up the road while it didn't bother us others may be. Great location though if you planning plenty of time at the Summer Palace, although the train system in Vienna it's easier to catch the U4 to the […] Palace and stay a little closer to town. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the station and not clearly sign posted. But other than that clean comfortable and what you'd expect for a great price. If it's Vienna for the budget conscious who want a little luxury this could be it. If you're looking for the old world charm of Vienna ie buildings etc this isnt it. 더 보기

nice standard Courtyard

Great location outside the city center, but very easy to get to all sites. Staff at hotel were very helpful and frendly. We would defintely recommend this Marriott to others and would stay here again.

Located right next to the Schonbrunn Palace this is a good location for people not concerned with a 10min underground journey to the other sights. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is good quality and plentyful.

We were very pleased with our stay. the staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable - I especially enjoyed the "featherbed" - very European. we were very convenient to the subway, which was very easy to learn & could get you anywhere. we found a cute little market around the corner that we visited daily for fruit & yogurt & snacks, & since the […] room had a small refrigerator, we were able to stock up. within walking distance was the zoo & the Schobrunn palace - well worth the trip. i would highly recommend this hotel. 더 보기

If you ae wanting to partake of some late night partying, be prepared to spend a lot of money on taxis. I took the train system, but this ends around 12:30 AM. Bars are open till 4 and 5 AM. There was not that many good bars around the hotel. It was in a quiet neighborhood.

Ottimo hotel, situato a qualche km dall'autostrada e a due passi dalla metropolitana; vicino il Castello di Schönbrunn raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. j ai l habitude d aller dans cet hotel bon confort bon service mais cette année ventilation ma reglée tres chaud dans l hotel et dans la chambre le petit dejeuner est bien mais tres cher ( 16 € ) et connection internet exagerée si vous ne prenez pas la formule payable en avance par hotel .com

Uns hat es sehr gut im Hotel gefallen haben mit unseren Nachbarn und den Kinder 2 schöne Tage verbracht und ein paar schöne Ausflüge gemacht da die U Bahn ja zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen ist wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen vielleicht im Sommer danke für die guite Betreuung

Habe das Hotel zwecks abendlichen Konzertbesuch für eine Nacht gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Toll gelegen (3 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn), freundliches Personal, saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Hier hält man es definitiv länger aus als eine Nacht!!

U-Bahn-Station in unmittelbarer Nähe, dadurch gute Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt, Schönbrunn gleich gegenüber; angenehme, ruhige Zimmer, sehr gutes Service

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Schloss Schönbrunn sowie direkt an einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle. Sehr gepflegt, sehr freundlich. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern unterwegs. Parken mit dem PKW beim Hotel problemlos (gegen Gebühr) auch über die Check-in und Check-out Zeit hinaus möglich.

Неплохой отель рядом с парком/замком Шенбурн. Довольно просторный номер с двуспальной кроватью и диваном, на котором у нас спал ребенок. Станция метро в 3-5 минутах от отеля. Также в 5 минутах от отеля находится супермаркет (по воскресеньям закрыт). Пару раз кушали в ресторане отеля - народу немного, кормят вкусно, обслуживание на уровне.

Très bien confort, propreté, personnel sympathique, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli
