This hotel is not even close to a 4 star hotel. It is your basis overnite dwelling. I would have moved out if I had not already paid for 5 nights.

The best thing with the hotel is its location. A 10 min walk from the metro station Khaled bin al Waleed, where the two metro lines meet and even the boat taxi across Dubai Creek is a 10min walk from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. They did the best the could to make my stay in Dubai as pleasent as possible. They even allowed me a late checkout […] (4PM) because my flight home wouldn´t leave until 2AM. Dont book this hotel for its breakfast. You get a pre packed breakfast box. Enjoy a nice breakfast at the nearbay shopping mall Burjuman instead. 더 보기

The reasons we chose this hotel was the free internet in the room och location close to metro station and not being not expensive. The internet was very nice to have for free in the room and the speed I measured to about 5 Mbit/s. I tried to use Skype to videochat with family in Sweden but it seems that Skype is blocked in UAE since there was a lot […] of noice so you could not talk. Instead we used ooVoo for videochat which was perfect. The service was very nice and friendly and they helpt us when we asked. The manager even gave me some psyllium husks called Sat Isabgol, an indian cure which helped my bad stomach. The gym looked really nice but didn´t have time to try it with modern Nautilus equipment. Better than expected. Close to the creek by the water to go for a walk. Very little traffic and no big roads close to the hotel so no disurbance from traffic. Some complain about the mosque opposite but we were not disturbed by it even if we could hear it. It ads colour to the visit and feeling of beeing in a different environment. All water ran out twice and I had to start boiling water to get a hot shower. Pool area was really poor and water was freezing there. Rooms were ok, but old and cutlery was used and broken. Staff was really nice and helpful. Taxi drivers didnt know where hotel was located. Definetely not a 4 star hotel.

After having used this hotel on several occasions in the past I was expecting it to be as good as ever, sadly I was to be disappointed, the room was the same as ever but there was a huge crack in the bath covered over by a bath mat, not important as the shower was only used but it just reflected the old and dated feel to the room, the bed was uncomfortable […] and despite our request for more pillows we never got them, the towels although changed daily were in need of replacement. I had to complain a number of times due to the noise of moving furniture in the room above, this went on until 4 am , despite assurance that this would be dealt with it was not. Despite problems I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel due to it's location, price and convenience, the staff are only to willing to help even if it does not always happen. 더 보기

This hotel provides the simple amenities you need along with fantastic hospitality.

The main dissatisfaction I had was with the bed in my room;it was not as comfortable as it appeared. the management should look into this. The fact that there was no restaurant was also something of a disadvantage. We also found that none of the airport taxis knew the hotel so it too us a long time to find it. We were very pleased with the service and it was definitely value for money and served our purpose - located idealy walking distance from the main shopping hub. Will definitely go back there!

Good internet connection, nice location (free parking, 5min walking the Burjuman centre) They upgraded my studio room to a full apartmant for free. On this page there is a mistake, because the hotel is in the 16th street! Most of the taxi drivers dont know where is the hotel, so you should bring a printed google map with you :)

The Hotel Staff is very nice and helpfull. I don't know who invent the Name "Waterfront" - , because there is no water at all! Also it is not a 4 star location, i would say - maybe a 3 star or less. Location is ok if someone having Holidays, for Business purpose it's not good at all. 20 min walk to find a coffeeshop in the morning. I was really impressed with the staff. They were so nice and helpful. Actually, this trip was my first to dubai but the staff made me feel at home. Mr Rajesh was just awesome. Janice, Anish everyone was so nice. The rooms were very neat and comfortable. Location is central so it was easy for me to move around. Quite a pleasant and neat place to live in especially for a quick holiday. Gives easy access to interesting places. A walking distance to the Local House Restaurant where you can eat very good meals at very reasonable prices. Don't forget to try the camel soup.

Only problem was maintenance and lack of paper towels in kitchen. Service personnel and reception exceptionally courteous and helpful, making up for maintenance deficits. NOT a 4 star but a good 3 star. After 6 days in hotels, eating restaurant food, it was nice to be able to cook something nutritious but discovery of the pack of paper toweks was upsetting […] so carry your own. Hotel was hard to find so get good instructions to give the taxi driver. Govind at reception was simply great. Great, clean internet but their wires dont work so carry your own. Frypans had badly scratched teflon, so I used the saucepans for making eggs. 더 보기

Great location, perfect service, above all the expectations, for sure.

Waterfront Hotel Apartments were further away from the airport than what I expected. Traffic was heavy, on the morning I left, on the way to the airport. Plan you time wisely. The internet didn't work in my room, hotel staff wasn't familiar with their internet system . I had to go into the lobby to use my internet. There is a small store across the […] street, that was nice. I didn't like the area too much. I ordered take out. The resturant delivered quickly and the food was good. For den som likar eit mindre hotell med høve til kvile, fred og privatliv er Waterfront eit særs godt alternativ. Likeeins om du vil kombinere fjernjobbing med nokre late timar i sola. Bandbreidda via LAN-kabel er tilfredsstillande for dei fleste oppgåver. Ved det skjerma bassenget på taket er du anten heilt åleine eller toppen i selskap med ei handfull […] personar. Med ein liten kolonialbutikk rett over gata, og med supermarknad, kjøpesenter, bysentrum og titals restaurantar innan 5-10 minutts gange, har du alt du treng for hand. Vom Hotel zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit. Das Apartement war dem Preis entsprechent gut eingerichtet. Sitzecke mit 2 Sesseln und Tisch. Küche mit Kühl & Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd und Waschmaschine. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Metrostation nur 10 Minuten entfernt. This is a pretty good hotel for its category, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood very near the Creek. Spacious enough, practical enough, clean and pleasant. You will like it given that it is a good value for the money spent. We liked it and will go there again.

Lejlighederne er noget nedslidt. En general gennemgang ved indtjekning mangler, der var en del mangler. Svømmingpoolen og omkringliggende areal er ikke meget værd. Personalet er meget venligt; har dog ikke så meget lokalkendskab.Beliggenhed er godt, tæt ved den gamle del af byen.

Hintaan nähden ok hotelli, allasalue karu ja kulunut, altaan vesi jääkylmää. Huoneet siistit ja sijainti mainio.

Billigt hotel.

Всё было очень приятно - в отель меня заселили в 6 часов утра, несмотря на принятое время заселения в 14-00. Номер был оснащен холодильником, микроволновой печью, стиральной машиной, которая, к моему сожелению, не сливала воду, чайником, тостером, холодильником и музыкальным центром. О работе последних ничего сказать не могу - не пользовалась. Для меня […] была очень полезной стабильная работа проводного интернета. Уборка в номере со сменой белья проводилась тщательно и ежедневно, персонал своевременно менял перегоревшие лампочки и был очень внимателен к моим нуждам. У отеля неплохое расположение - в 10 минутах спокойной ходьбы от станции метро Khalid Bin Walid и остановки автобусов, торгового центра Burjuman, что компенсирует в некоторой степени отсутствие кафе в отеле. 더 보기

Vi bestilte et ophold på Waterfront Hotel apartments da prisen var lav og beliggenheden umiddeltbart var god. Hotellet ligger tæt på Bur Dubai og den gamle bydel, ligeledes er der ikke langt til Deira og markedsområderne (Souk). Ligeledes tager det ikke mere end 5 min at gå til Dubai Metro og Bur Juman shoppingcentret med 350 butikker. Det tager ca. […] 10 min at komme til Dubai Mall med metroen mens en tur til Mall of the emirates kan gøres på 20 min. En tur til Jumeira open beach kan klares på 10 min i taxa. Beliggenheden er altså OK Selve værelses var pænt og rent og airconditionen var meget god. Der var 20-30 kanaler på fjernsynet med bla. CNN, BBC og Cartoon networks osv. Køkkenet fungererede ligeledes fint. Der var mikroovn, ovn og komfur samt fryser og køleskab. Endvidere var der vaskemaskine der virkede perfekt. Så behøver man ikke at pakke så meget tøj da man kan vaske mens man er der. Der var ligeledes kablet internetforbindelse - hastigheden er ca. 3 mbit og fungerer upåklageligt. Selvom hotellet ikke er ret stort oplevede vi ikke at taxachaufføren ikke kunne finde det, selvom vi kørte med 10-15 forskellige chauffører. Swimmingpoolen på taget er ligeledes fin - der er 6 liggestole omkring den, men dog ingen parasoller. Motionscentret har 2 løbebånd, en cykel og en crosstrainer samt forskellige vægtudstyr (max 10 kg), alt i alt meget brugbart til en hurtig træning. Personalet er ligeledes yderst flinke og hjælpsomme - de hjalp os med at bestille ture og gav os lov til at benytte badet før vi skulle i lufthavnen, og det selvom vi havde tjekket ud 12 timer forinden. Alt i alt var det en behagelig oplevelse at bo på hotellet. 더 보기
