We arrived after 9, so the lobby was locked and we had to check-in via a side window. We stood outside in the chilly night for 15 minutes while the girl at the window flirted with 3 guys. Finally we were able to check in. The room was comfortable enough. The continental breakfast the next morning was pretty bad, and later I found out that I had been […] double charged: once by hotels.com and once by Howard Johnson. I called the hotel first, and the woman was very unhelpful and rude. The folks at hotels.com were very helpful, but it took them 2 days to get through to the HoJo's- the phone would just ring and ring. Finally I was refunded. Overall, a hassle and not worth it. 더 보기

We just got in from a long trip and only reserved a hotel for one night as our flight home left at 6am, having to leave for the airport at 3:30am, so we needed a place to basically take a nap. We stopped by at 12:45pm to see if we could check in early, and the desk lady did not even offer to check if our room was cleaned yet. She just said "no, check […] in is not until 3 and you can't check in early." We drove around and went back at 2:45 and at this time she said "since check in isn't until 3, I'll have to go see if your room is clean." It was, so we got to check in. While checking in, the sheriff came in and showed his laptop to the receptionist and she shook her head no. He was looking for someone who had apparently been to the hotel (not really what you want to see when checking in). We pulled our car around to our room, and there were 2 undercover cop vehicles in the parking lot, so we had a very nervous feeling staying there. WORST HOTEL EVER!!! I! Checked in with the rudest staff ever, looked at the room and bathroom and RAN out! People doing drugs everywhere! All you can hear is banging on the walls and people screaming at each other! The room was GROSS, the bathroom was even worse! Nothing was even close to clean! Complete SMUT HOLE!!! The staff at the night time was very rude, the room looked clean but when i went to the bath room the tub was dirty. The bed was dirty with hairs ..omg so nasty.

We booked this hotel in search for a value hotel close to the Orlando International Airport. We had a difficult time to find a good value hotel given the MBA All Star Game was in town. We were pleasantly surprised bu this hotel. It was close enough to be convenient for getting to the airport. It is close to shopping, but definitely on a busy road. The […] noise did not come into our room, however. We only encountered one minor problem and it was dealt with promptly and in a courteous manner. The room was clean with new drapes, comforter and sheets. The free breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall we enjoyed our stay. 더 보기

The service was poor the attitude even worse. They did not know how to give us directions to the hotel. They did not have an extra remote for the TV when asked because the remote control was missing. Small things that make you think about the choice of the future. Regards

We booked a king room only to be told that only 2 doubles were available. I thought a reservation held your room and room type? Then the first room we were given had trash on the floor, unmade, beds, and food all over. As we were trying to get our room changed to a clean room, 2 other people came in complaining of rooms that were not clean. This hotel was very affordable after a discount through Hotels.com. I am going to school nearby and had to stay here for two weeks while I found an apartment. I was staying here with my wife and our little dog. The staff was very accommodating.

Pro: Close to the airport and decent price. Con: Near several strip joints. Rooms are outside entrances so not as safe. Room smelled like smoke despite nonsmoking room. I complained and was told it was the cleaner they used???? A light bulb was out in the room and I had no bathroom towels either, which I did not realize until I was already in the shower. […] :/ 더 보기

you pay for what I got,sheet was stained carpet was stained, it was obvious it was a bad area.

It was very relaxing...liked it very much ,and best of all room serviece did not disturbed our sleep at early hours of the morning......

If u are looking for a cheap stay and not bothered much about the comfort I wud recommend this hotel. Breakfast was not bad. Location is good. At least the receptionists were friendlier than other hotels I stayed during the vacation.

Worst hotel experience of my entire life i would not recommend not even my pet dog to stay there. The staff is horrible they need to learn some attiquette .

the worst hotel in the neighborhood. had it booked for 2 nights left after the first night. you know its bad when you have to check in through bullet proof glass

The distance from the airport was not the same as what was listed on the website. We were expecting a 5 minute cab ride, which turned out to be almost 20 minutes. The cab fare that we were expecting was more than tripled. The room was adequate at best. The toilet backed up once, and when we reported it to the front desk we were handed a plunger. the hotel was not very good, but it was adequate considering how cheap the room was, and the staff cared.

Great for people on low budget. I was skeptical when I saw the price and booked the hotel. Upon arrival, I was very pleased.

Good hotel if you need to be near the Airport for an early flight, but there is no pool

I was looking for a cheap hotel and that's what I got. Check in was at 3pm and I showed up at 4... had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to occupy the office to distribute the room key. I was excited to see a micro and mini fridge. I wasn't too excited to find a spider in my bed. I guess it's better than roachs. :)

Despite the name it is nowhere near the airport. Besides that the room was clean and comfortable, the staff very helpful.

This motel was perfect for our needs. We had to catch an early flight home and needed a place to lay our heads for a few hours. It had all basic needs and then some, but most important was the cleanliness. It was extremely clean.

My experience wasn't that good at all because when I got to the hotel at 11:00 a.m. they don't want to check me in until 3:00 p.m. even though they have room available not like in others hotel that when you came early they look to see if they have room available and they check you in. Also the power when off at 6:00 a.m. and we was without electricity […] for almost 3 hours. When I went to check out I check out early ( the day before on July 11) and the person that was working at the desk want to charge me for an extra day because I was checking out early. 더 보기

Was completely disgusted. There was a giant cockroach on the counter as soon as we turned on the light to the room. The bedding were stained and smelly, seems as though room was not cleaned, empty soda bottles under bed and on floor when we first checked into room. Even though the place was not ideal, associate we dealt with, was very pleasant and understanding. […] We did not stay the whole reservation, we ended up checking out less than 7 hrs later. 더 보기

The staff was great and the room was just ok. Fine for a clean place to sleep, like for a business trip.

Hotel itself was very clean and well kept but the neighborhood was pretty rough. Seemed to be quite a bit of shady dealings going on.

We stayed here because we ran out of time and wanted another day in Orlando before heading home. We booked this hotel on our phone from about 4 miles away. We did not have time to research it or read reviews. The staff was friendly. They put us in the very first room up in front. I was happy because we didn't have to go far. Apparent recent remodel/patch […] up job. Wrong! I needed some ice. I grabbed the ice bucket and noticed that there was no liner bag for it which was unfortunate because the last person had cooked their ramen noodles inside of it and it was still greasy. They were even nice enough to leave some uncooked noodles on the floor for us! That also means that the cleaning staff had not sweeped or mopped the floor in the bathroom area. The road noise was horrible, They were racing motorcycles up and down the road! Big trucks were thundering by! The A/C wasn't working properly! The curtains don't block out all of the light because they don't reach both sides! I know that we should have moved to another room but the kids were already asleep and we were just trying to get some rest. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room but someone had been putting out their cigarettes on the right side bottom of the toilet and the ashes were still there. Look for something else or ask for a room in the back. No rest for me and the wife because we were up every thirty minutes because it sounded like the room was in the middle of the road. The room was filthy and there was roaches and waterbugs in the room!!!!! I checked out one day early!

I reserved a non-smoking room. While the signs on the door and in the room marked the room as non-smoking, the room reeked of cigarette smoke smell, and the smell was particularly strong in the bathroom. It was not a non-smoker friendly environment.

the room was very nice the bathroom was beautiful the room was clean and comfortable the employees were very nice rates were reasonable

Intoxicated people outside rooms, noisy parking area, auto stereo loud at 3:00 am. Condition and rating of hotel is misleading. Unable to sleep there, departed early in the morning as soon as daylight made it safe to leave.
