My stay at this comfot Inn was was ver pleasant and it was as expected. The rates are extremely competitive. I think they should give something off for AAA members. The choice for breakfast was plenty and I have no complaints. The customerservice and checkin was very smooth. I wish thy had a small restaurant within the hotel. The hotel was great but the desk clerk when I checked in named Olga, was rude and tried to start a physical altercation with me. She screamed at me and would not answer my questions about another room that I had booked directly with the hotel for the same night . She would not listen to anything but just kept talking about why she would and could not […] help me. When I decided not to ask her any more questions, she kept ranting and saying she did not want to be upset because it was her birthday and she had to work on New Years Eve. 더 보기

We stay at this hotel with our two grandchildren. The location was very convenient to the Creation Museum and also to restaurants in the area. They were easy to find and the country side was beautiful even at this time of the year (end of November). The staff and hotel were very accommodating and comfortable.

This was a WONDERFUL experience at this hotel. The beds and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable. The only complaint I have of the palce, is that the food wasn't all that great. The eggs were dry mostly, and the sausage was rather undercooked. But, other than that, I would probably stay there again, if in the area. :-)

The room was very clean. The tv was broke when we got there but they had someone there to fix it within 5 min. It was just 15 min away from the casino the whole reason we went there. The people were very nice we would stay there again.

When we checked in the room we were given had been used by a smoker. When I returned to the front desk to ask for another room the front desk person seemed putout by my request. We were given a different room that was fine. The room is very large with a couch. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom very clean. One thing that I liked about this […] room is that it had a thermostat to control the AC/Heat. Unlike other hotels were the unit is always on. Other reviews mentioned the towels. They are not plush but were not damaged in any way. There was a small placard on the bathroom counter stating that guests often want to purchase towels to take with them and if any were missing that you agreed to have the missing items added to your bill. You would never want to take any of these towels for home. I saw one review complaining about the breakfast. We had breakfast twice and everything was stocked and tasty. 더 보기

This hotel does a lot of good things. However, they miss excellent by a long way. The towels in our room were ratty and frayed on the ends. Our reservation for a King Suite were fulfilled with queen double. We really were looking for our first romantic getaway for our 23-rd year anniversary and felt it was just OK. This is our second time staying at this Comfort Suites. It is Clean and Very Comfortable. I don't worry whose been in this room because it is clean. I will stay here again next time we are in this area.

The room was large, but I felt like there was a lot of wasted space. I needed a hotel shuttle bus to get from the bed to the bathroom. When I arrived - at after 10:00 PM - the air conditioning wasn't running because it was set on 77 degrees. We've stayed here many times before and always enjoyed it, however, this time our room was over the pool and the noise from below everytime the various systems kicked on and off shook the room all night. The air conditioner in our room was loud and frequently cycled on and off, sleep was fleeting. Stayed for Macy Music Fest in Cincinnati. The staff was not very friendly and they did nt hv a big variety of items for breakfast. Hotel was very clean but cleaning staff was very noisy when cleaning rooms or changing bed linens. Reservation was for 2 queens got 2 full beds, did'nt bother to complain

Clean and comfortable room,good breakfast.Pool was small and a little cold for being heated.

While the rooms and overall appearance of this hotel was great, the breakfast was pitiful. I know this a "free breakfast", but frozen mini muffins, empty cereal bins and no hot items left at 9 am on 2 separate days is not reasonable. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that when the air conditioner came on, it was hard to hear the TV! Other than that it was great. Would stay again.

The room and amenities surpassed my expectations. We stayed one night but I was impressed and will definitely pick this hotel again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. We definitely plan to stay there again.

None of the equipment in the fitness room worked, though it was open 24hrs. It would have been better had the pool had the same hours--can't use it if you get in late and leave early.

Very nice hotel choice near CVG, with a great rate and helpful front desk employees. Great shower and a clean room, with free internet. That's all I need for a quick trip. Will stay here from now on.

Since I made my reservation with Hotels.com I did not receive any points for my Choice Hotels account. I was most disapponted. I will not make a reservcation with Hotels.com again!!

The room was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The only slight downside was that staff was not at the desk when I arrived about 9:00pm. It took several minutes for them appear. I will definitely stay there again.

There were several ups and downs with this hotel. Positives: Comfortable beds, large rooms, clean, good food at breakfast, nice and clean pool area, location near airport and close enough to Cincinnati. Negatives: VERY small pool, not enough food at breakfast, no parking, and rude Russian lady putting out the food. I asked for a yogart for my 18 month […] old daughter at 8:30 and she said she was not going to put anymore out until the morning. How rude?!?! 더 보기

The rooms were clean and comfortable . The heater was a little noisy but the room temperature was warm nough we didn't use it. Parking spaces unavailable parked along the building each night. EXCELLENT ROOMS, WE STAYED NEW YEAR'S EVE AND BREAKFAST WAS CLEANED UP AT 930AM PROMPTLY, WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE MORE TIME. POOL SMALL.

Had a very nice experience. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Pool area was clean with towels provided. Small gym area was open 24 hrs with TV and towels. Breakfast was good with different hot item each day (eggs and sausage patties one day, biscuits with sausage gravy the next) The usual make your own waffles, cereals, bagels, fruit juices and milk. […] The creation museum was less than 10 minutes away and the hotel sold tickets for $5 off the regular price. 더 보기

Very nice hotel. Convenient to the highway and the Creation Museum. Complementary breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Only downside is not close to restaurants. Still would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was nice, room was clean, the continental breakfast was good, loved the waffle maker. The front desk sold tickets to the Creation Museum that was $2 cheaper than the museum's price. My only complaint is that 3 out of 4 of our key cards failed to work. When we couldn't unlock the door to our room at night, the repairman told us it was caused […] by a computer system error. He told us to move to another room and we had to wait until the manager came in the morning to unlock the door. All of our stuff were in the room and he told us to move to another room without anything! We insisted that they unlock the door for us that night. After waiting for half an hour, the night manager came in and got the door unlocked for us. I would not stay in this hotel again due to the fear of getting locked out again. 더 보기
