미니에폴리스 다운타운의 경전철역이 바로 옆이라 공항, mall of america로 저렴하고 편리하게 이동할 수 있었어요. 호텔내 레스토랑이 그 동네에서 최상위에 든다고 들었지만 가격이 비싸 보여 이용해보지 못했고요. 대신 호텔 옆 nicollet mall 거리를 따라 레스토랑과 상점이 많아서 외식과 쇼핑에 어려움이 없었어요. 정말 위치는 최상입니다. 학회가 열렸던 건벤션센터까지 free bus가 다녀 따로 교통비가 들지 않았고, 걸어다녀도 10-15분 정도라 컨벤션 주위 호텔에 비해 접근성이 떨어지지 않았고요. 투숙객이 주로 내국인들인지 제가 머무는 동안 동양인을 본 적이 없었네요. 번잡함이 싫은 분은 추천.. 객실은 […] 깨끗했고, 욕실이 밝고 습하지않아 마음에 들었고, 침구도 얇은 시트 몇장있는 것이 아니라 두터워서 제취향이었어요. 저렴한 방이라서 그런지 창 밖으로 바깥 경치대신 인공정원 비슷한 것이 보였던 것은 좀..... 하여튼 다음에 미네에폴리스 갈 기회가 있다면 이 호텔을 이용할 마음이 있습니다. 더 보기

The room had electrical problems, light won't work. couldn't charge cell phone. The room was very small and hard to get around in. The hotel had hair on them!

Parking too expensive. Did not get my Monday wake-up call and was late to a meeting. Overall a lovely hotel with nice staff.

Unhappy that parking was an additional fee. Also, the sign in the garage said $5 weekend but was charged $10 even though we parked for less than 1 day. Not a deal breaker but not impressed.

The hotel over booked our room!! We had two rooms 4 ladies per room. We had reserved 2 double rooms. They put us in two kings. So 2 ladies had to sleep on the floor :(. I don't know whose fault that is hotels.com or the Westin's. Our rooms were all paid in advance, so it kind of sucked. The hotel is beautiful and they treated us very nicely.

Our group rented two double bed rooms. When we went to check in after watching the Twins game, they said they only had one of the two available. Before we could say one word let alone get upset, the staff already switched the second to their penthouse room. That was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bedding was poorly made and a couple of hairs on the duvet, but before we even called the front desk, one of the housekeeping staff was there and replaced all of our bedding. The Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and caring. Although we didn't eat there the dining looked amazing. Our only issue was that our comforter had to be changed after we discovered spots on it that looked like it could have been cleaned.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and well-furnished, bed was comfortable. Location was great.

Really fantastic hotel. Great restaurant. Beautiful inside and out. Close to Nicollet Mall and the bars and places to eat there.

The hotel did not clean room until 3 pm--which is too late and there is not need to change sheets every day--most people are aware of the need for conservation. A nearby room had a dog and went out and left dog and it barked for a very long time.

1 waiter for 30 people private dinner.Had to go to bar to get own drinks.Food was good but came out cold.Hotel trying to cut down on costs?Good atmosphere but slow service put a damper on party.

I love this hotel except for one thing....the rooms are not very sound proof. We stayed on a Saturday night. We went to bed about midnight, but were woken up at 3:30 as a group of partiers came home..they were staying about 5 rooms down. When I travel, I nearly always chose a Westin Hotel. It is truly my favorite chain and I always get outstanding service and comfort. So, thank you to all of you that make it an outstanding experience for me.

the room is too small ... the pic on the website makes it seem like the hotel is really nice .... but its not.

Great area, close to everything. Room was very dry which led to difficulty sleeping. Bed wasn't anything to sing about, but it was a good place for a quick getaway for my husband and me.

Everything was up to great Westin standards EXCEPT THE PILLOWS ; they STUNK !!!!!!! They were 12 inches wide by 27 inches long and even using 3 of them provided ZERO support for the head . I'm not real picky about stuff -- just get me a clean room , warm shower & foam pillows and I take the road & hotels for what they are . Solid hotel. The water in the pool was quite cold, also only three chairs in pool area. Overall, pretty much what we expected.

Great hotel. Parking ramp closeby with great rates if you aren't going to want to pay somebody to do what you can do yourself. Clean rooms with great decor. Prices excellent through hotels.com. COULND'T HEAR ANY SOUNDS OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM. Best night of sleep in a hotel.

We selected it because of a great rate but were pleasantly surprised -- liked it better than any of the other 3 or 4 similar class hotels we've tried in DT mpls. Lobby bar in the old bank vault is beautiful and has a great happy hour; location is perfect for Nicollet Ave restaurants, etc, and room was great. We originally were assigned a 2-double-bed […] room, but they found a King when we asked for it (they first asked if it would be OK on a lower floor) so the view wasn't great, but the room was HUGE, with a separate sitting area; the shower was awesome. Bed, pillows, sheets etc were awesome. Will be my choice in downtown Mpls from now on 더 보기

The Westin Hotel in downtown Minneapolis was in a great location as well as a beautiful place to stay. The staff was nice and hospitable. The room was spacious and very clean. Having stayed in Minneapolis numerous times over the last three decades we finally stayed at the Westin and we will choose it again. Very comfortable, distinguished and extremely convenient for downtown activities.

My daughter lives in Uptown, near the downtown area of Minneapolis and we travel there often. We've stayed at several hotels in the area and the Westin is our fave. Great staff, clean well appointed rooms, and The Bank Restaurant/Bar is excellent. The second floor is connected to the downtown mall and the skywalk makes it awesome in bad weather. We stayed one night at the Westin while we were in town for a Timberwolves game. The location was fantastic!!! It's only a 2-3 block walk from the Target Center or Target Field. There's a parking ramp right across the street, and even a skywalk to get there. The rooms are a little on the small side, but still very nice. Will stay there again!

This hotel is convenient, especially with the links to the skyway so if you are looking for a line location for downtown this place is great. Do expect to pay $30 a night to valet your car. There is one parking garage around the corner from this hotel that charges $5 from 7pm to 7am, however, if you don't get your car out by 7am you get charged their […] daily rate plus the night rate so you may as well just valet. Our room was nice, not as clean as I'd like. There was a soda spill on the floor in the lobby by the elevators that stayed from the time we got there until the next afternoon when we returned so a good 16 hours. The restaurant is lovely as this hotel was an old bank, beautiful place to hang out with friends. Our first night, a Monday night was distrurbed by other guests returning from the bars. They were running around and slamming doors in the hallway from 2am until 3am. Good luck with this place. If you had a lot of money and could stay in a suite...I'm sure this place would be wonderful. If you're on a budget, I'd look for something that has a better parking situation for sure. 더 보기

The conversion of the old mining and farmers bank into a Westin was a fantastic use of the space. The old lobby now the bar/restuarant and check in are fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The conversion of the property is beautifully done and the rooms are very comfortable.
