My stay at this hotel was pleasant. Although, I do have a couple of complaints. They offer a free breakfast which isn't too bad but the hostess was not especially friendly. I may have been because she was business and working alone. I stayed there for a business meeting being held at the Riverstone Chop House, literally across the parking lot from the hotel. My company is a non-profit, so value is very important, and the rates were very good for the product. There was plenty of well-lit parking, very nice lobby, and very clean, updated, quiet and comfortable room and bathroom. […] Only slight negative was the minimal bedding - could have used another blanket - but the bed and pillows were very comforable. I will definitely re-visit this property as the need arises, and would definitely recommend to anyone. I did not use the dining facilities, so cannot comment on those. 더 보기

The hotel staff was great! There wasn't a lot of people staying there because of the holidays so that made it nice. Checking in and out went very quickly. Would stay here again.

Nice clean rooms. Excellent service.

this was a great location prior to our cruise, safe location in the harbor view area, very close to shopping, eatting, easy to access, very friendly staff, we got a king room with breakfast included for two, overall it was just what we needed. this was the last sailing for our cruise ship in this area.

The hotel in chesapeake suffolk, va location was very nice. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It is located near a few new developments. New shopping centers and stores. Again i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located with easy access to highway. Theater and grociery close by but restaurants were scarce. No continental breakfast.

We have stayed at many hotels in the area but, Courtyards Suffolk Chesapeake is by far the best. It is the only place that we stay when it the area. We are in the area about 8 times a year.

Accommodations were excellent and more than satisified our immediate needs. Experienced a high level of service generated by congenial,competent,and extremely helpful personnel and support staff. Would highly recommend the "Courtyard by Marriott Suffolk Chesapeake" because of the clean and quite atmosphere.

The hotel was very far and out of the way from anything. The hotel staff was not helpful when I advised that my room was not clean. The tub was clogged and began to back up when I took a less than hot shower. The mirros had fingerprints all over them and the last guests left some child sized shorts in the room, and the staff neglected to pick them up […] and/or dispose of them. I would not recomment this hotel to anyone. The cost should be cut in 1/2!!! 더 보기
