프티 팰리스 BCN (Petit Palace Barcelona) - 바르셀로나

바르셀로나 출장으로 자주 다니는 편입니다. 첫날 밤에 도착하여 객실을 받았는데... 위체때문인지는 몰라도 꽤 높은 객실료를 지불했슴에도 불구하고...완전 고시원 쪽방(트렁크 놓을 공간도 없는 작은방)을 내주더군요. 1주일 머물예정이였던 터라... 따지고 설득해서 다음날 조금 나은 방을 받기는 했지만...이 가격에 다시는 안오리라 마음 먹었답니다. 하루이틀은 몰라도 장기는 다른곳을 이용하세요.

Very clean and functional, the staff were extremely helpful on checking in and out, no problems whatsoever. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, but far enough away from the hustle (and hassle) of Las Ramblas etc, so that you can enjoy a peaceful stay in Barcelona. Would definitely return here.

A simple advice: Do not stay at this hotel.

Hotel stay was not bad, Toilet door aren't in good condition. Bed can be much more comfort. But overall is fine for staying.

The hotel had the potential to be very cool and is in a great location. The rooms were large and comfortable. but they were starting to look run down and the carpets were quite disgusting. I would have expected a higher quality for the price paid, at least impecable cleanliness.

breakfast not included , room small and cramped , hotel lobby quite worn and cold ,unactractif. the service was at a minimum . The staff was somewhat too distant

great hotel, room was really nice. The location was perfect because everything was reachable by walking and you dont have to waste money on public transport. Also it is only10 min walking from Nord bus station and it's easy to find, too.

Saw the pictures online. Looked great, much better then in real life. Furniture in rooms were very cheap and banged up, wallpaper had a big stain, bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Good hotel for a short stay i.e. 1-2 nights. Convenient having breakfast options in the restaurant downstairs. I like the bathrooms and contemporary feel of the hotel.

I booked this hotel based on the "star" rating (4), the reviews, and the over all rating on Hotels.com website. The hotel was cold and impersonal.The staff were attentive but with no sense of warmth.The decor was very somber,lots of red and black plastic. I think it was trying to be modern but it didn't work ! It lacked atmosphere. The first room we […] were given was very small with a curtained window looking out at other curtained windows. We asked to change and were shown a room which was larger, looked on to a courtyard and other windows so you still had to keep your curtain closed. We discovered later that evening, that there were no bedside lights, that the bed was folded down from the wall, and you couldn't sit up in bed to read because you would fall down the gap behind you. This room also had a fax machine and a pull down projector screen.Not you average hotel room.... The next morning we asked if there was another room available and were shown firstly, our original very small room and then a room which looked like a normal hotel room, ie had a window looking on to the street and what looked like a normal bed with bedside lights. We were told it was actually a twin, but we decided to take it as it was better than the other two.Unfortunately the twin beds don't make a good double, as they slide apart with very little effort ! The bathroom door in all three rooms doesn't have a lock and was made of frosted glass, that may bother some people. On the plus side... there was no extra charge for this room and the sound proofig was good, we didn't hear any street noise. I was very disappointed with the Petit Palace. I booked the trip to Barcelona as a surprise birthday present for my husband. We loved the city but we didnt enjoy our stay in the hotel. 더 보기

loved the laptop and free internet access in every room. Their family room allowed us to have a large king-size bed and a bunk bed for the kids. location in Eixample area is perfect. Front desk was very helpful with directions and booking flamenco show for us. would definitely stay in a Petite Palace Hotel again.

It is difficult to see how this hotel warrants a 4 star superior rating. The bed was a box with a mattress on it. The furniture was MDF and shabby. Our room had no daylight and the noise from the local nursery school echoed up through the building. Redeeming factors were the in room computer and WiFi access. While I was there only for a night to watch a football match, the staff was very attentive to all my needs. The hotel is very trendy, with great design although I truly despise that spanish custom of placing two separate beds. Location-wise its within walking distance to most sights and has excelent access to the metro. Overall a great experience.

Super betjening i receptionen. Manglede meget et spejl i værelset. Manglede et par knager til overtøjet. Manglede kaffe på værelset. Manglede at baren i foyen var åben om aftenen når vi kom hjem og var kaffe/drinks tørstig.

Hotel bien situé. La propreté laisse à désirer ainsi que la literie. Bien pour une nuit .

Flott hotell med store rom. Ligger sentralt til for de fleste opplevelser. Deilig frokost og god service. Koselig bar like ved.

Hotel très bien situé à environ 200 ou 300 de la placa Catalunya! Nous sommes partis 4 jours et franchement nous n'étions pas decus que se soit de l'infrastructure et du personnel! Je recommande cet établissement!

A localização é ótima, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. No segundo dia de nossa estada achamos embaixo da cama um biscoito caído que não era nosso...

La estancia en general aceptable, pero lo mas inco- modo fuè la cama, totalmente inaceptable en un bhotel de cuatro estrellas, con un colchòn duro auè hacia imposible conciliar el sueño, las almohadas mas parecian de una pensiòn de barrio. Total què necesitan un cambio en cuanto a comodidad.

LO MEJOR DE TODO ES LA COMODIDAD POR LA BUENA SITUACION DEL HOTEL. EL TRATO FUE MUY CORRECTO.

Nous avions reserve pour 4 adultes et la chambre que nous avons eu etait pour une famille de 4 soit 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Donc 1 grand lit et 2 petit d;enfant n;etait pas ce que nous voulions et avions demande. De plus ils voulaient nous facturer pour le mini bar meme si nous n´avions pas utilise celui ci alors que avons quitte tôt le matin, il ne […] pouvait pas verifier le contenu du mini bar. Par contre nous avions oublier un objet dans la chambre, ils ont tout fait pour que nous puissions le recurer, ce qui a ete fait. Les prix ne figurent pas dans votre sondage, car nous considerons que le prix est trop eleve par rapport a la qualite de l´hotel 더 보기

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen ja aamiainen hintaansa nähden tyydyttävä, mutta siihen ne myönteiset asiat loppuvatkin. Aamutakkeja ei ollut, vaikka ne oli luvattu hotellin varaussivuilla. Kahden hengen huoneessa oli ainoastaan yksi juomalasi, toinen piti pyytää. Edes minibaarin kaappia ei koko aikana varustettu juomalaseilla. Ensimmäisenä aamuna huonetta […] ei siivottu ennenkuin erikseen pyydettäessä myöhään iltapäivällä, vaikka huone oli 4-5 tuntia tyhjänä ja siivousta oli pyydetty ovikyltillä. Kylpyhuoneen pesuallas oli upotettu poikkeuksellisesti puurakenteiseen tasoon, joka oli jo poikki ja painunut keskeltä. Huoneeseen tullessa aisti päivittäin viemärin hajun. Saman rakennuksen alakerrassa sijaitsee päiväkoti. Hotellihuoneet ympäröivät 4 kerroksessa rakennuksen sisäpihaa, jonka läpi (pohjakerroksessa) lapsia aamuisin kuljetetaan päiväkotiin. Lasten aiheuttama meteli kertautuu kuilussa ja tunkeutuu häiritsevästi kuilun ympärillä sijaitseviin hotellihuoneisiin. Meidän huoneeseemme melu kuului erityisen hyvin, koska huone rajoittui suoraan kuiluun. Koska yövyimme vain 5 yötä, emme edes pyytäneet hotellia korjaamaan kaikkia puutteita - olisi ollut liian paljon huomautettavaa. Hotellin ja palvelun taso ei missään nimessä likikään vastaa hotellin luokitusta eikä maksamaamme hintaa. Kanssamme samalla matkalla olleelle yksin majoittuvalle henkilölle oli alunperin varattu samanlainen huone, mutta todellisuudessa hänen huoneensa oli paljon pienempi (selkeästi 1 hengen huone) ja kuitenkin täysin saman hintainen kuin meidän 2 hengen huoneemme. 더 보기

Definitivamente, o MELHOR hotel em que fiquei nos meus 28 dias de Europa (Portugal, Espanha, França e Itália). Bem localizado, decoração moderna e muito bonita. Quarto bem amplo, moderno, limpo, bem decorado e organizado, com laptop a disposição ali mesmo, banheiro MARAVILHOSO (acima de qualquer padrão europeu), principalmente o chuveiro. Tem uma brasileira […] na recepção e uma outra que morou no Brasil e é muito simpática, se esforçando muito para falar em portugues inclusive. Super atenciosos e prestativos. A única coisa ruim do meu quarto, foi que ficava com a janela voltada para uma escola, e lá tinha de tudo: criancinhas de 2 a 5 anos brincando no pátio e fazendo barulho as 8 da manhã (era o nosso despertador), e aulas de esportes durante a tarde e noite até umas 22h. Mas no fundo era até engraçado ver tudo isso da nossa janela. Recomento bastante este hotel e pretendo voltar várias vezes a esta cidade maravilhosa e me hospedar novamente aqui. 더 보기

Pessoal simpático, hotel simples e agradável, fantástico ter laptop e conexão web gratis no quarto. Localização muito boa perto das Ramblas e Paseig de Gracia. Televisão não muito boa, poucos canais. Empréstimo de bicicletas gratuito, muito simpático.

Die Betten waren steinhart, was auch nicht verwundert, wenn man in den Betten statt Lattenrosten Sperrholzplatten verwenden. Der Zustand des Zimmers war schlecht: Schimmel in den Ecken und an den Fussleisten, abgestoßene Möbel, notduerftige Reparaturen überall und das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Wir werden in diesem Hotel nicht wieder wohnen!

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen liegt etwa 3-4 min von der La Rambla, Lage ist sehr gut. Schade finde ich das man die Tür vom Badezimmer nicht abschliessen konnte, so wurde man auf dem stillem Örtchen manchmal unerwünscht überrascht. Von meinen 10 Punkten gebe ich 8 ab!

Trevligt familjerum med suveränt läge med närhet till shopping och sevärdheter. Frukosten var mycket bra men en aning dyr. Det som drar ner omdömet är att hotellet är en aning skamfilat, dåligt ventilerat (är antagligen bättre på sommaren då de har air-condition på) och de stenhårda sängarna. Hoteller var greit nok, men det moderne designet var upraktisk. Veggene og døren til badet var av frostet glass. Vi var en familie på fire som bodde på et familierom. Hver gang noen skulle på toalettet om nattet, ble hele rommet opplyst gjennom glassveggene. Ellers var rommet pent, rent og trangt.

Vi anlände till hotellet kl 02.00 och hade genom hotels.com bett dom att tala om för hotellet att det skulle bli en sen incheckning. En glad nattportier mötte oss och vi blev trvligt bemötta. The rooms are OK. The Hotel lobby and halls are _really_ dark by design (black walls, black floor and low lighting). One of our towels was dirty one day and we asked to get a new one in the morning (we called twice). When we arrived in the evening room service just got there and gave us a new one. Trés bonne situation au coeur de la Ciudad. Bonnes prestations hôtelières correspondant au descriptif. Trés bon séjour.
