It was a cheap place to stay in a quiet area out of downtown. It felt safe but wasn't bad.

Perfect just to crash

My experiance at this place is very scary and nasty.Seriosly i watched drug deals go on in yhe parking lot.Also the place is in the highest theft and drug related offences i was told that by a securityofficer at my sons school.I was45 mins to late to be refunded my money,so had to stay there.I seriously feared for my life we stayed locked up in this […] dump there was cock roaches in theroom the bed was likelaying on rocks the supposedly spa listed on thewebsite was green with stagnated water.the toilet was clean but didnt look sturdy to sit on.needless to say we was up and gone by7 thenext morning. 더 보기

Room was clean and staff was courteous, but beds weren't very comfortable, room was small, and was located in a bad part of town. Ice machine broken. Overall, ok but would spend a little more to stay in a nicer place next time.

The Rodeway Inn is conveniently located off the highway with plenty of restaurants around it. The room was very small. But overall this was a good, clean, cheap room which I felt safe in. I would stay here again.

Ice machine didn't work!! I Was told it hasn't worked in two months!! No hair dryer!! No Kleenex!! No Radio or Alarm clock,, Sheets looked like they were used already, dirt on the walls..I wouldn't stay in there again if it was free. I have traveled a lot and have never seen a place like this!! I don't even think they vacoomed...

Wonderful place for the money! Very clean and polite staff. I would stay there again. The neighborhood is a little shady, but wasn't that bad.

Overall, happy with the stay at Rodeway. The front desk guy was very knowledgable and helpful. He even let me use his personal laptop because the computer they have is a little slow. When we arrived it was a little before 2 and I saw maintence cleaning rooms. The first room chosen was not where I want to be at, so, the man at the desk gladly and quickly […] moved my room. well, it was bound to happen. i have always been satisfied with the rooms i've booked through hotels.com. this time, total disaster. the clerk at the desk was polite and as helpful aspossible , but that was the only good thing. the first room he gave us had the full appearance of a crack house flop room. there was a horrible sour dirty stench when we […] opened the door, everything wasw extremely worn, the bed was so broken down i doubt a dog would be able to sleep on it. i went back to the desk and complained and we were given a different room that at least smelled clean when we opened the door. the bed wasbetter, but still was only a regular double bed and i had booked the rodeway because it listed queen size. when you have a 6ft2, 250 lb husband you don't want to sleep in a double bed. i was told that there are NO queen size bedsat all at this motel. there was also no coffeee maker in our friends room, and it was in wretched condition also. the surrounding neighborhood was awful, we expected to be in the middle of a cops drug bust at any moment. we went aheaad and stayed only because it was already paid for and we decided that it was only going to be for a very few hours for sleeping only. then as we were leaving at 1030 on a sunday morning, the highlight of our thankfully short stay; a ---------on the front parking lot, complete with ----, ambulance, paramedics. needless to say, we couldn't leave fast enough. i really can't understand why Hotels.com continues to list this place. they are usually so much more above board. all i can figure is the motel is pulling it over on them to. long ,wretched story short --- DO NOT STAY HERE. i will continue to use hotels .com, but i'm going to be even more wary in the future. 더 보기

Hotel was in a convenient location and easy to get to.. Right off the main highway. The gas station right next door was creepy... A lot of people asking for money in the parking lot. Hotel room had no fridge or microwave, and the shower is really small.

Positives: The place is adjacent to a Fat Mo's burger joint and the outstanding Jack's BBQ. They accept pets ($10 fee). Negatives: Also adjacent to a liquor store in a less than decent neighborhood. Hotels.com noted that breakfast was included, but only coffee offered. And the coffee was terrible at that. rooms very small, but pretty clean, bathroom had been up dated. queen size bed was a double bed.almost on the floor. a little scarey for a 60 yr. old lady by her self. but well worth the money

The hotel in Nashville, TN was very clean and the desk clerk (Deon) was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. If I needed extra towels/soap, he didn't hesitate to send the housekeeping staff to my room to bring me the items. The grounds were very well kept as well!!!

This motel was a former Motel 6 which I also had stayed at. I always thought that Rodeway Inn was a little more up scale than this location. I think I paid more than what the over all appearance of the property was. Next time, I may just pay the higher price and stay in a nicer hotel.

I only needed a room to sleep in for one night, so this one was fine. It was cheap, clean and comfortable. But not a place I'd want to spend a weeks vacation in. The price of the hotel is appealing, because it accepts pets. However, when you tack on a $10.00 per night, per pet fee ( I had two dogs), the price escalates. I especially bring up this point, because I requested no house keeping during my 4 night stay. When I travel with pets, I am unable to juggle my pet security with house keeping's schedule. I […] have since learned for $10.00 more per night, Drury Inn offers: free pets, free breakfast, and free dinner, with a 3 drink max. consisting of beer, wine, or your choice. This hotel isn't the Hilton, but it was very clean, quiet and the hotel staff were very nice and professional. This is where I will stay the next time I am in Nashville and recommend it to anybody else. For the rates that we paid, we got what we expected. We needed a hotel that would take a dog for a cheap price and that is exactly what we got. The so called "continental" breakfast was no more than some cereal, toast and watered down orange juice. It served its purpose. I would not stay there again.

The staff was very friendly upon check in, though the condition of the building on the outside was dilapidated. The cleanliness of the room was surprising given what the outside looked like. The shower was very small, I am 5'8 and 140 lbs and it was rather cramped. The neighborhood was a little run down but it takes less than 10 minutes from the hotel […] to get downtown, plus it's a mere block away from a great BBQ place called Jacks BBQ. The condition of the room was clean, and the bed was sleepable. Ok place to crash for a night, neighborhood didn't seem too bad, although I've recently re-deployed from afghanistan, so anywhere I'm not being blown up is decent.

We booked this hotel specifically because it advertises a pool and "has a spa tub". After 10 hours of driving we were really looking forward to relaxing. After we checked in, we were informed that they DON'T have a spa tub, hot tub or any other tub. (inclusive of the room, just a really bad shower stall). The hotel rooms were clean but small. I was satisfied with the service. The pool was very well kept and clean. I would recommend this motel.

Its a good place if you have a rental car cause it is a few miles from town

For the price we paid it was good ! it was cheap , clean , and i felt safe . Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but the hotel grounds were very safe . This place is no frills but if u need a place to sleep and shower its perfect ! Oh and it had a pool ! Staff was very nice and helpfull .

i asked for a smoking room and the clerk told me they didn't have anymore, well as we drove around the motel room, we noticed the hotel was no where near sold out so he had obviously lied. if you are looking for a place to crash/shower (wear your shower shoes), it is ok for the money.

When I made my reservations in Nashville I didn't realize that it would be hard to find a room due to the events going on. I settled on Rodeway because I had heard of it before. I thought that everything was very nice, for a fair price. I was very comfortable and safe. The only two positives were a clean room and the fact that it was accross the street from an excellent BBQ restaurant. None of the execise equipment functioned and the lame excuse given was that a storm - that by the way passed through 4 weeks prior - had damaged the controls. The "free breakfast" was a very skimpy offer. I saw other guest avail themselves […] of the nearby Waffle House and Jack-in-the-Box, both with good selections under $4. Way over priced for such inferior quality. Perhaps they were exploiting the fact that were various activities going on in the area such as the Country Music Awards. Upon arrival, the manager on duty could not figure out how to charge me extra for my pets, so he made me wait 30 minutes (in the middle of the night) until he finally gave up and said he wouldnt charge me. He wrote down my credit card number on a piece of paper, which I had to ask him to destroy. The rooms are tiny, and the beds dont even have fitted […] sheets. The AC only worked part of the time, and the room key didnt always work either. When I checked out, I found that someone had figured out how to charge me the extra fees for my pets and had done so. Although their rates may be half of what you would pay at a 3 star hotel, you get less than half of the customer service and amenities, so I would not consider this hotel to be a bargain by any means. Also, there are marginally higher quality hotels within walking distance advertizing lower rates than what I was ultimately charged. Stay here only when necessity or budget demands. 더 보기

Just ok

The location was nice, being close to downtown and opryland. The grounds were littered with trash, the wooden fence was falling over. A few things were "off" in the room, but the room served it's purpose, and my car didn't get broken into... I would stay again for the right price, but would definantely search other hotels prior to booking.

The room was simple but clean. Microwave and fridge in every room. There's a 24-hour laundromat a few blocks away. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I've stayed at other motels in this neighborhood of Nashville area, (most recently at Howard Johnson). This Roadway seemed to be a better value that the other. It was fairly clean, fairly quiet and I felt fairly safe, much better than the other place. The hotel was much cleaner than I have found at much higher priced hotels. Close to the interstate but relatively quiet. Next to a liquor store at the beginning of what might be a questionable neighborhood.

This hotel was so flithy that we took one look at the parking lot and room and left. We have never asked for a refund. DO not take your family there!! Very unsafe neighborhood!
