I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Annapolis and wanted to let you all know how horrible it was. Our room had 2 queen size beds, but neither of them were suitable for sleeping. Both were worn out considerably. The pillows couldn't have been anymore worn out. Every time the party above our room walked across the floor it was like a pounding. […] If I didn't know better, I would have swore that the floor was bare. After attending my sister-in-laws funeral, the reason for our stay, we returned to the hotel on Wednesday evening about 7:30, and seated ourselves in the restaurant. We were advised by the server that she would be right back, she had to deliver a room service order. Upon her return, we ordered food and drink. The carbonated drinks we were served couldn't have been anymore flat. We sat in the restaurant 40 minutes before any food was served. We watched as the server went back and forth upstairs to deliver room service. We had ordered a hamburger and quesadilla. When the server came back after we were just about through with our food to ask if everything was okay, I advised her that I would not be paying for the drinks due to them being so awful and she substituted them for bottled drinks from the Pantry, which was appreciated. A suggestion, maybe your restaurant shouldn't advertise it being open, and just provide room service. I always stay at a Hilton, but I will never return to this location. 더 보기

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Other then the uncomfotable bed the hotel was perfect.

The hilton garden inn was a pleasant and wonderful stay. My fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay there on December 31st New Year's Eve. I will truly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

We stayed one night for a quick getaway and visit to Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Close drive into town. (10 minutes Max.) The area has a lot of restaurants and a great dinner for breakfast. Very friendly staff, great value and great location. It was a quick drive to historic annapolis, DC and Baltimore. Only a 15 minute drive to the Naval stadium for the half marathon. There are a number of great seafood restaurants around as well. Probably the best bang for your buck in this area.

This hotel has easily the best value over any hotel in Annapolis. The location is perfect for anywhere you need to go in Annapolis. I would recommened this hotel to my Mother which is all anyone needs to know.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff of professionals provided excellent service with an outstanding attitude of helping us enjoy our stay. From the great smiles at the front desk to the helpful effort of setting up a pack and play crib for our granddaughter, this group exceeded our expectations. Well done.

We were there moving my daughter into college in Annapolis THE week of the earthquake and hurricane. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and courteous before it was known a hurricane was coming (9/28/11) and afterwards what a help. We had toddlers, needed to shorten our reservation in one case, help changing a flight in another case and they were […] so helpful with information, assistance, and giving us whatever considerations we required. Location is ideal for attending the MD Ren Fest,but breakfast was expensive and shower rail was loose. Hotel was very respectable and clean.

My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last 3 months and overall am very happy. However, be warned: In the guest services book it says room service and restaurant dinner hours 5-10 PM. Unfortunately, when I called for room service at 9:47 PM I was told the kitchen closes at 9:45. Two rooms had been reserved, but they weren't linked, so it was hard to find. It was supposed to be two non-smokers, got one smoking room. Price was twice what I'd paid in past, as Navy had a football game.

Easy drive to Historic Annapolis. Staff was very helpful and hotel had everything we needed.

Not too far from downtown. The rooms were large and clean. The girls at the desk were very accommodating. and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic location in Annapolis, easy drive to the Naval Academy, shopping and dining. The pool was very nice and a life guard on duty, which is rare at a hotel. T.J. at the front desk was extremely helpful, recommended a wonderful latte shop (Caffe Pronto) and parking tips for going to the Naval Academy. The business office at the hotel was irritating, […] it was like having dial-up, both printers were out of ink. I asked twice to have ink cartridges replaced, and my husband had to ask the third time. After a day and a half, the ink was changed which was just in time for us to print our boarding passes before leaving. Overall, a great stay and highly recommend - don't understand why the business office is dysfunctional when everything else was above standard. 더 보기

A clean room with easy access to the Hwy. Nearby mall for restaurants.

Everything went great with the exception that there was a strange black fungus or humidity on one of the windows and even warning the maid about it , nothing was done. The staff was 5 Star and showed us to go the extra mile in a couple of occasions. Keep up the good work but make sure to check to inspect the quality of the rooms once in a while.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. A few restaurants close by but very deserted at night. Would recommend driving instead of walking.

The only problem that was encountered was one of the elevators broke down and still wasn't fixed by the time we left. It was just a minor inconvience having to wait for the other elevator all the time. Laundry facilities were very good (although one machine was broken). They were very clean and free! The breakfast buffet was great and the dining area […] was clean and bright. We enjoyed the selection. They offered dinner too but we didn't partake. The menu selection looked good though. I am planning on staying here again in a few months. Very helpful and friendly staff, very nice room. I made the mistake of not completely reading the mattress comfort how-to pamphlet in the room so my first night sleeping was not good. But once set, very comfortable! There are knobs on each side in the king room, so be sure to set your comfort level. […] Hotel close to everything, but far enough away so no crazy traffic, and easy, quick access to all directional points. Getting breakfast was a mess! The breakfast buffet is not free and but there isn't a sign and the waitress doesn't tell the guests to have a seat and that some one will come to your table and take your order. The buffet was half-stocked. We asked for bacon and eggs while standing at the buffet. So we just stood there and sat down after 5 minutes. When […] I went back to get my sons food, another gentlemen was waiting for eggs and bacon - which he received on a plate. So I asked for eggs and bacon again to the same waitress and I finally did receive a plate. We wanted whipped cream for the waffle. The waitress went to the back, came out with a can of whipped cream, served us what we wanted and took the can back to the kitchen! When we were leaving, the waiter asked if we had a coupon for breakfast because its not complimentary. I told them the breakfast meal wasn't clear and that if I was to be served or there was a cost, why wasn't the buffet stocked and why didn't someone come take my order? The receptionist was not friendly & acted like we didn't belong there. She didn't smile at us when we checked in nor when we checked out. She was very dry. The bed was semi-hard. We had to ask for the microwave and refrigerator to be plugged in, so we couldn't keep our soda and water cold initially. And we couldn't warm our pastry when we first came to the room. 더 보기

Wonderful hotel. Lots of nice amenities and very comfortable rooms. Especially enjoyed the microwave and refrigerator. We were there to drop our son off at the Naval Academy. The only down side to this hotel is the distance to the Academy. Although our reservation through Hotels.com did state that requests might not be satisfied I never thought that a smoking/non-smoking room would be an issue. We all felt like we were gaging on the second hand smoke residue. Were there really no non-smoking rooms available? The service was great.front desk girl was very helpful.the room was very clean and roomy.tv is great.bathroom very clean. Will stay there again.everything was in walking distance from the hotel which was great for us.

My 2 friends from out of state and I (a Marylander) had planned a girls' weekend in Annapolis and chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The price was right - and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it to friends. The only glitch I had was some confusion with my room, but the Manager on duty was friendly and took care of it immediately. The room was beautiful and comfortable too!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis, Maryland was in a really great location. It was very close to the close to shopping district and just a quick ride to the downtown historic areas. It had friendly staff; clean rooms, and an amazing lobby with a cozy restaurant. We got our room on short notice and were very pleased. The costs were much lower than the hotels in the downtown area, but it was convenient to everything. Very clean and nice common area in the lobby.
