needless to say, it was comfortable and satisfied to stay. good! Just little far from the airport and downtown. It is located near old airport! But Its ok!

It was fine . very quiet.

we did not stay at the hotel we could not get in to the rooms they had for us and when we did get a room it was not clean there was things all over the floor and the beds where not made i will not ask any one to stay at this place. thank you for asking.

Based on the price of my room it was pretty much what I expected. The room seemed clean without any odors yet it was dated. Old carpet, old bathroom, old furniture. For one night on a short business trip it was all I needed. The continental breakfast was small but pretty standard.

There were stains on the carpet, holes in the bathroom wall and ceiling, chair in the room was broken. This place is a mess. Wireless Internet didn't work. There wasn't even a clock in the room. The box of Kleenex was warped like it had been dropped in water and left to dry.

Seriously, do not stay here. We had to move our guys out it was so bad. The hotel said they would refund our money, but Hotels.com would not. do not use this site or this hotel.

Dirty sheets, shower head only came to chest, and desk computer did not work. Thank goodness we printed our confirmation.

Would not recommend this hotel for the business traveler. No iron/ironing board. Rooms are moderately clean, service is okay.

Went this past weekend for the big ten championship. They refused to let anyone check in before 3:00 PM. Game was at eight and the line was out of the door to check in. We gave up eventually and decided to check in at 3 AM after the game. It was pretty inconvenient. The check in process was rediculous. I understood I could check in at 2:00, but upon arrival they told me 3:00. It's was the Saturday of the Big Ten Championship, and it was full, but it took over two hours to check in. Forget it for the Super Bowl. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Big problem with check in....delays resulted in having to wait until I returned from appointment at 2 in the morning. Very slow and unprofessional.

The facilities were dirty. Three light bulbs in the room were burned out and only one was replaced although we requested replacements for three. General facility was dirty, trash cans were overflowing, fire extinguisher was missing. We would not stay there again and would not recommend the establishment to others.

The hotel was in a convenient location, the bed spread looked worn and not clean, and the floor could have been cleaner, on the whole it was fine for one night. There is a Denny's right next door for dining.

We booked this room in May for an Oct. visit. Upon check in, that took a very LOOOOONG time to process because their PC is from the dino age!, we found out that our room (232) would NOT have a microwave nor a fridge, as promised. According to the desk clerk NONE of the rooms have these. I am a diabetic and MUST have a fridge to keep my insulin cold!!! […] Upon entering our room, we found that it had the bare essentials. Only 19 channels came in, when 30 were promised by the desk clerk. There was a GIANT hole in the side of the box spring that was clearly seen upon entry to the room. There is far too many maintenance problems to even list. Under NO circumstances would I recommend this place to snakes nor cockroaches! I was absolutely SHOCKED at the level of disregard that management showed towards us. Also, I have asthma and requested a room on the first level and was booked on the second floor. Not a big deal, since they had an elevator. BUT, the room we had on the first night was like sleeping in the middle of I-465! And the next night when we were moved to the first floor, it was like sleeping on the runway at Indy Int'l Airport! NEVER, NEVER,NEVER will we EVER return to this flop house! It's our opinion that they were more interested in renting the rooms by the hour rather than the night. Please, hear our plea, HOTELS.COM and REMOVE this establishment from your list of good accommodations you recommend. 더 보기

we were there only one night, but everything was excellent.

No where near the airport and the shuttle doesn't run late at night. Had to rent a car to get there. And the room smelled like a cat litter box.

For 10 dollars more I could have stayed at nice hotel. When I arrived at 2, no one was at the front desk. There was no bell to ring to summon an employee. I hollered into the officer a few times. No response. Finally, I used my cell phone to call the front desk. I was not allowed to check in until 3pm. That was inconvenient. The AC units leaked water […] from the 3rd floor walkway to the 2nd, and from the 2nd to the ground floor. Pools of water accumulated on stairs. Speaking of pools, the on-site pool was closed for the season- in the middle of August. A website can promise the presense of a pool, but not the use of one. The elevator was small, hot, stuffy, filthy, and slow. The overhead fan was caked with grime. Something greenish brown was smeared on the inside of the door. Trash littered the car. The elevator had not been cleaned during my three day stay. My first attempt to use the key card failed; I had to go back to get a new key. While I was there, another guest was also getting a new key. Inside my room I found the carpet was stained, and the AC struggled to keep the room cool. The writing on the TV remote control had been worn off, forcing me to guess at volume and channel control. The digital channel display on the TV was wrong. For example: the TV would say I was watching TNT, but I’d be watching ABC. There was a burn mark on the top of the TV, as if a hot pipe had melted into it. Material had been ripped out of the bed box spring. The bed itself was as comfortable as a sheet pulled over a ¾ inch sheet of plywood. The curtain didn’t block enough light from the outside. The toilet seat was the wrong shape/size for the toilet. The bowl was stained. The sink was chipped. The shower head was a basic as it could be. There was good pressure and plenty of hot water. The inside of the door had a sticker warning guests to always use the deadbolt and security latch. I wonder why. One of the light switches did not work. The continental breakfast looked stale. Clean, quite place to sleep. Outside needs alot of upkeep. Airport noise was not a problem.

The hotel exterior is in definite need of some TLC. The floor of the room was dirty. Other cleaning seemed to be OK. The breakfast area was very small and choices were quite limited. The A/C was somewhat loud. Free Wi-Fi was advertised, but service was slow and intermittent at best (and usually non-existent). Booking Reservation completed online. - Experienced a short delay at checkin. Assigned a room with standard bed although - reservation had selected queen bed no smoking. TV did not have a remote control. One light fixture did not wotk. Door to room was warped an very hard to open an close. Room had a stagnant air smell.

I chose the location because of where I had a meeting and I didn't want to pay much, but it is very basic and the coffee wasn't even hot in the morning at b-fast time.

Front desk personnel were rude. A clean bed and a place to stay...nothing more.

we had a great time there had a little problem with the door they kept giving us new keys to try but none would work carlos a worker there was so helpful he kept making trip after trip to try and fix it he was so nice and friendy he just made us feel at home.i just want to thank him for all his help he is a keeper for this motel we will visit it again […] soon. 더 보기

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. It was in a very good location to restaurants and to the airport. My room was very clean and the out side they were or had been working on it so it was not to bad. Hard to begin. The hotel had no redeeming qualities. It needs a total redo. Exterior is rundown...cracked sidewalks. The security bolt in our room was missing. The ceiling above the door had water marks that ran all the way down he door, ceiling was peeling. Room had window air/heat system. No thermostat you either sweltered or froze. The room smelled funny like cardboard boxes, remote control had no batteries so I had to get up and change the chanel and cut it off. But other than that the bed was kinda comfortable and the location is kind of ducked off location which is good and love the that you can walk straight to Denny's.

Great value. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Rooms were small and the bed was a little hard for my own comfort, but it was clean and an overall good place to crash for the night.

Lobby smelled bad. Check in was slow. Air conditioning didn't work as it should have. Just not a pleasant experience over all.

Two large issues with this hotel: 1. Internet was down when I tried to check in - this seemed to cripple the desk staff even though I had my reservation available to view. 2. I had to get a new key every night, as my key stopped working. Judging by the line at the desk each night, I was not the only one.

For a cheap place to stay, this isn't bad at all. Rooms are small, but clean. There's a pool that looked fine, although we didn't use it. The proprietor is polite and keeps things tidy, and there's a 24-hour Denny's in the same parking lot.

I would not stay at this hotel unless you have no other options. We were traveling to see the Indy 500 and booked the hotel late. This was one of the few places with rooms left in a fair price range. When we travel next year we will book early and avoid this hotel. my stay was great as i said before the desk clerk stacy was very professional had a problem checking in and she went out of her way to fix the problem and got me in my room.

This is a 3 storey block off the interstate. Quite run down and used by itinerants and locals too. Our fan was noisy, and we had checked in at 3, with only 10% of the car park used up. The bathroom fan screamed at us, so we asked to change, 'sorry, we're full' said Stacy. The manager didn't look up. The motel was quate putrid. the floor was stained with what looked like dried in vomit, the non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and the chair had a mucousy stain on it. They could not change us to a different room, and refused to refund the room.
