Friendly and helpful staff, modern gym facility and excellent location in the heart of Memphis. Very close to the Sun Studio shuttle bus factory and for guitar enthusiasts Gibson is opposite. You can even get a Gibson guitar sent to your room. The showers had two heads and the beds were wonderful - very comfortable. If you're going to a Redbirds or Grizzlies game or just want to hang out on Beale Street, the Westin is a great place to stay. Be aware, however, that the hotel sits across the street from Beale and live music doesn't stop till 2 a.m. so it can be noisy if you want to go to bed early.

My second enjoyable stay in a modern hotel in a great location to enjoy Beale Street and Downtown in general. Friendly helpful staff.

I very much enjoyed my stay at The Westin...it is incredibly close to Beale Street, which was the main purpose of my visit. My room faced the FedEx arena...a wise choice, as the rooms facing Beale Street probably get too noisy until the streets close at 3am. The staff was also very polite. Our reservation was for a king size bed. When we got there, all they would give us is two doubles. In addition, the safe was locked and several lights were non functional and we had to ask the front desk several times before everything was set to the way it should have been, before they rented the room.

The restaurant in the hotel, I think it was called "Blue" was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there and the staff was extremely pleasant.

I have stayed in several Westins around the country and this is the most outdated, worn, shabby one of all. Definitely needs a make over now...............

The hotel was very nice. We were there for the nba game. We got to see some of the Lakers players because they stayed there also. I really like the showers and the bed was real nice and don't forget about the sheets. We will stay again.

Across the Street from the FedEx Arena and a one block walk from the heart of Beale Street, the Westin is well located to local attractions. Rooms are well designed with Westin custom beds and showers. Good desk for working. Very satisfactory hotel.

The Westin is the BEST hotel to stay in while visiting Memphis. The location is so ideal---Beale Street and the Fedex Forum are RIGHT THERE! Staff are very professional and friendly. It is a little pricey BUT worth every penny for where it is and how nice it is!

We came to Memphis to visit the National Civil Rights Museum. It was conveniently 3 blocks away, a short walk. We also took in a Memphis Grizzlies game, and the FedEx Arena is across the street. Dining is also convenient with all the great restaurants right around the corner. Overall, a great hotel close to everything.

It is the place to stay if you are going to the Orpheum, the FedEx Forum, or Beale Street! AND, you should eat at the Majestic Grille(reservations may be needed). We never moved our car!

What a wonderful experience. We came to friendly, warm, helpful and informative representatives of the hotel. There was trouble with the safe and the maintenance person was there is a good amount of time for the repair. We adored the fact the hotel was just across the street from the Forum. Great location. Beautiful hotel with controlled access to the rooms. Location is great and only outdone by the friendliness of the staff. The staff from the valet to the front desk were all top notch. The rooms appear to be brand new with comfortable linens, a beautiful bathroom with large glass shower enclosure, fully stocked mini bar, and large windows overlooking […] beale street. The only negative I have is that I touched liquor in the fridge but did not drink it but because there are sensors in the fridge i was charged for the liquor. The front desk kindly made my bill right. I would suggest this hotel to anyone visiting memphis. 더 보기

You can't beat the locale of the hotel, but I was a bit disappointed that after being a relatively new property the room had a funky smell that resembled a much older room that survived heavy wear and tear. The room looked okay, but the bed spread, towels, and especially the rug needed a scrub or changed out with new replacements. couldnt get any better hotel... JR in the bar downstairs is a good chat too. Hotel close to everything. excellent

We stayed here to get a tour of this famous town and we wanted the convenience of the location. Everything went fine, Rock and Soul museum is across the street, and the Gibson Guitar Factory is too. This hotel has a great location & is 4 stars when you walk in the front doors with a very nice entry & lobby- but is 2-3 stars at best once you enter the elevator & go to your room. The bed & linens were nice, but the room lacked a cleanliness that you would expect from a hotel with this rating. The sitting chair in the room had stains on it & there […] was an accumulation of dirt & dust underneath the dresser where the TV/refrigerator is- not that I always look in these area's, but once the uncleanliness is sensed, I have to check certain areas to confirm my assessment....The bathroom was in need of a cleaning more in-depth than what the housekeeper provides- I noticed stains along grout lines & around the shower stall. Perhaps a little CLR cleaner?? The pubic hair in the corner by the toilet was an unnecessary find as well. Overall, we will be staying elsewhere on our next visit to Memphis. 더 보기

My stay at the Westin was good.The only complaint I have I noticed that there was Mold in the grout lines of the Shower.

I booked this room sight unseen and totally relied on comments posted by other people. It is by far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect for our group! We stayed in Memphis for a post LSU-Ole Miss game trip and were basically right there on Beale St. and so convenient to restaurants and bars in the area! The rooms were very nice and the beds extremely comfortable. The only issues we had were that our room keys stopped working […] and it was a bit inconvenient that keys had to be used to access the elevators. However the staff was very helpful and replaced our keys quickly. 더 보기

I've stayed at this hotel everytime I come to Memphis for business. The location is convenient, staff are exceptionally helpful; in fact customer service and friendliness seem to have become very important to them. very friendly staff. right next to Beale st. first night room was facing Beale st. and the music started around 8:00 thought could handle it but around 11:00 pm gave up and called the front desk. they were very nice and changed the room to the other side much more quite side of hotel right away. room service very good but first room had bath robe, second […] one didn't, so went back to the first room and grabed it :) there is a free shuttle right across the street that takes you to Graceland and sun studios for free(just tip the driver). next to Gibson factory. Very friendly staff, room service prompt, very comfortable beds. We were very happy with this hotel.

The hotel is a block away from great food, 3 museums. Make sure to visit the Lorraine Motel/National Civil Rights Museum this year. It closes soon for remodeling.

We LOVED staying at the Westin near Beale Street. The room was very clean, modern & comfortable. The staff was very nice & helpful. Location was excellent. We could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. Only time we needed our car was to go to Graceland & Sun Studios. Our room was on Beale Street side. LOVED being able to look out the window to see […] what was going on. Noise did not bother us at all. No problems sleeping. Memphis police are always present on Beale Street. My wife and I visited The Westin on a recent weekend getaway. The hotel was more than expected and then some. If you are coming to Memphis for Beale, blues, and BBQ this is hotel you need. If you are visiting for any event at FedEx Forum, this is the hotel you need. The rooms were spacious, the bedding was beyond comfortable, and the bathroom amenities […] were excellent. It's a very nice property, conveniently located to Beale Street entertainment and some great restaurants. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.
