(위치) 매우 만족: 지하철까지 3분거리여서 여기저기 이동 편했습니다. (조식) 가격대비 조식이 포함되서 괜찮다 싶었는데,,빵 3가지, 쥬스, 커피, 과일 조금정도,,(룸상태) 시티뷰가 아닌 건물벽쪽이라 더 심했겠지만, 불을 켜도 어두웠습니다. 무슨소리인지 밤에 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 자기 힘들었구요!! 에어컨 팬소리 같은건데,,,,정말 이건 NG! 다음번엔 비싸도 좋은 호텔에서 자겠다 다짐하고 왔습니다. 돈이 아깝다는 생각이 듭니다...많이 아쉬웠던 호텔....

O 호텔은 Staples Center, LA Live 등과 편리하게 가까운 위치에 있다. LA에 살았었고, 최근 LA 시내에 가보지 않았다면, LA 시내는 극적으로 바뀌어져 있다. 시내에는 다양한 활동을 할 것들이 있으며, 실제로 오후 5시 이후에 사람들이 있다. 나는 주말 밤에 LA Live에서 호텔까지 걸어오는 동안 안전하다고 느꼈다. 많은 활동거리와 밤 문화가 있으며, 그것들은 훌륭하다! 내 친구와 4일을 숙박했는데, 내가 침대를 하나만 예약했었다는 것을 알아차리고 2개를 요청하자, 아무런 질문도 없이 잠깐 사이에 침대를 옮겨주었다. 객실책임자는 상냥하고 훌륭했으며, 프런트데스크 직원들도 대단히 도움이 되었다. 구성원 면면 (주야교대)이 모두 훌륭했다. 그녀와 내가 매일 늦은 밤에 가도 항상 그곳에는 누군가 있었다. 우리를 위한 택시가 불러졌고, 모든 질문에 대답해주었으며, 내가 요청한 것들(매일 밤 참석할 수 있는 인기 있는 클럽/파티, 가볼만한 좋은 장소 등) 을 위해 조사하여 주었다.인근지역은 훌륭했으며, 우리는 매일 그 지역을 돌아다녔다. Staples Center에 갈 것이라면 정말 좋은 위치이다! 2블록 떨어진 곳에 지하철이 있고, 한 블록 떨어진 곳에 쇼핑몰이 있다. 내가 1년에 한번씩 LA에 가면 머무는 곳이다.

나는 미팅에 늦고 있었다. 도심은 상당히 깨끗했지만 주차장으로 가는 길에 여러 명의 노숙자를 지나가야 했다. 주차장이 호텔 바로 옆에 있어서 좋았지만 철야근무를 하는 호텔 주차원이 없었다는 점에 놀랐고, 호텔 주차원이 있었다면, 훨씬 더 안전하다고 느꼈을 것이다. 시간이 흐른 뒤에 문이 잠겨서 데스크 직원에게 체크인을 해달라는 몸짓을 해야 했다. 새벽 2시 30분까지 호텔에 들어가지 못했는데 호텔 측에서 체크아웃을 늦게 하는 것을 허락해줘서 1시에 체크아웃을 한 점은 좋았다. 아침식사는 12~15 달러가 되는 요금에 포함됐고, 내가 먹은 베이글이 상당히 오래된 것인데다 특별할만한 게 없었다.

호텔 위치가 훌륭했고 로비도 최신 유행으로 갖춰졌지만 객실들이 잘 가꿔지지는 않았다. 욕실에는 나사들이 벽 밖으로 튀어나와 있고, 타일이 더러웠다. 카펫도 깨끗하지 않았으며, (레스토랑에서 오는) 기름 냄새가 창문으로 들어왔다. 옆방 사람들이 얘기하는 소리 때문에 잠을 한 숨도 못 잤다.

Lobby is beautiful, making you feel like you are checking into a 4 star boutique hotel & check in process was quick however walls are paper thin, corridor needs to be cleaned up and rooms need to get some attention or a make over. The parking is fabulous, $12 for 24 hours literally ten steps from the O Hotel.We were there for a hockey game at Staples and it was a ten minute walk. We also felt safe walking back to our room at the end of the night. We had no problems checking in. The elevator is just a little creepy, but completely functional nonetheless. We had a queen sized bed […] and a perfect sized room for two people staying just a quick night. Our view out the window was a brick wall, but we were only in the room to sleep so it wasn't a problem. The shower head is a little too contemporary, you could either hold it in your hand or hope it sticks in one spot so you aren't spraying the ceiling! Other than the shower, everything else in the room was great. We had a brand new tv in our room that hadn't been programmed yet, and Christopher at the front desk was knocking at our door to help us before we even hung up the phone. I paid about $200 after taxes for our queen sized room. Even though the room was clean and comfortable, I honestly wouldn't pay more than $100-150 at the most. Its probably location that bumps the price up so much, but it really was nice to be able to walk back after the game. 더 보기

We attended the Sweet Sixteen at the Staples Center. The hotel was within walking distance of the arena, about three blocks. The neighborhood was safe with eating and shopping nearby. The rooms were modern, clean and quiet. Parking garage is right next door with a rate of $12 per day. Would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed one night at this hotel. It has a modern decor which we liked, a good atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, good beds, clean rooms, and not all the stuff you really do not need if one only uses hotels to sleep in. The continental breakfast was as usual, but some yoghurt would have been nice. O Hotel is a great hotel in a great location. Their restaurant/bar; conveniently called Bar Kitchen serves wonderful food and drinks. The hotel itself is unique and non-commercialized. Rooms are comfortable and have various amenities. Overall; a great choice!

You will pay more then just the amount through hotels.com. They call it a service fee but every other time I have booked on here I never get an additional service fee upon arrival. Cheap attempt to get a few extra bucks in my opinion.

I was in LA for business @ Dodger Stadium - the location was great. Loved the restaurant - in fact, I ate there 2 of my 3 nights! Had a great massage from Johnny at the spa. One suggestion - don't get a room by the elevator - I heard every single person go by.

The hotel was chic & modern, and we were able to check in early (around 11 am). Lighting was dim in the elevator & hallways, but it might be the hotel "theme' - I guess it gave off a chic, romantic, lounge-y vibe to the hotel. Our room was clean and smelled nice when we first entered. Not very big, but had everything we needed, so we were satisfied. […] Modern decor and nice lighting. Perfect for romance, or if you like being able to control lighting in your room. Quick room service, although the ladies didn't quite understand our request for a second bathrobe. Booked the hotel mainly because of it's location to Staples Centre. We watched a concert, and were able to walk the 2.5 blocks safely. Although we enjoyed our stay very much, we would choose an alternate hotel if the price was right. We would pay the parking fees surrounding Staples, and stay somewhere outside of the downtown area.The neighborhood was clean, but seemed a bit sketchy as we walked back from Staples to the hotel. Hotel was a disaster -- sort of like a prison. View from my room was a cinder block wall -- 6 feet away. No light in the room. A spa with no service -- and the staff had no idea when/if they would open. Breakfast was less than adequate -- no fruit, no yogurt -- although I was charged a daily fee for the privileged. DON'T stay at the O Hotel.

The staff at this hotel is excellent, and very helpful. We had dinner in the hotel as well, and I must say the food was really good. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location is what drew me to this hotel but service is definitely what stood out! Front desk was super- including when I was lost and called for help- and really made my stay special !! Neighborhood is musky and doesn't make you feel real safe. This was a great center for exploring the area at night!!!!

Overall the hotel was no e, and the room was nice. Little overpriced but its L. A. Noise was a problem at 4:00 in the morning which is something they should look into. Maybe a charge if someone reports noise. But other than that it was a great hotel. Very modern and nice looking!

Stayed here for 2nd time for a night out at the Staples Center. Convenient location to LA Live. Room is nice, however bathroom is a bit small and our floor squeaked. Could use a bit of soundproofing, but not unlike most other hotels. Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

While my stay was ok, the hotel did not clearly communicate their daily "resort fee". I don't understand why they don't simply add this non-negotiable fee to your daily room rate vs. play games & add it separately. Due to this fact, I cannot recommend and will not stay at the O Hotel again

The hotel was recommended by a friend for its lobby and restaurant downstairs, a good place to meet people if you have several meetings to fit in.I had to be downtown for work, so Indeed, that was the best part of the place. The lobby and restaurant (where I also ate) are good. When I arrived, the first room I got was really noisy next to a vent or […] so. I had no problem getting another room on another floor. This one was better. Rooms are small, the beds are comfortable. There is only a shower and everything seemed a bit run down, little things, some chips off the bed frame, small but obvious (easy to paint over), not quiet white anymore shower floor and sink (again easy to just maintain so it always looks fresh) it was all clean though. Most annoying for me were the lack of light both because most rooms face a brick wall so no day light comes in when you open the curtains. The biggest minus point also had to do with light again (and yes I understand it was a design decision as light everywhere in elevator and hallways was dim) but both the desk light and bed lights were in a corner and not suitable to read. I had to do a lot of paperwork and ended up sitting in the small hallway on the floor in my room, on some pillows as that was the only place I could see ( I wear no glasses, so not an eye issue). There was another light not working I asked it to be replaced which was never done in the three days I was there. The staff was friendly and helpful. 더 보기

If you are going to stay at this hotel and you're a couple, you better be a couple thats comfortable with each other. There is a sliding door to the bathroom and there is a gap between the wall and the glass door. If you're a new couple or still trying to impress the other person, this isn't the place for you. However, if you've been together awhile […] and are comfortable with each others bodily functions, you will have no problem with this hotel. My spouse and I have been together 11 years, we loved the hotel and plan on returning next time we go to a concert in the area. The hotel is within walking distance, 2-3 blocks, to Club Nokia and the Staples Center. No need for a Designated Driver, Taxi, or to re-park. Parking is right next to the hotel and is only $12 (no in/outs). - Once again, if you're not comfortable in your relationship, do not book here. There is no need to leave a negative review, because you booked a place you are not comfortable with. Book a hotel with solid wood doors so you can release all bodily functions before you shower with the door locked and vent on. 더 보기

Really can't believe I paid nearly $200 for one night at this hotel! Our room looked NOTHING like ANY of the pictures online - it looked more like a 'hostel' room - basic, very small with nothing in it! When I checked in there was a lady at reception that clearly was meant to be cleaning the hotel not working behin the front desk - she had no idea what […] she was doing. It was busy with walk ins and people including me trying to check in - I stood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. She agreed to upgrade me but couldn't do it without the manager approval who took another 10 minutes to appear and then tried to charge me $20 for an upgrade! The hotel is in a great location and parking is only $12 but still I would NEVER stay here again - $200 for a 'hostel' looking room is really not on. 더 보기
