Altira Macau - 마카오

What a wonderful hotel this was! I decided to splash out on a 5-star hotel for my first holiday with my girlfriend and I don't think I could have found a better place. I specifically wanted Altira for the views of the peninsula and we got so much more. The view, as I had hoped, was beautiful. You can see all the bright lights of the mainland casinos […] and hotels and of course the Macau tower. More than that though the service was impeccable and the room sublime. From the second we walked up to the hotel we were greeted with 'Good Afternoon' and smiles from every single member of staff. Doors were opened, bags collected from us and we were escorted in the lift to check in on the top floor. The staff were all equally as courteous there and the manager took us to our room personally and explained our bill, check-out process, and everything in the room we might need. Shortly after he left we'd barely taken in our beautiful room when a knock on the door signalled the arrival of a stylish pot of green tea courtesy of the hotel. A little later we then received a plate full of fresh fruit! The room itself was a joy. The wide panoramic window with the great view was perfect. Other highlights were the comfortable beds, huge Japanese Stone bath tub and rainfall shower, double sink, walk in wardrobe, a plethora of toiletries, bath salts, shampoos, dressing gowns, and even a mini bar with mostly free drinks in it. If the room was special the facilities were equally so. The infinity pool on the 16th floor was wonderful, as were the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast, included in the price, was amazing. More than enough food, all wonderfully cooked to our desires. Had I had more money I'm sure I'd have found the rest of the hotels facilities equally as amazing but it was only a short stay so i didn't get to experience them. All in all, I'd heavily recommend Altira Macau. A perfect experience from the first moment to the last. 더 보기

Its a high quality hotel but not the best overall.

I stayed at some places in Macao and Altira is absolutely the best. The design, quietness and cleaness.The view is the best you can get in Macao, you can get it only from the Taipa side. The service was excellent, and all our wishes were fullfilled, in a discrete and accurate way. il migliore hotel nel quale abbiamo soggiornato finora. Piscina coperta con spa al 16 piano con vista sullo skyline di Macao. Suite grande come un appartamento, servizio impeccabile. Lusso e design. Il tutto a un prezzo inferiore a un hotel medio di hong kong

It's a great hotel if u wish to have a total relaxation. Great view and amenities, not so crowded as other hotels. We are definitely impressed by the private checking n great hospitality. Thank you, Atira!
